Crystal was fantastic and looked after my boys really well. She is friendly and warm so I knew the cats would feel comfortable with her. We had a couple of video calls before the sit and she was thorough in her questions about what the cats needed. Crystal was contactable and responsive to messages when I was away. She shared daily updates with videos and it was clear she was giving loving attention to the cats. She also left the flat clean and tidy. Crystal's sit before mine hadn't put the correct dates for their holiday on the website which unfortunately meant that Crystal couldn't be here to meet the cats before I left. I arranged for my cousin to be here for the transition and things worked out in the end, just little Timmy who isn't used to me being away hid for quite a while and couldn't get out from under the bed by himself! But Crystal was communicative with me and my cousin about this; we came up with a solution and he eventually came out. Timmy soon felt comfortable with Crystal being here and was his usual cheeky self. Ralph seemed perfectly fine from the start. Crystal is returning to look after the boys again in a few weeks and I feel reassured that they'll be in safe hands :-)
Amber and Benjamin were very communicative, giving daily updates on Basil. We appreciated coming home to a clean house, too!

He is an absolute sweetheart, and it was a joy to spend time with him. Killian has a gentle spirit that made our daily walks and cuddle sessions truly delightful. Colleen provided clear instructions and was always available for any questions, ensuring I felt supported throughout my stay. Her thoughtful gestures and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a host and look forward to the opportunity to house sit for her again in the future. Thank you, Colleen, for everything!
