We had so much fun housesitting for Cheryl and Jim. Yodi and Dexter are adorable, independent, and got along great with our dog. Their house is very comfortable and in a beautiful wooded area of Portland. They left clear instructions for us and were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a housesit in Portland!
Katy is a lovely lady, we had so much to say in so little time and we would have loved to have spoken more to her, we had a lot in common. Her beautiful cat Olive is an amazing cat, she took no time at all warming to us and we spent many hours playing with her or giving her fuss on the sofa while we watched TV. She slept on the end of our bed and often wondered up to sleep on our back or shoulder. I'd highly recommend sitting for Olive at Katy's house. We would have loved to have gone back for her next dates if we were free.
A dream of a sit. Alice is endlessly kind and generous and her lovely and comfortable home is located in a quiet area of London with numerous convenient bus lines nearby. As for Nutmeg... she's one of the smartest, cutest, funniest dogs I've ever met and I love and miss her dearly. She has boundless energy and makes no fuss about walking for many miles but is also easy to travel with and has excellent mass transit manners. She LOVES green spaces and has serious stick game: ever an overachiever, she will find, and insist on playing fetch with, the biggest branch in the park. Not one person can resist smiling when they see her walk around carrying a stick twice her size. It's just one of the ways in which she spreads joy and makes the world a better place. I feel very fortunate to have met Alice & Nutmeg and I hope to be back <3
This was an absolutely amazing housesit. Valley is most welcoming and communication with her was flawless. The apartment is located in a quiet soi off Sukhumvit and near everything you might need. But of course the star of this sit was Mabel. It's incredible how she loves to be very close to you, always looking for hugs and attention. She also loves to play and food is very important to her. She is adorable and we wouldn't hesitate to return on a next occasion. Thanks a lot Vallary for letting us take care of Mabel. Big hug to both of you.
Pistache is an extremely cute cat and was an absolute dreamboat to take care of! She’s funny, curious, playful and affectionate - she loves snuggles and chin scratches and will happily let you stroke her incredibly soft tummy :) Solène and Jeremy were super friendly and helpful when introducing me to Pistache and the flat a few days before the sit. The flat (and everything in it) is absolutely beautiful and impeccably kept, so it was a really lovely place to spend a few days. Needless to say, I would happily take care of Pistache again.
Koda is an exceptional dog - well behaved, quiet temperament & and beautiful boy. Zach kept everything clear & simple & provided me a helpful orientation to Koda’s routine, home expectations & facility use in their very well appointed apartment complex. The location is very handy to downtown Seattle, local sights & a terrific dog park (Koda loves it there as you’d expect). Internet is strong & reliable - so important for my work. A delightful sit & Id welcome the opportunity to sit Koda again.
