Cat Sitters in Guelph

This was Courteney’s second time staying with us but first time for an extended period of time. She communicated daily with us on how our dog and chicken were doing and updated us daily on what they got up too. She was flexible when our dates differed from the original set dates and communication was excellent from when we first agreed to have her come stay at our house. She is tidy took great care of our house including shovelling and taking the garbage out. I am sure the house was cleaner then when we left it. Our dog, Bella was sad to see her go and every time she goes outside she is hoping that someone will be as great as Courteney and play fetch with her- I think she misses her already! I would recommend Courteney to anyone looking for a kind, trustworthy responsible person to look after your pets. You and your pet would be lucky to have her.

We enjoyed getting to know Mary and Carl visiting on a video call before the sit and by hosting them the day before we departed. One of the best things about house sits is the people. We had a worry free vacation knowing that our Buff, our home and our gardens were in good hands. Buff was treated royally and he was sad to see Mary and Carl leave. We arrived home to a sparkling clean house and very happy dog. We hope to have Carl and Mary sit again. They are the best!

Thank you JJ for taking such good care of our pets and our home! JJ was self reliant - took amazing care of the animals and left the place sparkling clean! I would highly recommend JJ to anyone!

This is the 3rd time we've had Thea back - she always takes great care of the cats and keeps us updated on anything. Plus she sends photos. Would have her come back anytime!

Ted & Barb once again were excellent sitters for us. They went over and above the call of duty and everything went very smoothly.

Anna is wonderful! My sweet pup was well loved and it made my time away easier knowing she was having fun with Anna. I got pictures and videos regularly and felt confident that all was well on the home front. And also took great care of our home and plants. She is a gem and I recommend her without reservation!

Kim and Walt were amazing. They stopped by early so I could show them the house and they could meet Finn. They were always immediately responsive to texts, and they sent me Google albums, with Finn pictures, every day. I had asked for Finn to not be left alone for more than 4-5 hours, and they were extremely conscientious of that. They went to the dog park every night, and I heard from all my dog park friends how great they were! Arrived home to a clean house. They washed my sheets and made my bed. And what a surprise to find fresh flowers and a really nice note. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kim and Walt to take care of your pets/ house. I really hope to see them again next time they are in the area. And I know Finn would love that too!

Don and Gloria have cat sit for us 3 times now and we will continue to use them whenever we have the opportunity. They were well organized, asked lots of questions to be well prepared, left the house in immaculate shape, and the kitties were clearly so happy and well cared for when I returned home. Don and Gloria and clearly cat people. As soon as they entered the house my three cats gravitated towards them and they were keen to get playing with them. Pictures were sent while I was away and I had no concerns at alll about both the house and the cats. I highly recommend using them for your house situation

Jen is a regular for us and is always a pleasure to coordinate with and host. Our dogs are always happy, our house is always clean, and we never have any worries. We recently moved and Jen was super flexible with her time and introduction to our new space. Thanks so much, Jen! We all appreciate you!

Amy and Darryl recently watched our dog, Theo for a full week while we were on an international trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provided! They ensured Theo received all his meds and prescription food on schedule, which was a huge relief for us. They were responsive, sending us regular updates and photos of Theo, which made us feel confident that he was in great hands. On the first night of their sit, our apartment AC unit broke (during a heat wave, no less), but Amy and Darryl handled the situation with generous understanding and patience. We put them up in a hotel until a replacement AC unit could be installed 2 days later; they managed to move Theo, his meds/food, and their belongings back and forth from the hotel. They took great care of our home — everything was clean and tidy upon our return. We were especially touched by their kind note and the sweet gift they left upon their departure. We would absolutely recommend Amy and Darryl to anyone looking for reliable, caring pet sitters, and we hope they can sit for Theo again in the future!

Sarah is unbelievable! She was super kind, communicative, and loving with my pets. When I came home my house was spotless. She’s a true treasure!

Sometimes one has to count his and her lucky stars. On our recent trip to Boston to visit family we had the absolute pleasure and good fortune to have had the opportunity to meet Deb and John. From our first communications and introductions via the web and our last goodbye at the airport my wife and I, and of course our not so little Hoodoo, felt blessed to have been in their company. They gave the upmost best of care and displayed genuine affection towards our beloved Hoodoo. One knows when their furry companion has been well cared for by the greeting you receive upon your return. Hoodoo displayed as much love and affection towards Deb and John as he does us when we had the short opportunity to be together before their departure homeward bound. From the great updates and photos of their adventures with Hoodoo, to the delicious soup and impeccable straight lines in our mowed lawn, and the immaculate condition of our home and wonderful feedback from our friends at our local dog park, we feel blessed to have had Deb and John as the caregivers to our much loved Hoodoo. But most of all we made wonderful friends and look forward to visiting them both on our trip to Ontario. We all miss you already!!!
