He sent us daily updates on all the adventures Gumby had without us ever needing to ask, which provided great peace of mind. Since our decision to travel was impromptu, we had some repairs scheduled for the kitchen. Instead of needing to cancel or move the day, Andrew volunteered to be there for the engineer's visit. Not only did the visit go smoothly, we did not have to micromanage from a distance. Andrew was able to handle all conversations on our behalf and gave us a prompt summary of the follow up required from us. Andrew did a great job of making sure our travel was stress free. We got back home to a clean house and a very happy dog! Andrew even took Gumby out for an evening walk so we could just unpack and relax which was a very thoughtful gesture. Andrew is a genuinely nice and friendly guy. He got along with our friends and neighbors really well and our friends even ended up asking him to sit for their cat! Overall, we feel really lucky to have found Andrew as a friend for Gumby and ourselves and we look forward to be able to welcome him to our home again.
