Bill and Ginger did a great job caring for our cat and home from start to finish for us this past week. They were easy to communicate with, very professional, and EXTREMELY flexible about the assignment. Due to lots of crazy circumstances, I changed dates and requests numerous times during the process and sit. They took great care of our cat under difficult circumstances. She got very ill a few days before we left and we left her in their care while not having access to cell or email for much of our trip. They had the responsibility of possibly euthanizing the kitty while we were away, and they took on that enormous responsibility with grace. When I left, I know our cat was in excellent, caring hands. Luckily, the cat improved while we were away and they did not have to take her to the vet. When we arrived home, our house was clean, the cat was happy, and there were delcious bowls of chili in the fridge!
