She gave me many advice about Marius’s behaviors and habits. Her place is really cute and tidy, everything was made for me to feel comfortable from day one. I had a very enjoyable time babysitting Fay's beautiful cats. They are the most adorable and I wanted to take them home with me. Kitten Leah is a total lovebug and if she is not playing all she she wants to do is purr and give you kisses. Leo is a kind and patient gentleman that loves to come for head and chin rubs. Perfect kitties! Fay's apartment is in a great location to explore Washington DC, close to monuments and museums, and is across from a metro stop. There are tons of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.
I had a wonderful few days with Lottie and Bubbles in the most tranquil setting. The homeowners, Phil and Peggy, and their 2 lovely sons were so welcoming and hospitable. What lovely welcoming items were left for me. As for Lottie, she will latch onto you and keep you in great company. I loved Bubbles' attitude to life. Take it in your stride and acknowledge the humans when you feel like it :) But she was also wonderful company and purred loudly and regularly and snuggled up on my bed as well. I highly recommend this sit, especially if you like good down-to-earth nature and tranquility, and good pet companionship. Of course, there are nearby options should you need the city contact. Phil and Peggy, thank you for the opportunity offered to me.
We had a wonderful time looking after the beautiful Nimki. Nimki is very lovable and friendly. Khizer and Zahra were very welcoming. Their apartment was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this sit !
Winnie’s a real sweetheart of a pup! Lots of play & sofa snoozes ;) Gorgeous home with the lovely cultural feel of the Montpelier area on the doorstep. Really friendly dog walking community in the various parks - Winnie being a bit of a local celebrity there ;)) Coffee stops - you have to do the Bristolian fir breakfast & Italian grocers for dinner, sourdough from the farm shop store. Great couple with sweet little boy. We loved all of it. To be fair to Winnie & the family you have to be up for full on growing pup care!!

Sophie is probably the best person ever to take your dogs to. My two have been going to Sophie for daycare since May. It was strange because I couldn't have a look around because of Covid. But I knew she was good because a couple of people in the village said she was brilliant. Anyway, they bloody love it there. Thay are happy and relaxed. Stan thinks he owns the place. Not only the dogs but Sophie was a complete lifeline for me during lockdown. We had many chats over the fence and I would love to call her a friend. Any money spent here is well spent. 100% recommended!!!
A fantastic doggy daycare. Sophie really knows how to look after your dog. It's a 10 min walk from Honicombe Manor so excellent if your staying there and need a day or so without your furry friend. My Finnish Lapphund will let me know if he doesn't like somewhere but didn't dig in and need dragging, which for him is a very positive review.
Shophie is fantastic you couldn't wish for a better person to look after your pet. She goes above and beyond with your pet if there were 10 stars it would be 10/10.
My pup is a rescue from Romania, he has previous trauma and anxieties which has made it very difficult for me to find a kennels for him. He is such a wonderful boy but this has never been seen by previous kennels due to his fears of new people. However, for the first time ever, I have come home from my travels to find not only had my boy eaten while I was away including hand feeding when needed (he previously has gone on hunger strike while I’ve been away) but he had walked every day and even allowed head scratches!! This has overwhelmed me with joy and I honestly will never use any other kennel to look after my boy when I have to travel. They are so kind, gentle and work in line with the needs of your pets. They took time to have a settling in day, getting to know my pup and ensuring he felt comfortable with them as well as reassuring me that he would be in good hands. This is an absolutely wonderful place and leaving your fur baby here ensures that they are safe, happy and well looked after. I can not express how wonderful this place is. I will be sure to recommend them. I can not sing their praises enough.
This was my first time using a cattery whilst I went on holiday. Affordable & fantastic service with a particular mention to Luke - really put me at ease, showed me around the cattery and when I picked my cat up, I could tell she had been loved and looked after really well whilst I’d been away. I would absolutely use a cattery again - I travelled from Plymouth to Kit Hill & would likely do that again rather than going local purely based on the service for this stay. My dog Rusty stayed recently for the first time, on arrival the lady at reception came out to greet him and I could see he was immediately at ease with her and happily went off with her. On our return to collect him we spoke to Luke who was already very knowledgeable about our dog so I knew he had been well looked after, he looked well fed and in good condition and was happy. I would certainly recommend Kit Hill Boading Kennels for your dog.

Our dog stayed at kithill castle kennels the first time for 3 weeks at the end of summer. I have to say he was so well cared for, the staff are knowledgeable and kind. When I collected him they told me things about his personality and quirks which proved to me they spent time with him. When we got home ted didn't sulk which confirmed to us he had a good holiday too. Thank you Dawn and your team we will definitely use your services again and recommend others to use this kennel.
Left my two dogs for a week for the first time and found the owner Dawn and her team to be very helpful and friendly. My dogs were clearly well cared for. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.
We booked our 2 dogs in for 8 days, slightly apprehensive after a different experience elsewhere. We opted for kennels this time as felt they may feel better just on their own. The communication with Dawn and the team was brilliant before hand answering any questions I had. Drop off was very simple and quick yet thorough and they went through everything that would happen and listened to any worries/routines we had. On pick up the boys came bounding out wagging tails, healthy looking and not smelly (which had happened at the previous place and my main concern) they had clearly been looked after well, they have come home and not been in a mood with us either! We will definitely use kit hill for all our holidays now and recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys! Winston, Hugo and humans!
Great service, they managed to fit our 2 dogs in at the last minute over Christmas having never used them before, on collecting our dogs they knew everything about them and the dogs came out happy and almost reluctant to leave. Carol and Ollie looked after our Cockapoo Mable for 4 nights. She had never been to a kennels or a home boarder before and at 10 we were worried about how she would settle. The home visit to meet Mable put our minds completely at rest. We then went to visit Ollie and she had a chance to wander around the house and garden. I would very much recommend We Love Pets and we will definitely be choosing to bring Mable back for another visit.
FANTASTIC!! Ollie & Carol are amazing, welcoming & friendly. Our labs love coming to stay, both for day care & longer stays. The excitement in their tails says it all when we arrive at their house, making a beeline straight to the toy box . .And not even goodbye to us, charming – our dogs have certainly made themselves at home. Ollie & Carol make the whole process really easy from initial meet & greet, understanding our needs & our dogs, through to booking & payment. And there's plenty of communication whilst they look after our dogs with updates via Whatsapp. There’s no stress, we feel really comfortable leaving our dogs (securely) with them knowing that they will get all the love, attention, plenty of exercise & loads of cuddles (spoilt is an understatement :-) ). Carol and Ollie looked after our pooch Pepe and Pepe has congestive heart failure requiring medication multiple times a day. We wanted to ensure that he was with carers who were confident and happy to take on a pet that requires a little extra attention and diligence. Both Carol and Ollie took the time with us and Pepe, with multiple introductions so it wasn’t such a shock for him to be in a new home. (I should also mention he has terrible separation anxiety). We are so lucky to have found We Love Pets Tamar Valley, who took amazing care of Pepe and kept us up to date daily with pictures and updates such as his breathing rates etc. thank you for being not just a wonderful support for Pepe but also for us so we could focus on what we needed to do while we were away
Carol and Ollie have been brilliant with my sprocker, Winston. Whether it’s for walks, day care or last minute pop ins when I am delayed at work, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Winston is always delighted to see them which I think says it all!
Carol and Ollie such beautiful souls, both were entrusted with the care of Nelly our older Labrador and Tally Ho the bonkers lurcher. Throughout we were sent pics whilst at a festival, both settled and taking in the love afforded during their stay. Will look no further the next time we are away, particularly for the old boy who just needs settled time (I thank Paul). Absolutely stunning folk with huge hearts for extended fanimals. 🌱
We were so fortunate to book Carol for the care of our ageing dogs Coco and Lula . They are our babies and have medical needs due to their 14 and 15 years xx Coco needs a lot of medication including eye drops . All very hard for us to administer let alone someone else . CAROL was amazing !!!! She cared for them with love and patience . They seem so well and healthy on our return and more importantly we’re very happy doggies . She sent me regular txt to keep me up to date with their care and wellbeing and I cannot recommend her highly enough . I will never use anyone else again for my holiday dog care . I could actually relax and enjoy my holiday knowing my very old dogs we’re in extremely good hands x

I have an 8 year old PJR who is not used to kennels. Sarah and Neil offered a taster 4 hour session whereby the dog could get to know the place, and Sarah and Neil could get to know the dog. That is their ethos: understanding the dog and its foibles! Sarah and Neil are kind, caring and knowledgeable and apply that to the service they offer, along with many treats. My dog will want to go back! Thanks to you both🙏
We recently used Kestrel Kennels for the first time. We felt very comfortable with leaving our two boys there due to the efforts made prior to this by kestrel kennels to make them feel welcome and relaxed whilst there. It was clear that they genuinely want their guests to feel as comfortable as possible and they gave us every reassurance they would take care of our beloved boys as if they were their own. Our basset hound Humphrey was 13 at the time and contrary as bassets are, whilst our clumber spaniel Ted just wants to play ball. At kestrel kennels the boys went out several times a day to play and sniff in the paddocks. On our return our boys were clearly happy and kestrel kennels shared anecdotes about our boys which clearly showed they had taken the time to understand our boys and work with them to make them feel happy and relaxed. We are so pleased to have found this kennel and I would say it is the best kennel we have used over the last 15 years. The care and understanding they show to each individual dog shows how genuine they are and I cannot recommend them enough.
Five star kennels, Neil and Sarah really do provide excellent care. My very lively labrador has been going to Kestrel Kennels on a regular basis for a while and being able to leave him knowing he is being well looked after gives a great peace of mind. I think Jackson now sees it as an extension of his home which is all credit to Neil and Sarah.
We have found Sarah and Neil extremely helpful in looking after our young boisterous Labrador Jem when he stays at Kestrel Kennels. Jem enjoys his holiday - and we enjoy ours knowing he is so well looked after. He goes very willingly and comes home settled. We are pleased that we have found this excellent kennels and highly recommend them

Well, 1st time of using these Kennels as the one I normally use was full and all other local were also full. So so glad I chose this one, they were brilliant from start to finish, the dogs were so happy when I picked them up, says a lot when the dogs want to to go back in to see the proprietors before leaving. Definitely recommended and will be using again. Thanks a million! Used a few times now and the dogs love it here.
What can I say....this place is amazing! We were let down last minute with our sitter and the staff here moved heaven and earth to get Arthur in. Naturally we were nervous to put our dog in a Kennels but we had a visit and our fears were immediately put to rest. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly and caring and the facilities are lovely. I even had calls during the week to reassure us whilst we were away. Highly recommended and we will definitely use again.

Had our Lakeland Terrier, Raye, here for two separate weeks this year. Cracking kennels. Lovely staff, very professional and Raye comes home tired but in great shape.
All 4 of my cats have had stays at Tri-acre on multiple occasions. The staff are welcoming, the place is beautiful and I would definitely recommend.
My parents used to bring our Springer here and always highly recommended tri-acre. My sister now brings her Sprocker here and we've just picked up our Sprocker Alfie after his very first stay. It seems he had a lovely time and has been well looked after. Friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely property/location. Can't recommend them enough and will be bringing Alfie back in June when we have a wedding to attend.
We took our 7 month old rotweiller to Tri Acre and they managed to fit us in instantly and our dog had a great time there, he didn't seem to want to come back so must have been good
Our cat never returns distressed. The staff are kind, helpful and maintain good communication. We always go away knowing our cat is in safe hands.
Our rottweiler called teddy,had never stayed in kennels before. I was very worried about leaving him,the people working there were lovely. Holly was really lovely, and put me at ease. I phoned every day to check on him,and they always put my mind at ease. Will definitely use these again.

Outstanding! We went to Berlin for a few days and entrusted Orestocks Cattery to look after our three precious Serengeti male cats who can be a bit of a handful sometimes, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Right from our initial enquiry, through dropping them off and collection, Orestocks were exemplary. The cattery is the best we have ever seen, highly professional, very clean and extremely well organised. Prices are excellent too. We wouldn't hesitate to use Orestocks again in the future, thank you so much for looking after our cats and giving us the confidence that they were in safe hands whilst we were away.

Left our two cats here for a week. Their living quarters were a good size, very clean and lots of light. The sides of their "rooms", are clear perspex but can have a covering if the neighbours don't get along. There is an outside view for all the cats with beautiful scenery and wildlife to watch. Our young cat was his first experience in a cattery and when we arrived to collect them they looked so chilled and relaxed, it was lovely to see. Our older girl is not a cat who likes too much fuss but she looked really well. A previous cattery she'd lost weight and ate for two when we got her home but not at Orestock. We really would recommend Orestock and will certainly hope to use them again.
First time used. Our cat and dog stayed for 12 days. Both seemed happy. A very well run and organised establishment. The dogs are taken out several times a day for a run out in a very large secure paddock. We were very happy using Orestocks and will definitely use again.
Looked after our two Cavaliers for a few days and they seem to have had a great time. Lots of pictures on the website of happy dogs playing out in the field. The owners clearly love dogs (and now cats). We'll be leaving out two there again knowing they will be fine.
Orestock provides a lovely home-from-home for our two cats. They cared well for a problem with one of them during their stay and the cats are always well and relaxed on their return.
