Hazel was amazing. The cats loved her. She kept in contact and sent photos and nothing was too much trouble. The house was very clean and tidy on return. An ideal house sitter. Would highly recommend

It was a pleasure to meet Michael and Emma over supper and as a first time user of TH, very reassuring that our whippets and home were in safe hands. Our home was left spotlessly clean and the whippets were relaxed though thankfully overjoyed to see us!!!! I can highly recommend Michael and Emma who rose to the challenge of our off grid home in the mountains. Thank you guys.

Sarah and Richard are the most delightful couple who looked after our cat and the house impeccably. Communication with them was very straightforward and relaxed right from the beginning and we never had any doubt that they were more than qualified for the job. They kept us regularly updated with news and photos; everything was spotless on our return and we have no hesitation in recommending them. In addition we really enjoyed meeting them and hearing all about their interesting life and we wish them all the best for the future.

Lauren was such a wonderful cat sitter, and all round lovely human. Completely reliable, excellent communicator, friendly, gave updates on cats with photos when needed, watered outside plants which are a bit tricky as they are done by bucket as we don't have an outside tap. Returned back to a sparkling clean home. Lauren will be 100% welcome to housesit whenever she is free . Our cats still seem to be looking for her! I highly recommend Lauren to take care of your pets and home.

It was a very straightforward sit with Melis. Arrangements beforehand were easily made, the sit itself seemed to go well, and I returned to a very contented cat and a clean, tidy house. Would be very happy for Melis to sit again for me.

Jas took care of my cat, Jamesy, while I was in San Francisco. She did a great job, providing James with the special food and playtime he needs. Jas sent me multiple pictures and videos of James each day, which really put me at ease. I was super happy to see how well she followed my instructions and took great care of James. I did face a couple of challenges during the sit. Jas mentioned that my apartment was messy and suggested I either have it cleaned or find someone else to take care of James. Given this really short notice, this was quite stressful for me since I was in a different continent and timezone, making it difficult to find a replacement quickly. However, we quickly found a solution, hired a cleaning crew and moved forward. Additionally, I noticed that some of my things were kept in different places from where I usually keep them. While this is a minor issue, it was a bit annoying to find things out of place. Despite these hiccups, I appreciate the care Jas provided to Jamesy and would recommend her as a sitter for your pets with the consideration of these small adjustments.

This was the second time Lisa and Steve looked after Torva, who recognised them which was lovely. They were brilliant when on the first night Torva decided to spread her paws and stay out all night. She returned fine but having both of them there was very reassuring. Their communication was as ever really reliable. They looked after our home beautifully, it was lovely and clean when we came back. We got to meet them both this time which was really great, it felt like seeing old friends! I have no hesitation in recommending them to look after your pets and home. We look forward to having them look after Torva again and so know she really appreciates having them too.

Having Kieta as a house sitter was great - we came back to happy cats and a spotless house! She was lovely to communicate and deal with, we wouldn't hesitate to have her back again!

We would highly recommend Sarah to look after your house, dogs and other animals. She is very knowledgeable about dogs and was wonderful at looking after our 2 labradors, Zuri and Kivuli, as well as our horse Reggie, while we were away. We returned to 2 obviously very happy, relaxed, well-exercised dogs and an immaculate house. Sarah was great at keeping in touch just the right amount while we were away and communication before and during the sit was excellent. Sarah is very self-sufficient and capable and pro-active about making decisions based on the situation e.g. realising the weather was changing and so Reggie would need a different rug. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome her back to look after our house and Zuri, Kivuli and Reggie again. Thank you Sarah!

What a lovely lady! Sue is clearly a very experienced pet sitter. She was a great communicator both before and during the sit, sending daily updates about the cats whilst she was staying. Throughout the sit we had no issues whatsoever, she was completely self sufficient which allowed us to relax on our holiday. We returned to a tidy house, a pair of very happy (sleepy) cats and two beautiful toys that Sue had kindly knitted Barbs and Lucas. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Sue to come back in the future 😊.

Pippa was an excellent host for our week away ensuring our house was very well looked after our two boys were given lots of attention! Would recommend

It was a pleasure having Audrey and Nicholas pet/house sit for us! From the beginning, they were communicative and met with us prior to sitting to ensure we're a good fit. We came home to a very tidy house (in fact, probably better than we had left it!). I loved that they're based in SF and have their own dog. Audrey and Nicholas was able to take our dog Finnley to their family home and introduce to their family dog. Would definitely recommend and trust them to care for your home/dog.
