We were very happy to have Paige as a house and cat sitter. The contact with her was clear and very good right from the start. She arrived the night before. She is a very friendly and calm person. The fact that she is working remotely was a great plus for our old cat "Mitzi". We could really switch off during our 2 1/2 weeks holiday knowing that the house and our cat were in good hands because Paige is a trustworthy, responsible and self-sufficient person. The house was clean and tidy, the garden watered and Mitzi content when we returned from our holiday. I certainly can recommend Paige to everyone. My husband and I would welcome Paige anytime to housesit again.

Louise

Couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter than Louise. She was very low maintenance from the beginning, but at the same time very thorough about making sure she knew about our dogs routine's etc before arriving even checking up on an old injury he had which I noted in my welcome book. She asked all the right kind of questions from the start and is obviously experienced in looking after animals. Because of our travel timings I couldn't be there to meet Louise on her arrival or see her off on her departure, but she took this in her stride and was very happy to meet with the friend I'd made arrangements with. Louise left the house very tidy and we came back to a very happy dog who had obviously been well looked after whilst we were away. She was a great communicator, and even picked up on the fact that our dog had lost his identification ring off his collar. I wouldn't hesitate to book Louise again if she wanted to return to our area.

Lou

We've had a very good experience with Jack and Lou taking care of our two cats while we were away. We had good communication beforehand, and everything went as planned with their arrival. Our cats and the house was well taken care of and we felt we could enjoy and relax on our holiday without any concerns. It was also nice that they could come the night before so we could get to know each other a little better. We highly recommend them and they are welcome back!

We had a great experience with Steve and Carolyn. Communication ahead of the sitting was very effective and straightforward. They staid only 2 days at ours but despite it being a short stay, they sent some cat updates and photos over the week end, which was very thoughtful. It was great to come back with a clean house and with the certainty that the cats had been well looked after. We definitely recommend them and would love to have Steve and Carolyn at our house again.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Ale, Davide and their girls in our home. From start to finish they were great communicators and fitted in easily into our lives. I appreciated the updates while we were away and we came back to a spotless house - she had even washed and dried bed linen - and very happy and well cared for animals. Valentina and Gabriel and their two lovely children were fantastic house sitters. They were very helpful in agreeing a day's delay for my return. My dogs obviously loved them as my pointer cried for two days when they left! They also left my house spotless so I can not recommend them enough.

Rachel and Chole were fantastic! I felt total and utter confidence in their abilities the moment we communicated on a video call. They are two very intelligent, capable young women. They bought their little Datschund, Teddy, who fitted in very happily with Fergus and Ruby. I invited Rachel and Chole to arrive the evening before we left the following day. It gave them a chance to absorb everything, not that I really needed to - as they are both self starters and highly intelligent! The communication whilst we were away was great, and we returned to an immaculate home and two very happy dogs. Rachel and Chloe were able to leave as our flight arrived into Inverness, they had a 6/7 hour drive, so with the brilliant communication, everything worked out not only for us, but for them to be able to get home by 10.30/11pm that day. The pristineness of the house upon our arrival home, was if no one had been here - two very happy dogs and immaculate house! What more could we have wished for. I can highly recommend Rachel and Chole, they are two charming young women, smart, clever and very very capable on all levels, with a deep sense of responsibility and care and above all, respect for our home, Ruby and Fergus! I do hope we can remain in touch - what a wonderful introduction to two young women! Thank you.

This is the second time that we’ve welcomed Mike and Anne into our home and we couldn’t be happier with how they’ve taken care of our pets and kept the place! Such a warm and lovely couple, they are immediately welcomed by our dog and we leave them with complete confidence in the knowledge that they will take care of things as if they were their own. After a short break we find ourselves coming home to a clean house and happy pets and wouldn’t change a thing about our experience with them.

Alejandro and Yasmin were perfect sitters! We were very pleased with how they cared for our dog, Lulu and our home. They kindly sent an video each day to show that Lulu was ok, which is a great comfort! The house was very tidy and clean when we returned. As they don't have a car, we picked them up from the station, and they arrived on time. We would be very happy to recommend them for your pets and home.

This sit had been arranged with Nikki months ago when I had previously been let down by another sitter. Communication was excellent and we spoke on the phone prior to the sit when Nikki seemed keen to learn about my dogs routines. Whilst I was away I received photos and updates (all positive thankfully). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nikki and Mia again and I hope that they will be available next time I need a sitter

I honestly can't praise Paige and Andy enough, they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We initially contacted Paige to see if they were available to look after our labrador Meg, after seeing their other amazing reviews. We set up a video call with them and then, as they were living in Leeds at the time, arranged a time for them to come and visit Meg and come for a walk with us prior to the sit. They were super organised, Paige took down loads of notes from our video call and then brought her notebook with her when they came to visit and it was clear from the minute they walked in how much they loved dogs and Meg was super comfortable with them straight away. The week before the sit my husband was in a bike accident overseas (I was to fly out later to meet him), during the week I was trying to get over to be with him earlier but was having trouble with the airlines and sorting flights, every day that week I was contacting Paige saying I was probably going, possibly going, can't go, probably will be going, she was so flexible and understanding with the to-ing and fro-ing and made such a difficult time easier, as I knew that if I did have to go at short notice then her and Andy would be able to look after Meg. During the sit they sent us loads of photos of what they were up to, they took Meg on some lovely dog walks, gave her loads of cuddles and lots of love and attention - pretty sure she was actually sad to see us come home. They also left the house much cleaner than they found it, everything was spotless and they had even stripped the bed which was so appreciated and left us with some delicious homemade banana bread. They also took care of our plants for us and everything looked very healthy on our return. I can't recommend them enough, they are honestly the most lovely couple and we would love to have them look after Meg any time we are away.

Laura and her dog, Ava were so lovely to meet. I had a great time hiking around her home, which is a perfect location next to the mountains. Laura was so clear with all communication and had such a welcoming-charming home!

This was a great sit. It's a nice flat near the city centre. Joe and Brendan are easy going and friendly so communicating was easy and the stay was nice and relaxed. The dogs are the best bit. They are both well behaved and Rocky, as well as his film star good looks, is possibly the most affectionate dog I have ever met. Love that dog!

We had the most wonderful time looking after Penny & Tinkerbell.
Communication with Sarah & James prior to and during the sit was straight forward and easy and they welcomed us to their lovely home with a shared dinner before they left for their holiday.

Penny & Tinkerbell are adorable.  Penny loves company and is a very affectionate dog.   She loves to snuggle up with  you on the sofa  and at the foot of the bed at night.  She enjoys a good walk and likes to go out in the car.    We would have her on lead around busy areas and traffic but in open green spaces and the beach we wouldn't bother with the lead as Penny wouldn't stray too far from us and always came back when called.   Tinkerbell is an easy going cat.  She has a few favourite places to curl up for a nap and sometimes goes onto the bed.   She is not really a lap cat but she does enjoy being stroked and she LOVES being brushed.  In fact, whenever we brushed Penny, Tinkerbell would get 'brush envy' and would come over and make sure she got brushed too.   We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the company of these delightful fur babies.  

There are lot of very interesting places to explore within an hours drive of Sarah  & James home and we loved our time in North Wales.   It was a very rewarding sit and we miss both Penny  Tinkerbell already.  We'd definitely like to return if the opportunity arose.

Drew was very communicative. His house was comfortable and his pups were super sweet. I'd sit for him again and recommend Drew and his dogs to other potential sitters.

I/we thoroughly enjoyed sitting for Catherine.. My daughter Sophie joined me on part of the sit 

Catherine was very understanding when I let her know that my initial travel plans (by train) had to be changed because of the strikes in the UK. Fortunately I had a "plan b" and arrived as planned.

Catherine's home is very cosy and very comfortable. We shared a glass of wine on my arrival and had a lovely chat. Her kindness shines through her home, therefore her gorgeous cats are lovely. Titch and Tilly are so sweet and easy to look after. 

I/we would happily come back and highly recommend this sit.

Wonderful, peaceful, serene place to be. It was profound and healing to connect with the animals and nature at their home. 

There were free range cows, chickens, and the sweetest dog ever, Squirt, that loved to run out in the grass and roll around in the sun, just like I do. I also learned a lot about farm life! 

Sandra and Terry were very kind, and always respectful and communicative. They opened up a clear channel for me to ask questions during my sit, very understanding, and went out of their ways to make sure that I felt comfortable, and happy at their blessed home. Highly recommended.
