Arcy is an amazing kitty! She's so sweet, beautiful, fluffy and talkative; I only wish I knew what she was saying! We spent many hours brushing and relaxing together. I miss her already. Niki and Dave were friendly, generous, welcoming hosts. Their house is really comfortable and filled with so much creativity and interesting art. Being able to use their pool was amazing. I only live 25 minutes away but it was a really nice mini vacation and change of scenery. I'll be happy to take care of Arcy again.

We were happy to stay with these boys over the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was our first time spent with Pugs, and they enjoyed playtime with our Frenchie. Lenny and Colonel Brandon are easy to care for, and let you know when it’s time to go out into the fenced backyard. They do sleep in bed with you, so there’s enough room for one adult (in my opinion). The home is in a great neighborhood in the city and feels suburban.

We were able to join a Google Meet video meeting prior to being selected for the sit. Anna Marie had great communion with clear instructions printed out for feeding schedule, treats and such.
We would sit again if we return to the area.

I was gifted with the chance to spend one night with Kathy before she left. She had a fabulous dinner for us, and we walked the lovely Ms. Maggie on her favorite route, and met neighbors and friends. Got a full tour of all the amenities. It was a perfect place for me or a couple. Small enough that I didn’t spend 8 hours cleaning at the end, which I have done on large homes (just dusting and vacuuming areas I didn’t even use - but they would still need to be cleaned). The trails around are fabulous, beautiful backdrop of Mountains. The pool for a swimmer is a complete dream.

I lost a few tears when I left. Maggie had become my buddy. She is the most well mannered dog I’ve ever known. She was shy until day 3, then warmed up completely and we had so much fun. She is silly with toys, committed to walks and plain lovey. I have already talked to Kathy about future sits. No question I would do it again.

We really loved sitting Kobe and Oreo. Kobe is the gentle giant, one of the most well behave dogs we sit. He doesn't pull while walking and will follow simple command, sit, wait, stay. His recall is perfect! We can easily let him go off lead at any dog allowed beach, coast or woodland. He loves playing tug & fetch, first thing in the morning he goes to his toy box, pick one and wait for play time in the garden.

Only thing to be careful is he could be too warm in the sun, his black coat heat up very quickly and it's only 15 degree when we were there. He needs lots of drink if we stay by the beach. If going in the wood he can drink and cool down in the river.

Oreo is very cuddly little cat. She comes to bed every night. They both often get jealous of each other and will come for cuddles at the same time from the same person. So cute! We totally love them. The chickens are funny, like to follow us around when we play with Kobe in the garden and they don't mind gentle stroke. We got fresh eggs daily too!

Tom & Hannah are lovely host they prepared the place and information for us even though very busy with the baby. Any questions we can always text them and got the reply right away. The place is less than an hour drive to famous beaches like Padstow and Newquay. A bit further from west coast but really worth driving. Big supermarket is only 5 min drive. Highly recommend :)

Laetitia
Laetitia was super nice from the beginning, she showed us everything beforehand and even gave us another tour the day before we got there! Her space is very nice and spacious!!
Theia was so sweet and funny during all of our stay, she behaves like a kitten sometimes which makes her funnier and cuter too! She’ll have her own space but if she comes close to you she’ll even let you scratch her belly!!
We miss her so much ❤️

Jane
Jane was incredibly helpful prior to the house sit and with her very extensive notes left with me during our handover. A lovely bedroom was ready for me and I couldn't have been made to feel more at home by Jane and James.
Mabel was a delight to look after and very well behaved. She led me on a number of lovely walks around the village! A typical country village which has a community shop, pubs and plenty of walks in beautiful countryside.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this house sit.
