We had a lovely few days with Sunshine and Floyd in the California foothills. The welcome guide was complete, and very helpful. We met Robin and Eric before they departed for a quick handover. They left us a generous thankyou gift, which we thoroughly appreciated in these post- covid pricey times. Both pups are very sweet. Sunshine is a lot slower in old age, is deaf, yet moves well when she wants. They have a special, nutritious diet that we were happy to serve up. Robin had pre prepared their food. They also have a few supplements to add to the mix. They both slept soundly at night in the utility. Both were very happy to have our company. They mainly slept in their beds/patio between walks and meals. They have a big yard to run around in a secured compound. They also have short walks in the neighbourhood for extra sniffs. Daily combing away a few fleas was easy. The ranch- style home is on a private, quiet road. The house is gated, recently renovated, old school kitchen, a beautiful patio and grounds to enjoy, including a great sea view. It was clean and tidy for our arrival. Sitters have use of a comfortable double guest bedroom, bathroom and all usual amenities. Ceiling fans were very much appreciated. Air con was available. The security gate was easy to use. The house location is in proximity to Highway 101, Amtrak line, and the beach! Capinteria central is 8 mins drive or a 15 minute cycle ride. We headed out to the supermarket to stock up on supplies and passed lots of shops, bars, restaurant's etc. We visited Carp` beach for a beautiful sunset. Ventura and Santa Barbara are also very close by. A beautiful, serene housesit in the foothills that can be enjoyed by home-bodies or those wishing to explore nearby for a few hours. Highly recommended. We would be happy to return in the future. R&C
Raphael and Shihara are open, kind, and great communicators. This was an easy sit as Raphael quickly answered any questions I had. This was my first sit abroad and I really appreciated how smoothly it went thanks to all of Rapahel's support. Orca is beautiful and loving dog, who is full of personality. It was great to come back to the flat after a few hours of exploring London and have Orca greet me like her long lost friend. Frodo is attentive and courageous and allowed me to pet him more than I expected. Thanks for a wonderful sit.
Caitlin was a wonderful and host and oh my how I looooooved Ruthie! What a cutie she is and so well behaved. I was able to take her with me to a farmers market easily, she was a great car rider, good with other dogs, but she definitely loves people the most. She was at my side at all times and she will definitely expect to be sleeping with you in her bed all snuggled up close:) I would happily take care of Ruthie again and Caitlins home was clean and cozy. Thank you to Caitlin for allowing me to take care of her best pup!
I absolutely loved my time with Mr. Moofie in his beautiful house. Firstly, Moofie was friendly from the start, which is always nice. Secondly, I didn’t need to pooperscoop once. And then there’s the relaxing backyard with palm trees and bonus outdoor shower. And the warmly decorated house with comfy spots to lounge. And the short drive to the Isle of Palms beach. And Moofie was such good company, keeping me company but not being needy. I highly recommend this sit… though I’d selfishly prefer to do EVERY sit there… I miss Moofie…
Angela was a great host left all the information you needed printed out. Peter took about 3 days to relax and be available for stroking and not feeling nervous about a new person. The Peacocks were very tame and just had to hang around to deter the Squirrels from eating there food. I had some lovely walks in the forest on the doorstep practically. I would recommend this sitting to nature lovers that like a quite location. I hope to see Peter again

The girls are wonderful! My baby loves seeing them and has a great time every time he goes! He's a 100 lb German shepherd and can be a little shy/ skittish but he always gets excited when he sees the girls. He'll jump right into their car! Toni is always wonderful about giving me updates and even sent me this wonderful picture which is one of my favorites!
These ladies are awesome!!! Great pet care and grooming. Excellent bonus service -- if you're handicapped or without transportation -- they will pick your pet up and return them for a small fee!! Our big GSD who doesn't feel comfortable with anyone but us LOVES these girls. They can get him to do anything. LOL see pics. They actually managed to tire my Frenchie out at daycare and that's a feat. They love dogs and take excellent care of yours while they are in their care. Highly recommend.

Today was my dogs first grooming appointment at The Golden Leash and I can not say enough on how wonderful my experience was. Swimming in a pool is a great activity for active dogs. 15 minutes in their salt water pool is the same as running 5 miles for a dog. The staff gave private lessons to my dog for no additional charge his first time there, guiding him back and forth through the water. It’s cheaper to go for the open swim, however, you can rent the pool for an hour session for a reasonable price. There is a free drying station you can use. Be aware you’ll get wet as the dogs jump into the pool. Dress appropriately. They were gentle with my canine as he got his first nail trim. I was most pleased. Although I’ve not used the salon area, I know it’s an open concept so you can monitor what is happening to your pup. There is also a self serve area. Colleen Medere, the owner, cares deeply about the safety of all dogs, therefore Bubble Puppy sponsors fundraisers for nearby shelters in need. It’s a upstanding place which I heartily recommend!
The scariest thing in the world is to leave your baby in the hands of strangers. Especially when your baby can't verbally communicate with you. But when you have a baby that has separation anxiety, yet they are sooo excited that they can hardly contain themselves when you are driving up to "school" and running to the door to be let in... you know they are in good hands! Bubble's is the best! Thank you sooo much for taking care of my sweet boy during his puppy phase!
Even though my two German shepherds only come to be groomed twice a year. They absolutely love coming here. We always get a full groom for them with no issue for the last few years. They also like to go for a private swim at the pool!
I have been a very loyal customer to Bubble Puppy for 10 years. I was so excited when they opened the Playhouse, and I am extremely disappointed. Apparently when they ask you to fill out health information, it’s just for show as they do not care or take any of it into account. Clearly listed in my attached photos I made it very clear of my dogs health history of swallowing things that ended up needing to be surgically removed. I emphasized with “HE WILL SWALLOW THINGS”, which still was not clear enough. They assure you when you become a client that there are no toys, this is a lie. My dog has thrown up 2 toys after leaving the play house. When I discussed this with them I was told “we have 30 dogs and it’s hard to watch them all.” To which I responded “then maybe you need to go down to 25 or 20 dogs if you can’t keep them all safe. I was told when I dropped him off there would be no toys.” And they said to me “well you can see from the videos we post that there will be toys in the pool, no one said there wouldn’t be toys in the pool”. And I reiterated “I made it very clear he swallows things and I asked several times if there would be toys and I was reassured there would not be. Yet he threw up two of your toys.” And I got the same response “no one said there wouldn’t be toys in the pool area. YOU should have told US he can’t go swimming”. Why would I tell them he can’t go swimming due to toys being present if I was reassured several times there would not be toys?? Not to mention, toys or not, shouldn’t you be responsible enough to assure dogs don’t ingest anything?? Isn’t that your job? To WATCH the dogs and keep them SAFE?? What am I paying you for if not to watch my dog with the trust that he is safe and in good hands? They clearly lack accountability, they are not professional, responsible, or safe. They showed no remorse, I was not given a refund, and they do not intend on implementing any change of action to prevent this from happening again to another dog. So please, if your dog has the habit of eating something they should not, do not take your dog here. They will not be in good hands and at that point you’re gambling with their health and safety. I have had good experiences bringing him to open swim myself and the grooming is great. But please be aware of the hazards and danger risks that comes with the playhouse.
I can not praise the staff at Bubble Puppy enough! They greeted us with a smile, loved on my Freddie like he was their own, and when I picked him up after his appointment, I literally cried at what a beautiful job the gentleman had done! I swear my dog is a happier pup after his experience at Bubble Puppy; thank you!

We had so much fun! Owners are allowed in the pool with their dogs and there were showers with shampoo, blow dryers and towels to wash your dog afterwards. We will definitely be back for some water play!

Great place to board your dogs. I liked that I was able to visit before the first boarding and they showed me where they would be staying. They are very detail oriented and listen to what your dogs needs are. I had my dogs walked one day and they made sure that they went out together as I requested. I enjoy that they will also send update pictures during their stay. They take good care of my dogs and I will continue to take them back.
Took my sons Bearded Dragon here to have him cremated. They were so caring and did a wonderful job. I have taken many pets to them since the early 90s. very poor staff members that will harm your animals. They need to be reported to peta So now I will give you the story. There is a home about 200’ from them as the teen age girl was walking the dog it got off the leash and ran over to AAA. She followed behind the dog and there was a male employee outside that walked past the dog as he wagged his tail sniffing the ground as the employee turned back and began stabbing the dog. While stabbing him the employee stated he got bit. First off who does that? Who takes the life of an animal unless your life was on the line. I want everyone to know the type of people that AAA employees. He murdered this poor dog. He should be in prisoned. This was the must disputing act and he did this infront of a teen age girl. I hope they know that there is a video and it’s going to go viral. So if you love animals if you love your pet don’t bring them here or you may never see them alive again they have proven they don’t care about the life of your animal
What more can I say to the AAA Pet Services staff other than THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. They handled everything with care and grace. My Baby got her wings and she's in Heaven now. The Services, the Urn, the little ceremony everything was great and I could send my Lady La La home the right way. I highly recommend them.

I have used AAA four times over the last twenty years for cremation services for elderly rescued pets that passed away. They also offer home pickup for an additional fee, which, if you're in an emotional state and shouldn't be driving if a pet passes at home, it becomes a valuable service. Employees are empathetic and do their best to provide a smooth experience during a very emotional time.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I have CONSISTENTLY picked up my dog bleeding and every time I asked they stated, "she tired to bit us". I might try to bit someone too if I am being cut and dripping in blood. I then reached out to the manager of the business to express my concerns on how my dog was being treated and NEVER received a call back. Truly shows that this place is a mill to bring dogs in and take your money rather than caring holistically about the animal. In addition to the grooming being poor, I have boarded my dog here several times in the past and every time I requested a photo of her she was always in the cage. So when they state they if you pay for extra like walks and such, I don’t believe they are actually doing that. Rather, just taking your money. I would never recommend to an enemy to bring their dog here for board or grooming.

Carrie and her crew go out of their way to make the dogs safe and have fun. Owners are accommodated with half day or full day visits and boarding possibilities. My pup regularly visits and has stayed here overnight several times for up to a week. He is still thrilled to go and comes home satisfied, sometimes napping in the car. Great experience from booking to pick up. We received multiple photos each day on their facebook. Ted seemed to have had a blast according to the pictures we saw. The facilities are clean, staff is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.
I fully trust Camp Canine to take care of my pup! I have a lot of reservations about who watches my dog as he can be very rambunctious/ difficult for strangers to deal with at times, he is a escape artist who looks for ways to run away, and he has some major seasonal allergies that needs to be monitored. However, they have never had an issue with caring for him! There were times that my dog’s sensitive paw pads get scraped from playing too rough on the playroom’s floor. The staff is above and beyond accommodating with this: they recommended products to apply prior to arrival (even giving a sample of one since I didn’t have any and applying products for me when he was being boarded), they are attentive to give my dog frequent breaks (every hour) to reduce stress to his paws, and were proactive in checking his paws/contacting me to let me know if it was inflamed. Additionally, I would like to mention the fun activities/photo ops they have planned throughout the year like the “valentines party”. Then there are also a huge daily dump of photos on their Facebook page where you can see glimpses of your dog’s day. This is definitely a fun little add on!

I’ve never had an issue with Camp Canine. I don’t know what happens behind the scenes but my dog seems happy. They have nice facilities and stuff for the dogs to do with the indoor play areas and the outdoor areas. I love that they separate the dogs by size for play time. Every time I bring him home he crashes and is a slug for a day and a half after all the interaction. He knows he can finally relax in a quiet home. We call it the Camp Canine Corgi Crash.
My dog Leeloo loves Camp Canine. In fact, she forgets I even exist as soon as we walk through the door and she comes home tired. Staff is very friendly and they take good care of my girl.
My little dog loves it here. Enough said. Staff are nice and friendly too. I like that they post pics every day from the doggie day care sessions and that there are separate areas for big and little dogs.
They ask for a detailed pet profile, which is great and made me think they were thorough. But clearly no ones reads it bc instructions were NEVER followed. Even after the initial visit when we went through every step, the steps were not followed. When I called to ask if the person could return to the home to rectify the situation, they complained saying ‘won’t you be home tomorrow to fix it?’. not the point. the scheduling was a pain, and they were sorely overpriced for the services they provided. they have very young kids come to the home for the initial visit and to collect the homeowners keys. Since they were young they were timid, and clearly not paying attention to the routine i was trying to demo for them. this is not the way to run a business, and so they’ve lost mine.
We decided to try a new pet service after having a few issues with our current pet sitter. I’m so glad we did. They were fast with communication and very friendly. Their pricing for services was fair and their online system was fairly easy to use. Melissa was assigned to be our cat sitter and she was fantastic! From the first meet and greet, we were put at ease with her coming to take care of our cats. Our cats were so comfortable with her. Melissa was on time to every visit, she took care of everything that needed to be done, and she left us amazing updates about our pets with adorable pictures of them. We are so happy with Zen Paws Pet Sitting and Melissa, we will definitely be using them in the future!
I highly recommend Zen Paws and hope to use them again. They made the whole process easy & the App works great. I was initially tentative about having someone look after my senior cats that are skittish around strangers. Melissa quickly got them to warm up to her and provided plenty of attention during their visits. She also administered insulin shots for one twice a day without issues. I enjoyed getting details accounts of her visits and photos which put my mind at ease. She even kept their litter boxes clean. I came home to happy & healthy cats. 😊
We had the best experience with Zen Paws and Melissa when she took care of our cat while we were out of town. Our cat is an older cat and has diabetes and needs insulin twice a day, so it’s tricky to find someone who can care for him. When we got home from our trip he was so happy and frisky, unlike any other time we’ve left him, even when we’ve left him with friends he knows. The rates are really reasonable and our cat got to stay in his own home. Cannot recommend them enough!
Highly recommend Zen Paws to take care of your pets while you are away. We recently hired Zen Paws to watch our 2 dogs for 7-8 days. We chose to have a representative from Zen Paws come to our home 4 times per day for a little play time, feedings, potty, and walks. We have previously boarded the dogs and were not happy with their experience. With Zen Paws, your pets can stay in their own home and have a more comfortable experience.
We had to leave our dog Izzy with a pet sitter for a week this summer. This was the first time that we left her with someone other than a friend or relative. We used the services of Zen Paws Pet Sitting for the first time to care for our cat over the course of several weeks. Zen Paws was amazing! Not only were they able to fit us in with very little notice (for a weekend!), they got us onboarded as new clients really quickly and seamlessly. The app that they use makes scheduling, communication, and payment super simple. Plus, I don't have to hand write a note with all the instructions and leave them on the counter - they're kept on file and I can change them whenever I need to. Melissa the pet sitter (Cat Whisperer) was absolutely wonderful. My scaredy cat took to her right away and treated her like one of the family when she visited. Poor woman had to haul in a huge pile of packages from the porch and did so with a smile (Thank you Melissa!). The icing on the cake was when they reached out to me after the first morning visit to double check the schedule for the evening. I had screwed it up and they caught it and fixed it - whew! I got lots of photos after each visit so I knew that Rosco was happy, fed and well taken care of. It truly was a Zen experience. I didn't worry at all and felt like my home and my little furry friend were in very capable hands. Thank you Zen Paws!
Zen paws has been so amazing to my pup. We recently moved to a new area and I was nervous to find a bee dog walking service- they came right in and have take. Such WONDERFUL care of my dog! The staff is professional, timely and accommodating! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a great team to care for your pets! Thank you Zen Paw for all of you care!
My dog was treated like family. I left my bigger girl here for 6 days and bought all the special add ones for her. They also have an option for a go home bath , and wow was she soft when I picked her up. I absolutely love the staff here, they really make you feel like they've known you forever. This is the best daycare and boarding in downriver in my opinion. the set up and amenities. It's just beautiful. And it's also right by the airport so it was convenient with our travel. I have nothing but praise for Halliday. I can't wait to bring my pooches for their Halloween party. Thank you for all that you do.
Halliday's is great! My dog has some reactive issues with other dogs, so finding a boarding facility that understands and has solutions to help make him comfortable is such a relief for me. All of the staffers are so nice, friendly and they treat him so well!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about both locations. They treat my dog like he was one of their own pets. They are always so excited to see him when he comes through the door and when I pick him up, he is always so happy. It’s hard to find a place to trust your pet with while you’re away but you can rest assured they will be in good hands at Halliday’s.
My dog loves it here. It is a little expensive but worth the money. He gets excellent care, and we are always comfortable leaving him here knowing he gets the best of care!
10/10 would recommend. I was very nervous to board as one is a little special needing multiple medications and they have literally not left my side in over a year due to the pandemic. My girls came home happy and clean. Staff didn’t get annoyed when I called the first day to see how they were doing. And were very polite answering my nervous questions. They even hand fed my one eyed pirate puppy because she was too nervous to eat. Will be booking with them again for future needs.
When I go on vacation, my dog goes on vacation at Halliday's! I've used them for the past 3 years and will be using them for many more. I trust them with my best friend!
They took great care of my dog and I am thankful for the updates they were kind enough to send me while I was away because I was missing my baby. They need to work on attention to detail and communication. What I was expecting to pay was already discussed over email and I thought that’s what I was agreeing to at the time of drop off but I guess I added a package on there and spent an extra $100. I also told them that my dog was on a strict diet and could only have what I brought due to allergies. My fiancé told me that she got a special treat every night any ways and that she had loose stool and then was straining to poop. I’m just glad her allergies aren’t worse and only caused gastro issues. For one dog I spent almost $550 for 10 days, and while I understand that’s a fair price for some, I did not see that the result was worth the price and is the most I’ve ever paid for boarding for my dog.
Staff is excellent and knowledgeable and care about my dog. Take great care of her and very affordable to.
Words cannot explain how awesome this place is! Our high energy collie attends day care several times a week and absolutely loves the staff. He has boarded several times and every time is spectacular. You can really tell the staff love the animals in their care. I have complete confidence when bringing my dog here and would never go anywhere else!
This is a very good place to bring your pet it is clean and doesn't smell bad. They have a real good set up for the dogs and they make sure your pet is up to date on all there shots and the prices aren't bad. I also like the manager Debbie she is very nice and respectful and will help u out if you have a problem so whoever hired Debbie made the right choice. I have yet to meet someone so helpful and nice at a doggie day care so I think I'm gonna keep bringing my dog up here instead of the other place
