This is the second time this charming couple has been invited to come to our home and they did not disappoint. Iggy was overjoyed to see them show up on our doorstep again. They continued to be reliable, honest, very communicative, tidy, respectful of our home and belongings, but most of all - they love Iggy. They include him in many of their adventures and are highly capable of caring for my reactive, quirky dog. He was so calm and barely excited to see us when we returned home. He is very anxious so this is a sure sign that not only are we very comfortable with Karina and Vlad, but so is Iggy. They diligently administer his medications, play with him, and give him many walks and a lot of love. They share photos of their adventures with Iggy, which always warms our hearts and makes us smile. We have absolutely no concerns when we are away for Iggy or our home. They have helped us when repair people have had to stop by in our absence. They keep us posted whether the people make their appointments. They washed their bedsheets, remade the bed, and cleaned the house before our return. It looked great! I like to think of myself as a seasoned traveler, but somehow I accidently left one of our COVID vaccination cards at home. This was a requirement to board the cruise ship. Thankfully, Vlad was on the spot to take our call, drop everything, find the card, and send us a picture which allowed us to board the ship. What a life saver! We ended up with a flat tire on the way back, so weren't able to have the wonderful dinner Karina prepared for us with them. We did get a chance for a quick meet-up at a gas station to say our good-byes and I told them that I knew we would see each other in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade dinner they left for us which was so appreciated not only for it's deliciousness, but for their thoughtfulness of not having to stop at the grocery store after a long journey. I can't thank Karina and Vlad enough for the excellent care they took of our Iggy and our home. They are welcome anytime and I highly recommend them.
Maria and Leo took wonderful care of my home and my special-needs senior dog for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. Maria was communicative throughout the process, and put my mind at ease in being apart from my dog for so long. Her updates were terrific, and we returned to a spotless home with the sweetest bouquet of daisies waiting for us. Our dog is deaf and arthritic and not the easiest to figure out, and they both brought so much sweetness and compassion to her care. Thank you, Maria and Leo!
Jaretta and Riley are fantastic! I have trouble finding the words to praise them highly enough. I would give them a hundred stars if I could. We don’t have easy animals. Our dog is large and can be reactive to people and our cats are ancient and have some trouble finding the litter box. Jaretta dealt with both Levi and the cats with patience, kindness and generosity and left everything in the house spotless. We were away for almost four weeks and in all that time, I didn’t worry as I felt confident that Jaretta could deal with any arising issues. She contacted me when necessary, but didn’t overwhelm me with news or questions. I only wish she could come back next year. You definitely won’t be sorry if you select Jaretta!
