Where do I even begin?! I cannot fault Samuel and Amelia, they were incredible sitters, even before they arrived they were super understanding and flexible around not one, but two unexpected date changes I had, which impacted their arrival date. The day they arrived, I'd been up all night with my dog Muffin, who had become violently ill, and was considering cancelling my trip all together. Samuel and Amelia made me feel so safe and reassured that they were competent and prepared to deal with any further issues which may arise, allowing me to take my holiday knowing my girls were in the best hands. After I left, they assisted with the tests requested by the vets and kept me super updated throughout my time away, with videos and updates each day. Both dogs were clearly super well loved and cared for, which was so reassuring to see, and Muffin recovered well in their capable hands. The flat was so clean on my return and they were incredibly helpful with the dogs as I settled back in, it was clear they truly cared about them and enjoyed spending time with them. They are both wonderful, kind people, have super interesting stories to tell and are just overall amazing sitters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or welcome them back, as sitters or friends!
Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for having met Natalia and Steven and having them care for our beloved puppy, Wombat. As he was only 15 months at the time, and we were going away for 5 weeks, we really needed someone we could trust and rely on. But from the moment we met them online we felt at ease and knew that they were the right people to care for Wombat. During their stay, they were very communicative and sent us regular updates and photos of Wombat on his many adventures with them. Wombat always looked extremely happy in the photos and it made us enjoy our stay in Australia knowing that they had everything under control. They had a great connection with Wombat and even taught him a very good habits. They also helped out with our garden and any tasks we needed done around the home. Our house was immaculate when we came home and Natalia had also made us a home cooked meal, which was delicious! They even helped us with our suitcases and getting home and just went that extra mile for us. Natalia and Steven are a friendly, relaxed and easy going couple. We enjoyed spending time with them and getting tips for living in Spain too. We are truly grateful they were available for our dates and we hope they will be available the next time we go away.
