Cat Sitters in Guerneville, CA

As newcomers to zeewoi it was helpful to be able to invite and meet prospective sitters before our trip. Our top of the list pick was Sheila with her wonderful bio and many shining reviews. We were fortunate Sheila and her partner Dan were willing to come see our home and our two young cats three weeks before our trip. We connected instantly and agreed they would be a good fit to watch our kitties and home while we were gone. This was the first time we have left our kitties for more than one night, so we were a bit nervous. Sheila’s experience in making things comfortable for owners and animals put us at ease. Having she and Dan come to meet the cats beforehand was certainly an added bonus! Sheila kindly asked how often we would like photos and updates on the cats while on our trip. She provided the perfect amount of contact by text which allowed us a chance to offer up a few more tips on our cat’s habits during our travels. We could not be happier with Sheila and Dan’s care of our home and our kitties! What a great experience! Everything was spotless and cared for, our cats had new friends and so did we!

Adding to Diana & Simon's already-glowing pile of reviews! Diana & Simon took such great care of our two little pups! They went on tons of walks, were served up lots of treats, and loved up on like crazy :) As requested, they sent us regular updates and left our home just as if we had never left. We would recommend Diana & Simon to pet sit any time!

Greg and Lara were absolutely wonderful. I cannot post a higher evaluation. They took such great care of my Maggie, taking her for walks, creek walking, swimming and playing. Their little Guava and Maggie became besties and had a great time together. My home was in such great shape when I returned, actually much cleaner than before they arrived. They are very thoughtful, considerate and loving people.

Despite a few logistical challenges Elizabeth and Vincent took loving care of our 10 month old basset! He can be a stubborn boy but they were flexible to his needs and kept him entertained! They sent updates and photos to keep us in the loop!

Craig was our sitter for 17 nights and left our home in great shape. Our cats are independent in and out boys but upon arriving home last night two of them were in the house and looked healthy and happy. Craig had even purchased a new grooming glove for our long haired boy. We really appreciated his communication and the plants all looked well taken care of also. We would definitely recommend Craig as a sitter.

It was such a pleasure having Amy care for my home and pets while I was out of the country. She has such a calm and friendly demeanor and communication was easy. My senior dog had teeth pulled just days before my departure and needed a little extra care with her food. I felt confident leaving her in Amy’s care. Amy took excellent care of my home and pets. I can definitely recommend her and would love to have her back anytime.

I am so grateful for Angela. Not only is she a delightful human being, but she took amazing care of my pets, plants and home. Communicating with Angela was smooth and easy. I appreciated her transparency. I loved the daily check-ins of a photo or video letting me know that everyone was doing well and having their own adventures. It is the best feeling to know that I can be away and not worry at all. I had zero worries or concerns leaving my furry kids in her care. I came home to a very happy and totally relaxed dog and cat, a clean home and thriving plants. I'd invite Angela back to stay in a heartbeat! Thank you, Angela for being awesome! Matthew and Gina were fabulous pet/house sitters! My pup Chica instantly bonded with Matt, as if they were already buddies (which is a rare thing for her to do so quickly with men) which says a lot about Matt's understanding and connection with animals. Likewise, Chica fell head over heels for Gina and her warm interested way, trotting next to her right away as we toured my home and garden in advance to get acquainted. They asked all the right questions, kept me wonderfully informed of their outdoor adventures while I was gone, and left my home spotless and more than ready for my return. I look forward to having Matt and Gina and Chica united again in the future. I more than highly recommend them as very zeewoi!!

It was lovely to welcome Leslie and Allen back to our home. They came to our house 2 days earlier than scheduled as we had some sad news from the UK. They are a lovely couple and we now count them as very good friends. All of the animals were very well cared for and this year has been more of a challenge caring for Percy and Alice because of the amount of rain we have had which makes the grass much richer. So particular care has to be taken because of laminitis and they handled this perfectly. The cats were totally chilled out and not bothered that we had been away. We returned to a spotlessly clean house, much cleaner than we left it! and the garden had been maintained perfect. We now have 2 large lawns to cut so we are so grateful Allen managed to sort these during very challenging weather! It was fantastic to see Leslie and Allen and we would love them to come and stay at ours again. We were able to go on holiday and not have a single worry about our animals or the house. Scott and D’Arcy have been stellar housesitters, guests, and support for us! They are very knowledgeable about both dogs and horses and our animals loved the attention and care they got. As housesitters, Scott and D’Arcy went above and beyond to ensure that we were well-informed, that the animals were well cared for, and that our home was in good working order while we were away. They even washed both horse and dog while they were there! We were so pleased with their services that we asked them to stay on for additional days to cover an unplanned trip we wanted to make. That unplanned trip instead turned into a medical emergency. Throughout all of it, Scott and D’Arcy remained flexible and confident, providing care not only to the animals but also to us, giving us moral support, cooking dinners, and reassuring us through a very unsettled period. They are not just good housesitters, but intelligent, interesting, experienced and compassionate people who are a pleasure to be around. We would highly recommend them and hope they come back to see us again!
