Where shall I start? Clare and Pete are amazing hosts. Both very kind, warm, friendly and easy going. We had such interesting conversations and communication from day 1 was flowing so easily and well. I can say that friendship evolved and I'm very grateful to know them. They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Basil and Lily are just like them, soooooo adorable, there's no way your heart melts when you meet them. They are both different characters but in their own way, unique and cuddly, loving, affectionate cats. I really miss cluddling them and having them around. The house is great, has everything you need and a big guest bedroom and bathroom for yourself. Wifi is perfect as that was important for me to work. There's a big garden and balcony to sit, which sadly the winter weather didn't really give me much of a chance to enjoy it, but it's there and very comfortable. Finally the area Hunter's Hill has everything you need. Walking distance has a Woolworths, Farmers market, ICA and lots of cafés and places to eat. 2km further there's a Coles and more shops. If you have a car, you can get to even bigger shopping centres. I even biked to most places. I can highly recommend this housesit, but I recommend housesitters that are tidy and orderly and genuine cat lovers because that is what Clare and Pete deserve. Thank you ! 5 BIG thumbs up from me!
I stayed at Mark and Bonnies sanctuary in Monterey Bay for 5 days and I had such a beautiful experience! It was my bday week so I wanted to spend some time by the beach but also with this cute pup named Billie! She is the sweetest! So affectionate and playful. I really loved going on daily adventures with her and walking around the hilly neighborhood. She gets so much compliments ☺️ Mark’s home is gorgeous, filled with such amazing art, ceramics and decor from all around the world. I had the chance to meet with both Bonnie and Mark before they left to their son’s with his Wedding. Thank you Mark and Bonnie for choosing me to care for Billie in your beautiful home. It was a great birthday retreat for my soul. 🤗
