It was with a heavy heart that we packed up and left Oz and Marley, Stan, Obi and Cosmo not to mention Mo and Mash the sheep and the chickens.
Our week was filled with fun moments both at the horse and while doing the regular dog walk but also discovering several more. The dogs have fantastic temperaments and couldn’t be easier to care for. A particular first for me was walking the dogs with a cat (Cosmo) for company across several fields and to the next village!
Judith and family made us so welcome and gave clear and comprehensive instructions alongside a delicious evening meal upon our arrival. They had thought of everything which meant the week passed trouble free.
A wonderful sit for truly lovely people and pets/animals. We would love to return if given the chance. Thank you Judith and family!

Nancy
Lulu and Annie are so calm, loving and easy to care for. Their personalities make getting attached to them very easy! I enjoyed their routine and it allowed me to see the surrounding area, that had a lot to see and do.

Nancy and Mike had great communication, were very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my experience was memorable. They shared what their area had to offer, making suggestions of things to do and see. There are a plethora of options: walking trails, beaches, hiking, shopping, historical sites, and beautiful coastal drives!

The home is located in a quite area yet central to a variety activities. You will not run out of options! They have a well-appointed house and were very thorough showing the home and responsibilities.

I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend them (and Lulu and Annie)! Anyone selected to housesit for them will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay in Winooski with Artemis. The apartment was comfortable and spacious for such an urban location, really surprising, a great spot. Walking distance to everything and great neighborhoods where Art knew exactly where he wanted to go.
Artemis is such a loving pup! Loves to cuddle and hug. Initially, I was very mindful of potential skittish behaviors, but he listened well and was very attentive to the commands as instructed to me by Frankie and Becky.
We had a fantastic time and I'd love to visit again!

Max
Communication with Max was always very fast and easy. He’s really nice and it was pleasant talking to him. He explained everything well and caring for the cats was straightforward.

Elli and Fritz were absolutely adorable and I loved hanging out with them. Elli is a bit shy but such a sweetheart. She was always following me around and even slept next to me at night. Fritz is much more relaxed, a bit more lazy haha, and just such a goofball. It was fun getting to know their personalities, especially since they’re so different.

I would definitely recommend pet sitting them, I had a really great time on this sit.

Jenny
Jenny and her family made me very welcome in their beautiful home. Jenny left detailed and very useful instructions for the house, Willow and the chickens. The home was warm, comfortable and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. I slept very well too. Willow is a gorgeous dog with a loving and friendly temperament. She cuddled up with me, and when playful, would come over and nudged with her favourite toy - this meant, "Let's play tug!". I didn't walk her out very much due to her being in season. But there is a lot of space around the home where I would to run and play with her. She is very well trained and comes immediately to the blast of a whistle. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this house sit. PS the chickens' eggs are delicious!

When I first saw this listing, I was like... 3 huskies AND a cat?? I thought it would be the hardest housesit I had done yet. I was proven so wrong this time. Tala, Leo, Spartan, and sweet little Maverick are such sweet animals. My only advice to future house sitters is to watch out for Spartan. He's a sneaky one (in a fun way).
