Jill was a great find for me and my dog, Reka. Extremely reliable, I heard from Jill every other day, as we had discussed. She was great with Reka and taught her new tricks. She also was attentive to any issues with the house and left the house looking as if the cleaners had just finished. I feel that we've become friends over the 4 sits she did for me in 2024 and I will want her to return in the future.
House sitting for Kylie was a breeze! Both Kitties were so sweet and love to show you love by rubbing across your legs as they go by! Kylie left clear and concise directions so caring for them for simple and easy! I was able to easily reach Kylie though out the stay! The house is super cozy and close to great food and local attractions! Happy to come back whenever invited! You'll love hanging out with Oliver and Owen!
We had a wonderful time sitting for Fern in her lovely home looking after Katiki and Adele. Katiki is the most loveable, happy and well-behaved doggo and Adele loves a good lap snuggle. A brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from both the town, pier, beach and estuary. Fern is so lovely, great at communicating and gave us such a warm welcome. It was a pleasure. Thank you x
Hosts: Paisley and Michael provided really good directions and explanations. They gave detailed instructions on how to find the house and how to take care of the pets. They provided some recommendations of local things to do. They were really organised and even shared with us a document with written instructions for further reference. Paisley and Michael are a really friendly couple, and we enjoyed spending some time with them at the start and end of our trip. They were also really flexible with our arrival and departure times. Location: It's so pretty! You will be staying in a beautiful, old cortijo. The view is outstanding. You can see the surrounding villages, mountains and the sea. The swimming pool was ready to use, as well as the barbeque. There is a really nice outdoor terrace where you can have your meals. There is a nice orchard where you can gather fruit. Salobreña is the closest town. It is a typical Spanish pueblo. It is near the beach and has really nice food. There is also a Flamenco night every Monday at the Travesia restaurant. The area was not very busy in May, which was relaxing. Pets: The cherry on top of the cake. Leroy is full of puppy life and love. He is always happy to play with people. Piper is very sweet, cuddly and relaxed. She loves napping around and being petted. They both got along with us straight away. The pets are low maintenance, so you can explore the local area in the daytime. We would highly recommend this house sit!
I had a wonderful stay at Stacey's home. The house itself is lovely and comfortable and in a great location. Simone the cat welcomed me and liked snuggles and playtime, but also did her own thing and was not demanding. Stacey gave me a great in-person orientation to the house and Simone's care the day before the sit, prepared a thorough welcome guide, and was easy to reach during the sit. I would very happily do another sit here, and I recommend this sit to others!

OUR FAVOURITE SIT YET!! Sitting for Rachel was an absolute pleasure, she was so easy to communicate with, extremely accomodating and made our stay a breeze. King is a giant softie and the biggest sweetheart. We can’t say enough good things about him. He has the most beautiful temperament and a personality that melts your heart. He’s a big cuddle bug and loves attention. We wish we could’ve taken him home with us, he’s a very special boy and we would not hesitate to look after King again. Rachel’s home was perfect and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located right next to the subway to take you into the city and plenty of great food options around the apartment. We would recommend sitting for Rachel in a heartbeat.
