From first contact until checkout everything was perfect! We had a wonderful time with Marie in Seletar Hills, Singapore. She is a lovely cat that enjoys having some companionship. Most of the time when we were at home, she was just relaxing on her sofa and strolling around the spacious house. She is very communicative and loves her dry food with some treats. Maureen is a great host! She gave us clear instructions and we could contact her at any time. The house is well-equipped and comfy, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. We were happy to use the bikes to explore the local area. Furthermore, the public transport in Singapore is very easy to use and the next bus stop is just a short walk from the house. We can highly recommend sitting Marie and her home :-)
Deborah and Kieth were brilliant hosts as we arrived the day before they were due to depart, introducing us to the community at the village pub quiz night. They have a lovely home in a brilliant part of Cornwall. They were extremely generous too. Benson and Ruby were typical cats, wanting to have time with you then disappearing to sleep for a while before coming back for more fuss.... Neville, an African Grey Parrot, has a brilliant vocabulary chattering away all day, he'll tell you he will "see you later" and ask for "strawberries" or tell you "dance" amongst other things... You will find yourself taking to him and answering back when he calls out... As a house-sit it was brilliant, we would highly recommend and we hope to call and see Deborah and Keith in the future...
It was a pleasure to house sit for Barb for a month. We arrived a day early during which time Barb showed us around the house and we were introduced to the pets. As well, a detailed list of instructions was also given. The house was clean, well organized, very comfortable and easily maintained. The Goose and Mr. Man were adorable! Their routine was easy and in return to satisfying their needs they gave us ample cuddle time. Our house sit overlapped a day at the beginning and at the end giving us a nice visit with Barb who was a lovely, kind and welcoming woman. A friendship formed! We will keep in touch. We would highly recommend this house sit in this beautiful city as it was a wonderful experience for us.
Gaby’s home is lovely! Beau and Hunter were very well behaved and easy to walk. Linus loves attention and Willow kept an eye on me to make sure I did everything right! The chickens were great too! I loves having fresh eggs during my stay. I hope I’m available the next time Gaby needs a helping hand with the fur babies!
I spent New Year looking after Zena the cat while Karl, Lucy and Dylan the dog were away on holiday. We made all the arrangements with phone calls and everything worked out very well. Zena is a very lovely and good natured cat and it was a pleasure to be inside Karl and Lucy's cosy home in the picturesque town of Emsworth over the festive period.
Highly recommend! The house is very comfortable and set in a beautiful location, surrounded by gorgeous walks, local shops and cafes. Katie was a great host and provided clear instructions and quick to respond. Anna ... is just gorgeous, so easy to care for and excellent company. There was a heatwave during our time together so sometimes shorter early & late walks followed by ice water and Anna rather enjoyed an ice cube massage too! If you are offered this sit do not hesitate ... you will really enjoy!
