Tamsin & Richard
Jet is a beautiful, well behaved, fun and affectionate dog. Tiggy is also friendly and adorable. Tamsin and a Richard left us with plenty of information and made sure we were comfortable, they were friendly and helpful. They have a lovely home and a cosy guest room. It's a 5 minute walk into the town centre which has many local shops(butchers, bakers, fishmonger etc) and there are so many great options for dog walking routes nearby.

I did not realise I forgot to provide feedback on this incredibly nice sit. The host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The pets were wonderful, the house and gardens beautiful and lots to do in the area. We would love to return for another sit if we ever pass this way again. Thanks for all your hospitality.

We had a LOVELY time with Oso! He is a huge lover and the biggest goofball. He’s an easy going guy who listens well and other than being the best at taking his daily meds from you, he’s pretty self sufficient. He can definitely manage on his own if you have to go out, but he 100% prefers to have a friend with him at all times :) walking him was like going on an Oso directed adventure, and we definitely recommend being confident in being able to withstand his strength, as he is very strong and gets very excited. He’s very food motivated, so treats on walks is a big help with keeping him focused! He’s basically like a little kid on a playground, and once you’re back home, if you get a big plop on the floor in the entryway, you know it was a successful walk :)

We had the pleasure of watering the garden since the drip system needed some maintenance, and it was such an amazing time getting to see all the flowers blossom and bloom. We also were lucky enough to get to harvest lettuce, kale, basil, parsley and asparagus from Kathy’s vegetable garden, YUM!

Kathy is a witty, generous woman with a lot of knowledge behind her! She is well traveled and you can see it in the bits of culture she has collected and implemented in her little corner of the world. Her home is located within walking distance to the seasonal growers and crafters market, many shops, restaurants, walking trails, and much more within driving distance!

Definitely a worthy stop if you happen to be in the area, and it would be our pleasure to see Oso and Kathy again one day!
