This was my very first time using zeewoi and I could not be more delighted! Sabina was excellent – she took amazing care of Rodolfo and kept me in constant touch with photos and videos every day. It is clear that she loves dogs and takes her responsibilities when dog sitting very seriously. She also kept me informed regarding his mood, the walks taken, et cetera. I came back to an impeccable home, perhaps even cleaner than I left!!!! Finally, Sabina was incredibly flexible. I experienced multiple flight delays which caused the beginning of my sit to change from Friday, to then Saturday, to then finally begin on Sunday due to airline madness and she was incredibly understanding. I recommend her wholeheartedly and unreservedly, and urge you to consider her for your own pets – I hope to keep in touch and have her as my very zeewoi in the future!

James was awesome!! On top of taking great care of Tarzan, James was communicative and such a great guest and caretaker. It was such a gift coming back to everything super clean and tidy! Since first talking with James it was clear he loves animals, and Tarzan was in great hands while he was here! I absolutely recommend James if you're looking for someone caring, friendly, and responsible to look after your pets and home!

Jana was amazing! She was so kind and sent us pictures daily. The house is exactly the same as when we left. We would welcome her back anytime!

Andrea made it so easy for me to leave crou! She sent photos and was very communicative. It was clear crou had a great time and she took wonderful care of my home. I really appreciated her time and respect of my home and would highly recommend!

First time app user and Ed was great! Highly recommended. One of my dogs needed a bit more attention with daily medication and due to her side effects needing more frequent bathroom breaks. I was gone for about 15 days and came back to the same condition as I left it plus the dogs clearly enjoyed his company. Thank you!

Olga and her husband Stephen were excellent pet sitters. We got a daily update with picture and/or videos. Everything went perfectly well. We hope to have them back next year.

My 9-day trip overseas was going to be the longest I had ever been away from my cat Lenny since I foster failed and adopted him 4 years ago. Lenny has a medical condition that can be aggravated by stress, and I was worried that my going away for this length of time could stress him out. So I wanted to make sure he was cared for my someone who prioritized him and wanted him to be comfortable. Jessica was the first sitter who applied after I posted the sit, and after some correspondence we had a video chat, with left me with a very good feeling about her. Many other sitters applied and I was in contact with several of them, but for a variety of reasons, Jessica felt like the best choice. I am so glad I chose her! She communicated with me regularly, in the way that I requested, with messages and photos so that I always knew how Lenny was doing. Part way through my trip we had a video call so I could check in with her and see Lenny live. It was very clear from the start that Lenny really liked and trusted Jessica and that he was getting a lot of love and attention. This gave me great peace of mind. I came back to a very neat and tidy home, left as I requested. And while Lenny was happy to see me, I knew that he was not ignored while I was away. I feel so fortunate that Jessica was my catsitter. She was reliable, communicative and organized and I will use her again whenever possible!

Cristian and Leidy were absolutely amazing with Noodle and Scooby! These two were such a joy to work with - they were super friendly, easy to communicate with, and most importantly, they treated my pets like their own. I came back to a clean house and two very happy and well-fed pups. I can't recommend them enough!

We recently had Pascale stay at our home for four nights to take care of our pup, Denali. From the outset, Pascale was kind and it was evident that she genuinely cares for animals, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. However, there were a few challenges during her stay that prevent us from giving a full five-star rating. Firstly, we had some communication issues before the start of her stay regarding arrival and departure times. Despite originally saying she could take Denali out before heading to evening events on her arrival day, she later told us that she could no longer do so at the last minute. Pascale also informed us of a departure change right before we left, which left us scrambling to make alternative arrangements on short notice. Second, she lost our house keys during her time with us, necessitating getting her access to another set (fortunately, the lost set got turned into our super). Third, there was an instance where Denali was left alone for over 10 hours, despite a previous explicit discussion about the appropriate length of time away from Denali, where we had indicated 8 hours was the limit to ensure no accidents. While Pascale’s kindness and love for Denali are commendable, these issues highlighted some areas where communication and reliability could be improved. We appreciate her efforts and care for our dog, but future pet owners might want to discuss these aspects to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Jay was OUTSTANDING. Five-star everything. He took great care of our two cats and our needy plants for three whole weeks while we were gone. Great communicator, great guy. Left the place spotless, too. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone and would have him back anytime. Thanks so much, Jay!

Malcolm was great, he looked after my dogs pretty well. Communication was very easy, he sent regular updates every morning and evening! He was very responsive and followed all the instructions that I gave him. I would communicate all the dos and don’ts very clearly to make sure nothing undesirable happens.
