Tori was wonderful over the 4 days she care for our dog. Our home was spotless when we returned. Unfortunately, the last couple of days of the sit, Tori wasn't feeling well, and still was able to keep the house clean and care for our dog. She washed every blanket and towel, and disinfected surfaces to make sure we had a low chance of catching what made her feel sick! More frequent communication throughout the day would be the only note I'd give, but that's also on me for not specifying how much communication I would've liked. I would highly recommend Tori. PS, she has an Aussie herself, which is a huge green flag when you have an active pup like mine. Would recommend!
Zach was friendly and communicative. We had a fun time with Ginger, Jack, and Mittens and would happily housesit here again!

Elle has a beautiful apartment in Cape Town, close to everything whilst situated in a peaceful neighborhood on the foothills of Table mountain. Her apartment was clean and neat upon arrival and she gave me really good instructions for everything. Straightforward and easy. I appreciated her hospitality and her trust. As for Queen Flair, she is an absolute sweetheart. The perfect companion for work-at-home travelers. She will keep you company more than you her. I very much enjoyed my time getting to know Flair, cuddling through the night with her and the tranquility of this sit as a whole. Thanks again Elle, I would be happy to sit for you again! 🙂
We had such an amazing time looking after Sid, Oscar & their beautiful home. Elspeth has created a wonderful ambience and we especially loved putting the fire on & cuddling Sid on the sofa. Oscar is also the cutest cat & would insist on at least an hour of sitting on your lap per day! It’s a perfect country retreat with dog walks in the AONB & 2 homely pubs in the village. Hopefully we will be able to come back for a future sit!
It was a real delight spending a long weekend in Paula's lovely comfortable condo with her friendly affectionate cat Newt. Newt is a joy to care for and is great company. Loved to cuddle up on my lap. The condo is in a fantastic area, shops, cafes and is within easy walking distance to downtown. I really enjoyed meeting Paula. Friendly, organized and very welcoming. Every house sit we have done always has had something special about it and all our previous hosts have spoilt us beyond our expectations. However, Brain and Charles are “off the charts” exceptional in every aspect of being hosts and puppy daddies. Their home is simply superb and their hospitality way exceeded any expectation we had or have ever experienced in the past. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to express in words how generous and humble they are or how much we appreciated EVERYTHING they did for us. The townhome is amazing, luxurious and has everything a house sitter could need or want. It has even hidden surprises you will adore. It’s located just a 2 – 3 minute’ walk to the main drag of Cherry Creek where there are superb restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities. Their 3 puppies are adorable. They will steal your heart before you know it. Ollie is a 10-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He is more reserved than the rest of his family, but does like to get his fair share of attention. He enjoys playing with his tennis ball in the passage and in the parks. Whilst he is not as mobile as his sisters he will surprise you when playing in the parks. He is a little buddle of love. He also loves to sleep on the bed all snuggled up with you at night by your feet. He is such a little snorer Carley is a 6-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and is simply adorable. She really has those beautiful “ you got to love me puppy dog eyes” and loves to sit close to (or on top of) her humans. Birds and squirrels are her favorite “friends”. But don’t be deceived by her size……..if she sees a “friend” she is quite capable of pulling you off your feet if you're not paying attention. Carley also draws a lot of attention when out in public with many people wanting to pet her – which she loves. Carley will also sleep on the bed with you and is also very economical with her space…….she does, however, occasionally, tune in to Ollie’s snoring. Then there’s their big sister Gracie. Gracie is a 9-year-old Golden Retriever who takes her responsibility of protecting her siblings very seriously. She too loves people and sometimes forgets how big she is. She is well-disciplined and very patient. She has great recall and is just a bundle of loving energy. Chasing balls in the park is her favorite outdoor activity. That is until she finds a suitable stick to chew on. She loves being brushed. They are all excellent at staying hydrated and drinking their water and which we took on all our walks and town excursions. Brian lent us his car which allowed us to explore so much of Denver. The 3 puppies absolutely loved driving around with us and exploring. Thank you for making this possible and for the awesome complementary car wash card. A special thanks as well to Isabelle and the gardening team who help keep the home spotless inside and out. To future potential house sitters – if you are ever fortunate enough to be accepted as house sitters for Brian and Charles you will think you’ve “died and gone to heaven”. Once again we cannot express our gratitude to Brian and Charles enough for taking such good care of us during our stay – you guys are “Simply the Best”. Thank you for extending our stay so that we could spend time with you both and for your hospitality, generosity and gifts. We can’t wait to see y’all soon.

Triangle Pet Sitters did a great job in taking care of our 2 cats during a vacation. Melissa was friendly and professional during the meet and greet and my cats took to her right away. I received lots of pictures and it was evident that she spent time playing with them on top of taking care of all the food/water/litter essentials. Triangle Pet Sitters is an excellent dog sitter. In addition to being very professional, they take personal care of your pets. While my husband and I went to Ashville they sent us at least 10 photos and 2 videos. My pups looked so happy. They have a fenced-in yard and a screened porch that my pets loved sitting and playing in. They have kept our dogs several times and will stay with them in the future.

I have a super senior dachshund with special needs and he’s my world. He’s 14, has had IVDD surgery, epilepsy, and is deaf. He takes medication daily and has to be carried up all stairs, etc. Needless to say I’m very particular about his care and usually only have family members or close friends watch my little dude since he has so many quirks. I had to take a 5 day trip and was agonizing about finding a good pet sitter for this extended time away. I called my vet for recommendations, scoured Google, and was freaking out. My husband found Melissa and called her, and after meeting we felt comfortable with choosing her services. Let me say that Melissa is AMAZING! She sent so many pics and video updates and I could tell my boy was having a blast. My dog ended up chewing his feet because of seasonal allergies, and she sent me pics and videos of his paws and washed his feet and applied medication after we talked about it. She also noticed my dogs IVDD was acting up and kept an eye on it (it ended up being OK he was just tired). Melissa absolutely went above and beyond, and did so much more than was originally anticipated as far as medication and care. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about animals. I cannot thank her enough and we have officially found our pet sitter!

Melissa and Jason have watched our lab mix Arbor for over a year. I appreciate how much they love and understand dogs. Arbor regularly goes to doggy daycare at their house and also boards with them when we are out of town. We have 2 cats and have used the service on multiple occasions, with one of the fantastic pet-sitters, Jennifer, coming to our home to take care of our fur babies. They are trustworthy, our cats LOVED Jennifer, she always provided us with daily updates via text so we knew how the cats were doing, and provided an information sheet for when we arrived home with detail from each day we were away. She spent time with our cats ensuring they not only were fed and litter boxes cleaned, but she played with them, brushed them, gave them treats... some nice TLC they needed while we were away. Our experience with Ark Angels Pet Care was great and our two kitties were taken care of very well. The process was smooth and their staff was very prompt with scheduling and organizing around our ten-day vacation. While on vacation, they sent daily pictures and videos of our cats which we looked forward to every day. When we came back the litter was cleaned, water was full, and food bowls were clean too. For two cats it came out to ~$20/day which I thought was reasonable. While I can't speak re: dog-sitting, we would definitely recommend this pet sitting service for any cat-owner. In fact, we will be using their service again for an upcoming 5-day camping trip.

Very professional service. We were referred by a coworker of mine to take care of our cats and they went above and beyond to follow all of our detailed instructions and even send me updates and pictures of our cats every visit! They also kept our apartment clean from litter and did some extra things to make our cats as comfortable as possible.

This is the second time they commit a “human error” for scheduling and even had the audacity to still want to charge me for THEIR error both times! I scheduled my dog for grooming 4 days prior to her scheduled day. They weren’t able to pull up my account profile but that employee stated that they remembered who my dog was and they claimed they would ensure my dog was in the books for grooming. When I arrive for drop off, I spoke with an associate named Ashley and specified that I am here to drop off my dog for GROOMING. She said “ok, we will be right out.” There wasn’t any communication on their part that my dog was in the system as daycare. So to my surprise when I go pick her up and call the curbside number they tell me “will will just be charging you for a half day.” And I’m confused at that point, knowing that I specifically said grooming services both when I called to make the appointment AND at drop off. A manager—the owners daughter, then comes out and seems apologetic about the situation but still wanted to charge me for the service my dog received. She goes back and forth about the charges and I state, “how does this fall on me when you claim it’s a mistake on y’all’s system? That doesn’t make any sense and I shouldn’t be charged for a service I didn’t consent to.” She then stated that she never said it fell on me but still implied that I would be charged for the service. I stood my ground and reiterated as the client that I shouldn’t be made responsible for THEIR error. The manager, stated “I won’t charge you this time but if this happens again I will have to charge you. We have a lot of new people who aren’t the best communicators. I’m sorry but this is a human error. I’m sorry if you’re upset but I will make it right for you this time.” That whole interaction felt borderline apologetic and hostile. Will not be taking my dog back here for any further services. I really liked this place for my pet but the last few interactions have not been focused on customer satisfaction— poor communication between staff/clients, poor conflict resolution with word choices (making customers feel like they should still pay for a service they didn’t agree to), etc. Serving customers is one of the most important aspects of running a business because customers help keep a business operating. A dedication to serving customers can help establish trust and loyalty, which may increase profitability and brand awareness.

I can’t say enough good things about Dog Gone Happy! The staff is amazing!! Every single person that works there is a phenomenal human being that truly loves the doggos in their care. Our German Shepherd, Levi, has been going to doggy daycare at DGH a few times a week for almost a year. He’s anxious and a bit reactive with other dogs so he doesn’t do group play but the staff does individual play with him. Levi gets so much attention and love from everyone there. Levi gets boarded at DGH too; he was just there for 9 days while we were out of town. I didn’t worry about him while we were gone because I knew he was well taken care of. We also utilize DGH’s spa services. It saves us so much time booking him for a bath and nail trim while he’s already there for daycare or boarding and their prices are competitive. We love getting the occasional photo of him; you can see how much he is enjoying himself.
This is the kindest and most wonderful place to bring your pup for unconditional love! Every team member is so knowledgeable, attentive, and treats my boy Hank with such care and affection. Hank would leap out of the car with his tail wagging as soon as I parked in their parking lot! They are experts in my dog's anxious temperament and give him individual attention since he was too nervous to play with other dogs. This type of dedicated care for nervous dogs is, understandably, pretty difficult to find. I've been a customer here for years but had to pause after being laid off from my job in Raleigh. The owners brought me to tears with their kindness and understanding, and I can't wait to bring him back. (Hank can't wait either!) Do yourself and your pups a favor and bring them to the most nurturing environment with the best staff you could ever ask for. We miss you, Dog Gone Happy Team, and we'll see you soon!
I absolutely love dog gone happy. My dog is a very anxious dog and sadly can’t be around other big puppies but he gets lots of love from everybody there. I found this place at the last minute when my old boarding place couldn’t take my Pluto boy in. Pluto is definitely my heart/soul dog I got him when I was 19 and they put up with me when I call to check up on him, I am definitely becoming a helicopter dog mom🤦♀️.
Best daycare ever!!! Kodi has been going here since he was 3 months old. He is the happiest dog when he knows he's going to "school". He knows exactly where he's going right when we get off the exit. The employees all love him like their own. He doesn't even want to leave when I get there to pick him up. The reviews (1 star) are all written on the same day and they try to say the facility is dirty and smells. Those reviews are all LIES. They clean non-stop. If it smells like anything, it smells like cleaner. The boarding suites are wonderful. If the pictures below don't show how much my boy loves this place I don't know what will convince you. He is 2 and 1/2 years old and he cannot imagine not going to see all his dog friends every week (at least 2 times a week). Thank you for always taking such great care of my Bear!
10 STARS!!! Incredible staff always go above and beyond for your furry friend. My dog absolutely loves it and can’t get enough- starts barking when I pull into the parking lot! We’ve used DGH for both doggie daycare and boarding and I can promise you that you can leave your doggos in the care of these wonderful people and not have to worry about a thing.
Best dog daycare and boarding available in Raleigh!! Staff is wonderful!!! They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I love getting updates while I am away! LuLu is loved and well taken care of without a worry at all. The staff spend time with LuLu and love her very much. They are extremely kind and always have amazing customer service. I LOVE taking my dog here for daycare. I am happy knowing that while I am at work, my dog (Dakota) has ample time outside to sniff and play with his friends, along with a comfy rest indoors on couches and soft beds. I think this type of daycare is superior to a standard large business/vet clinic/boarding facility because my dog is not kept in a loud kennel on a concrete floor with constant loud barking from other dogs- here he has a backyard to sniff with LOTS of outdoor play as opposed to boring astroturf with no trees. There is a perfect amount of other dogs for him to socialize with each time (7-10); not too many, but just enough. It's not overwhelming for him and he is always entertained. Caroline does a great job at sending me pictures of Dakota throughout the day and on rainy days she provides enrichment activities- this is something I really appreciate, as I do the same thing when I am home with him. I have referred several people to this Daycare and I will continue to do so! Thank you Caroline and Eric!
The photo says it all! Both times we’ve left our dog with Caroline and Eric for boarding we’ve had a great experience! They send pictures often and provide updates, and our boy always seems happy but exhausted after. Would recommend!
Our dog Maggie LOVES going to Caroline's! We have used Caroline and Eric for daycare and boarding and Maggie has a great time every time. I love that the dogs get to play together all day and that it's in a home environment, and Caroline and Eric couldn't be nicer.
Petcare by Caroline is great! I moved from IL where my dog had only ever been boarded at a similar business - in the homeowners home, when you know the homeowner is there through the night. We meet before my dog’s boarding appointment for a meet-and-greet where we talked about my dog and his behavior and I got to see where he would be playing with his new doggo friends! The folks at Petcare by Caroline really know what they are doing and I feel such peace of mind leaving my rescue dog with them while I’m out of town. My dog Hallie used to get overwhelmed at a traditional boarding facility, but their home environment, individualized attention, and slow introductions to the other dogs helped her to thrive here. She is pooped from all the playing but excited to go back soon!
Our 6 month old puppy Franklin absolutely loves going to daycare! Caroline creates a very home like environment for our baby. So many toys, a huge backyard to explore and lots of other dogs in his age range to play with. We know he is in good care every time we drop him off. When we pick him up, he is happy and exhausted and a dream to train because he has more manners at home. We even get updates on Instagram & text on how he is doing. We will be using pet care by Caroline as long as we live in Raleigh! She is an amazing communicator and she has a love for dogs that shows.
We’ve had great experiences with PetCare by Caroline. Our dog is very high energy, and my husband and I want to give her a chance for socialization and exercise that we can’t on our own. Caroline’s provides that. Our dog can’t wait to get to the play yard each week when we arrive. We’ve also had excellent experiences with boarding her at Caroline’s. Prices are reasonable, and she comes home happy.

Our first trip using Kelly's Kritters was wonderful! We got a video each visit which really helped us to feel comfortable being away and that our cats were well cared for. They are really conscientious and go above and beyond! Our sitter brought a laser pointer to play with one of our kitties on one of the visits. Schedule and everything was easy and they are great to work with. Highly recommend!

Kelly's Kritters were amazing. I have an old cat that often will hide from people. She was out every day for them! The videos they sent every day allowed me to relax and not experience the usual stress I have when I leave her. There were no messes left, mail was brought in, Suzy had very little stress herself. Will always use them in the future!!!
If I could give 100 stars to Kelly and her team I would without hesitation. They take such great care of our pups and love them like their own. Our one pup is older and they have no issues making sure she gets her meds. The update videos are always so appreciated and we come home to pets excited to see us, but not frantic and stressed. We also love that we never worry about our home while traveling. Kelly provides top notch customer service and has always worked with us when our plans have changed, totally willing to adapt quickly as needed. Not only does Kelly and her team get our recommendation, they get our pups too, which is high praise indeed!
We are extremely picky pet parents and leave crazy long details on how to take care of our two dogs & two cats. Kelly’s Kritter’s follow every step to a tee. Even with aging dogs and new health care needs on occasions, they are always thorough and make sure our pets have every need attended. The videos for each visit are much appreciate and ease our minds when we are away. We highly recommend them if you would like a stress free vacation.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had when having to leave my animals. The videos gave me peace and my animals were very happy, which is usually not the case when they are left behind. I could not recommend Kelly’s Kritters more. They are highly professional and wonderful with your pets.
We have had Kelly’s Kritters care for our pets for the past 3 years or so and have always been pleased and secure that our fur babies are well cared for. All the team members are wonderful and we love getting their daily videos.
I can relax on vacation knowing my pets are not only safe and taken care of - but being loved on and enjoying their pet sitters. My pets have loved everyone we have worked with at Kelly’s Kritters. I love getting video updates with every visit and getting to know my pets are safe.

Best groomer around! She’s so patient and kind to my little gidget! Gidget is very anxious and shy when it comes to being groomed and slowly overtime with the gentle care from Howling moon pet care, Gidget doesn’t even cry to go get groomed now!
I swore I would never pay anyone to train my dogs. After all I’ve raised many. However I had some difficulties with my dog Mimi. I called Jesi with Howling Moon. She came to my home and within an hour or so she had my dog relaxed and learning! When I adopted Willa Jean (yellow lab) I called Jesi for basic training. Again, in an hour she had my pup sit, touch and down. And the dogs really learn. They don’t forget the lessons she’s taught them. I intend to do a full training course with my pup Willa in a few months. I can’t recommend her enough. Affordable and pleasant to work with. She sends a recap by email to help you remember her techniques and training. People who know dogs - other trainers - recommended her! She’s absolutely an amazing trainer who knows the tips and tricks to get your pup learning. BTW - she only uses positive reinforcement. No choke collars etc.
Jesi and her team at Howling Moon are top-notch across the board. When it comes to grooming, Jesi has been our go-to groomer for 7+ years and we are always thrilled with the grooming as well as the “extras” Jesi provides: training ideas, encouragement, and skin/health suggestions. Our previous dog also had special needs and at every step, Jesi was thoughtful, helpful, and loving. We knew then that she loved our dog in the same way we did and when he passed away, Jesi was wonderful – we couldn’t have gotten through that time without her support. After having time to grieve, we wanted a new dog but we had no idea how to find the right dog that would fit into our lives and who would have the right temperament for us. We are so lucky that Jesi and the Howling Moon team offer a matchmaking service where they will help clients find their new family member(s). Since Jesi knows us, she knew a lot of our requirements. She also asked us a list of questions to get an even clearer picture of what we wanted/needed. We trust Jesi 100%, but going into this process, I still didn’t know how she would be able to find us the exact right dog. The answer, I’m convinced, is that Jesi just has the magic. She not only found us THE PERFECT DOG (for us!) but she has also been our go-to for training + grooming our new family member so that he is happy and healthy in our home. To say that this “match” has been a success is an understatement. We ADORE our new family member, we LOVE the support we get from Howling Moon grooming/training services, and we tell everyone we know about the matchmaking service.
We had a great experience working with Jesi at Howling Moon! Her training techniques were easy for us humans to learn and to teach to our dogs. They picked the training up easily which was helped by Jesi’s constant availability via phone or text. Highly recommend!
I was at my wit's end when we decided to contact Jesi to help us with Casey, our very hyper Lab puppy. Jesi is a veritable encyclopedia of information on everything from training, to dog toys, to local resources. She knew exactly how to address all of the issues we were having with Casey. We now have a mostly obedient dog -- she IS still a puppy -- and much happier puppy parents. After each session, Jesi sent a summary of the training we practiced that day, as well as a lot of other helpful information, including links to training devices, puzzle toys, treats, etc. I highly recommend Jesi and Howling Moon Pet Care!
I used Howling Moon to work on training with my dog. Jesi is AMAZING!!!! We have done training in our home with her and we have also done stay and learn with her. I can't recommend Jesi and her company enough! Worth every penny!!
Little Sasha loves to go see Miss Jesi…… she gets so excited when I tell her we are going. Sasha always looks so beautiful & smells so clean when I pick her up from her visit. I put my trust in Jesi to take care of Sasha and appreciate the time she spends with her. I can see how Sasha looks at her like she is truly a friend.
Jesi is truly all about positive training for dogs. She is extremely communicative and works alongside you the find the best way to support your dog(s). We have been incredibly happy with the progress we have seen from our dog and we look forward to our continued work. We have worked with several trainers and I cannot recommend a trainer more than Jesi.
TL;DR: Lydia and the Howling Moon Pet Care (HMPC) team are worth it! 10/10, we've been recommending them to every dog dog owner we know, and we have plans to continue using both their training and grooming services in the future. Where to begin? Bentley (a male cockapoo puppy) was the first four-legged addition to our family, and we were in over our heads. As new puppy parents, we didn't really know where to even start. Set aside the training for a minute: we weren't sure what size crate to get him? What supplies/toys/treats to buy? If we were feeding him enough? Too much? To say we had a few questions is a massive understatement. Before we had even set up a single session, Jesi and Lydia answered a number of questions and reassured us of the process. It was easy to get in touch with their team, and setting up the initial consultation was a breeze. The only snag, which you can't really fault them for, is that they can fill up their availability quickly (because they're so dang good at what they do). Be sure to book them early so your pup doesn't miss out. Moving onto the training and our interactions with Lydia. We didn't have expectations going into this, but Lydia set the bar extremely high. I'm pretty sure we're ruined for any PetSmart-like group training in the future :) Before every session, Lydia would send a reminder text to make sure we were still on for our session. We appreciated this clear line of communication from her. Lydia came to our house for each session so we could train Bentley here, where he'd spend the majority of his time. Besides convenience, this allowed Lydia to take a look at our setup at home and point out the good and the bad (e.g. maybe add some baby gates here and there, or be sure to puppy-proof this or that). We'd start our sessions catching Lydia up to speed on how the at-home training went as well as asking whatever barrage of questions came up since the previous session. After that, she'd spot-check the behaviors we worked on previously before jumping into new material. Lydia would demonstrate the exercise numerous times, detailing each step as well as potential "gotchas" or how to handle Bentley reacting one way or another. She'd then watch us do a few iterations of the exercise to make sure we had it down. After each session, Lydia would send out a document for us to reiterate what we should practice at home before the next session. In the lesson writeups, Lydia would include tons of other resources (books, articles, infographics, Amazon links, etc.) that were invaluable. Her documents are ~THE~ go-to material in our house for all things Bentley-related. The trainings are fairly progressive, meaning the material builds on past lessons, so it's important to stay on top of the homework! At one point, we felt like we were falling behind in our (the humans') effort, and Lydia was more than understanding with pushing back some of our scheduled times to allow us to catch up before moving on to new things. The training sessions follow a natural progression; however, Lydia was extremely flexible with aligning the training to ~our goals~ for Bentley. With work schedules changing at the start of the school year, independence training was of the utmost importance as we needed Bentley to be okay by himself for a few hours. Lydia helped us hit that aspect hard for several weeks so we could quickly achieve that goal. While you may think that Howling Moon Pet Care provides dog training lessons, you'd be wrong: they provide YOU with the training needed to be successful WITH your dog. I don't want to set expectations incorrectly: Lydia's not going to come in and have your dog magically trained after one 1hr session. You have to be willing to put in the work for the benefit of your pup. Lydia and the HMPC team provide the guidance necessary to amplify your efforts and demystify the training process. This was my initial evaluation visit. I was very impressed by the staff and their professionalism. They did a great job explaining all their services and showing me areas in the facility. It was clean and everyone was very welcoming, both to me and my puppy. I am looking forward to Charley coming for play days and to stay overnight for an upcoming trip this fall. This is an amazing place for pet boarding and daycare! The staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, caring, and true dog lovers. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, giving me total peace of mind whenever I leave my dog here. What I love most is that the dogs get to play and socialize all day, only going into their cozy townhouses at night for sleep. It’s clear they prioritize the happiness and well-being of every dog. Highly recommend this place to any pet parent!
Hounds Town has been so good for my pup! She can be a bit timid and nervous around people but they make her feel so comfortable. She loves all the staff and runs right up to them in the mornings when I drop her off for daycare. The peace of mind I have knowing that my girl is taken care of while I work is priceless. I rarely leave reviews but my gratitude cannot be unheard. I am so happy I found hounds to care for my dog Rambo. They are very welcoming and you can feel the passion and excitement that the team has to take care of your fury animal. They provided updates of his stay with his friends. I'm so happy to be able to trust people with my dog as I'm away on vacation. I love that they post pictures to see your dog experiences. I'm glad he made a friend while staying there. I wish I could have gotten that little pups name but I was told by a young lady that they have 500 dogs that they watch and couldn't give it to me. Our pooch was welcomed and we all immediately felt comfortable with the hospitality, commitment and love for dogs hounds town (Jenny (yes, I now remember your name 😜) and staff) has shown. We are looking for boarding for the first time for our dog, I did 3 unexpected drop ins with questions (not deliberately, I happen to work down the road) and each time I was greeted by a different staff member with the same love and enthusiasm for what they do. Very comfortable leaving my dog here for the holidays, and we’ve been to a few places doing our research. I don’t think you can get better than this! They even give a free day of day camp so they can get to know your pooch and how they socialize - this shows me they have a lot of passion for what they are doing, it’s not just a business and they truly want what’s best for your pup. Now I can finally look forward to my trip without feeling guilty about my pooch.
My pup was greeted by two of the friendly staff members and she walked right up to them like she had known them forever. They loved on her, played with her and she was so happy to be there. The staff members were very pleasant and answered all my questions! Looking forward to taking my baby girl there to play and meet new friends, I’m comfortable that she will adjust well and have a great time!

We were welcomed by the staff when we brought our new dog in for a daycare day. He had been there previously when he was under foster care. It was so comforting to know that they remembered him and were so happy to see him. They even placed him with some of his old friends to play with for the day. He was so excited and afterwards very content.
I recently started bring my anxious dog to Hounds Town in Wake Forest. I love them!! They are so caring and the place is very clean!!!! They care for your dog as if they are their own. Brady just boarded there for the first time this weekend and it was a great experience. I have booked there for all my trips because I know Brady is well loved there!
Kato and her team did a very thorough job learning about our cat's needs and preferences before our trip. This attention to detail paid off, as our pet sitters Ginny and Becca both went above and beyond in taking care of our little Hazel. They sent us a detailed summary of their visits twice daily, including several photos and amusing anecdotes. In addition, they took care of our home while we were away, took out trash, collected mail, etc. We would not hesitate in recommending Bone-A-Fide to any pet owner!
If I could give them ten stars, I would! Kato and the team helped take care of my cat during many trips over a span of three years, and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best! From the start, the team has always had excellent communication, and really helped ease my mind. I had never used pet sitting services, so their thorough interview and information gathering process was eye opening as to the level of detail and care they put into each pet sitting job. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly pet lovers! Each visit was always accompanied by a detailed explanation of the visit - the good, the bad, and everything in between! I was never left wondering how my cat was doing or if she was okay, I knew the Bone-A-Fide Team would take care of her. Each visit also featured plenty of photos, I could make a whole album! I've always told anyone who would listen to try out their services. I moved out of their current service range, which was a tough choice to make. Staying close by so I could continue to enjoy their services was part of my moving considerations, and I'm sad to say goodbye to the wonderful Bone-A-Fide Team! We have been using Bone-A-Fide Pet Care for overnight pet sitting and daily care for over a year now. Our fur baby, Lucy, is 14 years old and the care given to her has far exceeded our expectations. Kato, Laura, Marisa and Hillary are professional, quick to respond and caring. Communication is top notch and Hillary, who has been providing sleep over care for Lucy is beyond awesome. We have used Bone-A-Fide for bi-weekly dog walks for 7+ years. First for one dog, then with several fosters, and finally with the addition of our 2nd dog. They have always been very responsive and attentive to our dogs’ needs. They have worked with us through training challenges, occasional illness, extreme weather and even the pandemic! After each walk, we always get a full report – with photos, and it’s obvious that the dog walkers really care. Our dogs LOVE their dog walker – and we trust her implicitly. Highly recommend!
I am new to BoneAFide and a new cat person. They took wonderful care of Taco Cat while we were away! The daily update with pictures was perfect and Taco was happy as can be when we returned. BoneAFide pet care is perfect for the week long pet care with easy scheduling online. Hillary easily won over Taco’s heart and they were playing together in no time. I have used Bone A Fide Pet Care services several times and was blown away by the care and professionalism. I will definitely use them again and I trust them completely in their care for my pets. Bone A Fide was amazing. They did a great job of giving us daily updates as well as pics. The portal and app they use are fairly easy to use as well. Each of our pets (4 bunnies) was just as healthy and happy as we had left the. I really appreciate the care that was taken of our pets, our property, and the pet's areas. Will definitely be using them next time we travel.
Camp Bow Wow Wake Forest is an amazing place to being your pups to play. My sisters dog, Hades, LOVES his friends at camp. The front desk knows every pup before you can say anything, they are very attentive to every pups needs. the counselors make sure to play and love on the pups every chance they get. Would recommend this business to EVERYONE!
This dog daycare was a huge disappointment. When I picked up our dog at 530pm, I was told that he couldn’t come back. I asked the young staff member at the front desk why no one called me. Why would they wait until the evening the day before I had a procedure? They knew from my approved bookings that our dog was scheduled to be there the next day. Talk about unprofessional and down right amateur! I also asked the same staff member to tell the owners to call me. To date, I have never received a phone call from anyone at Camp Bow Wow. Thankfully. they appeased my request for a refund of the remaining balance for the 10-pack I purchased 2 days earlier. Essentially, I was left to find daycare services at the very last minute since I had a root canal the next day. Luckily, I secured a spot for our dog at Harrison Ave Dogtopia. I drove 45 mins to and from Wake Forest to Cary the next day just so our dog would have proper care in facilities conducive to his needs. For context, our dog suffers from anxiety and was able to clear their 4 ft indoor fence. Due to that he’s been deemed “not a good fit” for Camp Bow Wow Wake Forest. It’s a blessing since they’re clearly not educated in what to do with an 5-yr-old dog who sufffers from anxiety.
Camp Bow Wow is always accommodating, friendly, & has great activities for your pets. And We Love our groomer Joey! He is the best with our 100lb St. Berdoodle. We wouldn't trust him with anyone else.

I highly recommend CBW and Joey for grooming services! He does an excellent job with my Yorkie Poo and she looks better than she ever has! People stop me and comment all the time how cute she looks. And Joey is so caring and good with her she loves going there to get groomed.

We have tried camp bow wow about 3 times since we got our fur baby a year and a half ago. Initially, I enjoyed the ability to see my pup on the cameras; however, despite this transparency, in my opinion they put too many dogs together with not enough staff to oversee them. During her most recent stay, our pup was bitten by another dog resulting in over $1000 in vet bills and a partial tail amputation which she is currently recovering from. The staff and owner Amanda were communicative with me as soon as the ordeal transpired and assured me the injury was minor and the bleeding had stopped. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my dog and she had exposed bone showing through the bite mark on her tail. I have left two messages for the owner so that I can inform her of this developing issue and the accompanying expense but she has not called me back after several days. I will most certainly not be entrusting them with the care of my dog again.
My 10lb Maltese is groomed by Joey Zin, who is so patient, so loving, and very talented. I trust him with my shy and sometimes anxious baby for grooming, and personal dog 'sitting', follow his insta @joeyzinn and his teammate Kelly is amazing with color! Check out her insta @krgrooms. What a great team and doggie daycare, too! Pups play while we work, and they have cameras! I would give them 10*'s if I could!!
Such a great experience with the staff and groomers at Camp Bow Wow - Wake Forest. I took my Aussie in for a groom for the first time, having not been groomed in over a year, and Kellie was amazing. My pup looked so cute when she was finished. 10/10 would recommend!
Not only do I love Camp Bow Wow, but my dog Riley loves it too and at the end of the day, that’s all that really matters, right? Lol Great place, great staff, my boy always looks forward to going and is always ready for a nap when he gets home, so I know he had fun.
These folks are the best. I can’t say nothing bad because there’s nothing bad to say. They get you checked in and in an examination room and they all are very caring friendly and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk check with doc as to any thing case based and they aren’t sure. They keep you informed when your pet is undergoing surgery. I only wish my own doctor’s office was this friendly. All the pets are healthy and happy and the humans are smiling and that’s a good feeling. They got a great functioning office. They also have day care!
After being displaced as a result of Hurricane Helene, my animals and I traveled to Raleigh to stay with family. My puppy has had ongoing GI issues for a while and started experiencing problems shortly after arriving in Raleigh. Not only was he able to be seen for his GI issues the same day I called (and received excellent care from Dr. Fear), but I was able to get him scheduled to be neutered. We haven’t always had the best experiences with veterinarians, but our experience with Complete Pet Care was top-notch! Highly recommend!
Amazing staff that takes great care with my puppy. Their 1 year preventative plan is amazing and has saved us a lot of worries with our new puppy. They always check on her if there is something of concern. Dr hunter and Dr Conley are both great!

This is always my "go to" spot for boarding. The staff is fantastic and they are well trained, They can handle about anything, and - at the same time - they are ready to give hugs and attention. You also know that if there is a problem, a vet is ready to step in. My dogs are really happy here and believe they are at "The Spa...."
Moved from out of state and took our Golden with chronic skin issues to see Dr. Conley and his vet tech, Fred. They were both incredibly friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Conley really took his time to explain our dog’s treatment options, set up a care plan, and made sure we were comfortable. Really glad we chose this practice! Absolutely recommended!
I brought my senior dog here and the care was great! The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail and asked if it was okay if she did something each and every time when it pertained to my dogs treatment plan!
We have used All Breed two times to watch our cat while we were gone, and were more than satisfied each time. I love that they send updates with pictures at each visit. Great company and great people.
We have used All Breed Pet care several times for our cat. They have always gone above and beyond but this time was exceptional. We left our cat in the teams very capable hands for two weeks while we traveled to Antarctica. Needless to say any of our fears were addressed quickly. They come and interview you and your pet to understand the needs. Then every time they came there was a detailed message and many photos. Two weeks is a long time to leave a cat alone but the ladies that took care of her were amazing. Can’t say enough good things about them and the service

All Breed has been a fantastic find for us after moving to Wake Forest last June. I have never used a pet sitting service before and am so happy that a neighbor recommended them to me. Shannon has taken care of our cat every time that we have gone out of town and she has been wonderful with her. I love the pictures and information she sends to us after after every visit. For our first experience with All Breed Care Pet Sitting it went very well. The first meet and greet we had prior to us going out of town was great for us learning who the sitters were going to be. When we met them they were very through with learning as much as possible about our digs and their needs. They seemed very professional and caring. While on our trip we felt at ease with all the updates and pictures we had from the sitters that took care of our dogs. We have a cat who is getting advanced in years. He is extremely people oriented and always got depressed for lack of a better word when we went on vacation. Rather than take him to a kennel we have been using All Breed Care's services for the last few years. Our cat gets extremely anxious when he has to leave the house so having someone come out to our residence to spend time with him while we are away is invaluable. Kathryn at ABC sends us daily updates and pictures of our boy while we are away and we always can't wait to get them. All in all I love this service and can't recommend them highly enough. It's also great having the peace of mind of somebody we trust visiting the house daily while we are out.
We recently relied on All Breed Care to visit with our often anxious golden retriever and look out for our independent cats while we were away for a few days. The team did an outstanding job of meeting the animals' needs, as well as our need for reassurance that all was going well. All Breed Care is fantastic to work with and I felt 100% comfortable leaving my dog for the weekend for the first time because I knew she would be in good hands. She was walked regularly, well fed and got plenty of attention! I would highly recommend All Breed Care and will certainly be using them again in the future.
