Cat Sitters in Guilford, CT

This is the second sit that Lisa and Jim did for us, so that tells you right away that we liked them enough to ask them back! They are a fun and personable couple whose company we have enjoyed. They stay in regular contact with pictures, and upon our return home the cat is healthy and happy, the house is clean, and they even left a lovely meal for us, truly over and above. We highly recommend Lisa and Jim as pet sitters.

Sara and Patrick were AMAZING! I am so grateful that they wanted to stay in the Hamptons and take care of my dear fur ones, while I visited family and worked in Europe. Sara sent me daily updates, which was comforting. Their dog came for the last week, which Dylan loed. He did get some stomach issues the last week, but Sara kept me in the loop and handled everything perfectly. They fell in love with the calico (everyone does!) and both of the cats coats looked gorgeous when I got home - they were so well brushed and purr-happy. The house looked like my maids had just left, it was neat and tidy. This trip was the reason I decided to try Trusted HS and I am so grateful to have found this community of animal lovers. Allahu did an amazing job taking care of both our dog and house for 2 months. He was always very conscientious, trustworthy and communicative. He even had to take our dog to the vet twice and was diligent about following the after care instructions. I would highly recommend him!

We loved having Ayesha watch our best boy Spot, and our home. She asked thoughtful questions, and she really took great care of both our dog and our home. The house was spotless when we returned and Spot was happy as can be. We would love to have her back any time.

Robin was kind, communicative and extremely helpful with my dogs and chickens. They kindly went to the vet for me to pick up meds which enabled my dogs to get started on medication sooner versus later- a kindness for which I was most grateful. Robin reached out regularly with updates and clarifications which made everything run smoothly. We also got to know each other some and I was grateful to learn about their teachings at Yale and the book on which Robin is working. I recommend Robin fully to any homeowner!

Su-Yee was a phenomenal cat sitter. She took great care of my cat and the apartment. When I returned home, my cat was happy and relaxed. The sheets and towels were washed and folded. There was absolutely nothing out of place. Su-Yee gave me updates according to how often I wanted them, and I appreciated that she informed me when one of my lightbulbs went out. She is extremely thoughtful, considerate, and reliable. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Marina was so sweet and communicative and gave Moo and Bean the best attention! 100% recommend.

Jan and his family were simply amazing. They are a lovely family and watched our home and pets without any concern. Our house was spotless and they went the extra mile to make a meal upon our return. Our pets was well taken care of and happy. They are always welcome back and I wish them well.

Susan and Joe have continued to sit at various times for our 2 old dogs - one is very frail indeed - and our cat. We remain ever-grateful for their patience, kindness, and common sense care. They also leave the house spotless, the laundry done, and bed remade, along with fresh cut flowers to greet us on our return. We look forward to having them back again in the near future.

Fabienne and Dan were a delight. We invited them to a meet and greet dinner at a neighborhood pub, hit it off immediately, and felt totally comfortable leaving our home in their care the next morning. For this particular sit, we took our dog with us so their responsibilities were limited to caring for an extensive collection of potted plants, our garden, and various perennials around the property. Fab kept us informed during our travels and we returned to a spotless clean home. It was wonderful to be able to relax when we got back, having everything in its place, the plants healthy, and the house dusted and vacuumed. We will be happy to have then back whenever our travels coincide with their schedules.
