While I am not big in writing reviews, and this is quite possibly my first ever - I felt the need after Leann went out of her way to accommodate and help out. While traveling in the area from up North, I had lined up a sitter for a a few hours a day over the course of two days for my 6 month old Malinois. After the sitter plans fell through I took to google to find a local kennel with a hope and a prayer. And Leann made that prayer come true. Extremely pleasant on the phone and very welcoming - she said to come on in and her staff would help out. Dropping Kacey off, Karen instantly met me and was extremely inviting and energetically pleasant. Karen took me to were Kacey was going to be housed for a few hours and I took note on how clean the entire place was. It wouldn’t surprise me if my Kacey - being in a new environment for the very first time - was a disruption to their normal operating schedule - but they never let on. This place checks all the boxes - Professional, Friendly, Experienced and a pleasure to deal with.

I am so thankful Nightwatch Kennel was recommended to me for my Bernese Mountain Dog, Lucky. I don't have to board him very often, but when I do it is such a relief to know he is in good hands. Lucky is always happy when we arrive at Nightwatch and when I pick him up it is always clear he has been well taken care of. Leanne and her staff are professional and knowledgeable, and they show real care for the dogs who stay there. Thank you!

We have taken our German Shepard to another kennel and when we picked him up he was a hot mess. I was nervous this time to kennel him again but the staff at Nightwatch was amazing. When we got him THIS TIME, he hardly wanted to come home he had so much fun. Thank you to the staff! 100% would send our Shepherd to you guys again!

Had a great first experience with them and had to wait 3 weeks past his groom time because they were so busy. Finally the day came and I drove there at 8 AM only to get a phone call the groomer had car trouble and was canceling. No back up or we will squeeze you in somewhere. She just said she’d call me in a few days to re-schedule. I am coming from a half hour away with a dog that is very nervous in the car and was freaking out the whole way home. Very disappointed and not sure if I will go back.

Lynn was wonderful with Arthur! She was so nice with my wife on the phone and cut Arthur just like we wanted. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be back. It’s safe to say we found our new groomer.

This is a wonderful place for dogs to stay when they have to be away from home. The staff is extremely loving and our dogs come home exhausted from all the fun they have. Every time we return, our puppies can not wait to get inside. We highly recommend NightWatch!!!

The girls that work there, are great with the dogs, and are friendly and polite with the clients. The prices are reasonable. They do very nice clip jobs, and your dogs comes out smelling great.

Marissa did an amazing job. This was our first time ever having someone other than family watch our dogs and we were absolutely blown away. Her attention to detail and love for animals makes her the absolute best choice in pet care. She respected my home and my two dogs. We asked for pet care and got so much more than that. Just finished a 2-week vacation overseas with Marissa and her team caring for 2 elderly Shepards in our home. This is the first time we used Pampered Pups. They came highly recommended from neighbors. They didn't disappoint. They were a WOW. Will use them again. Great reports and photos every time they came to our house. I believe our dogs were disappointed when we came home. We use Disney's Pet Care facility when we are in FLA. Marissa and her team out-Disney Disney. Would highly recommend them. They are great.

Marissa and her staff has been a game changer for us. For 20 years we took our dogs to a wonderful kennel. We live on a busy street and we always worried about pups getting away from sitters. Our Newfies are almost 11 and 14 and we thought they’d be happier in their own home while we were away. All of the people who have taken care of them since we started are just awesome. Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. Excellent app to use for pet info and communication and very fair rates. Loved our whole experience with Marissa and will be booking again soon!

We were in a pinch with our puppies and cats, family vacation at risk. I posted on Facebook asking for help and was referred to Pampered Pups by Marissa. While she was on vacation Marissa organized coverage for us. This enabled our family to spend the 4th of July at the beach house with our full extended family. We were nervous as we always take the dogs with us and have friends check in on the cats while we are gone. After reading the reviews we felt confident. Now here we are a week later writing our own 5 star review. Michele, our dog sitter was amazing. She brought toys for the dogs, sent pictures of them having fun in the backyard and on walks. Our cats were taken care of, even our small fish were happy. Thank you so much, Michele. You made us comfortable to the point that we could relax and enjoy our time away. See you next time!!!

I have used Pampered Pups for twice-a-day cat care, once for an overnight trip and once for a weeklong trip, and both times were great! I really appreciate the pictures and summaries that are sent after every visit. My cat has minor health issues, so I am thankful to have in-home pet sitting that keeps her happy and healthy, and helps me not to worry about her. So grateful to have Pampered Pets in my town.

I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. She is very professional and genuinely loves her job and my dogs. My pups were spoiled and given tons of love and attention. The house was immaculate and the pups happy and healthy. The team of dog walkers at Pampered Pups by Marissa are taking great care of my puppy. This is my first time using a dog walker, and Marissa’s team put my mind at ease from the moment we met and they met my puppy. And my puppy loves them!!! Communication is excellent. I receive a report, write up about the visit, and pictures each time the team visits my puppy. They treat my puppy as if she is their own. It’s such a relief to be able to go to work and know your puppy is in loving hands!

We used this service when our original dog sitter couldn’t do it at the last minute. Marissa was able to get us in with just a week’s notice. The sitters came over to meet our pups and get a lay of the house. They did a great job while we were gone. We got daily reports which was nice. I’d definitely use them again.

I've used TLPC for a few years now. I know my older pug, Gus, just adores Brett. Gus is normally very excitable around guys, but when we first met Brett, Gus calmed down in about 30 seconds--Brett's energy was just right, and that told me TLPC was right for my pugs. He took care of Gus and my beloved (now passed) Jazz and now Gus with Chica, my most recent pug addition to the family. Though it's never easy to travel and leave either or both of my pugs behind, I know they will get the best care from TLPC!

Our cats are always well taken care of, and all special requests were followed. All for a very reasonable price! What more can you ask for.

I highly recommend Tender Loving Pet Care and all the services they provide. I have been with TLPC for over a year for daily day care. My young Pit Bull gets excited when we arrive and can't wait to get out of the car and go play in their huge great yard as well as go on controlled walks. The facility is clean and has nice big rooms for her overnight stays. Brett and his family are also very knowledgeable about the animals they care for and you really won't find a better place or people to care for your pet when you can't be with them. I had tried other services and this is by far the best environment and care.

I have been using TLC for 10 years, since Brett started his business. TLC offers all the services we need including overnight boarding. TLC has a great staff of walkers who always accommodate MY schedule. They also leave a Status Card after each visit, so I know what time they arrived/departed and what activities were rendered during the visit (walk, pee, poop, treats given, etc). I take great comfort in knowing my precious dog is in good hands with TLC.

Chris has been regularly walking our two rescues, Josy and Banjo, for almost two years. She is great with the two of them, and they look forward to her arrival three afternoons a week. We like that Chris is a proactive communicator, providing feedback on the dogs, but also letting us know when she has to make changes in the schedule. In addition, she is extremely flexible when we have to make last-minute adjustments on your end. She definitely has a heart for what she does with her pet care business.

Chris has been walking our retired racing Greyhound for years. She is reliable and trustworthy. Our dog gets a potty break a few times a week and she has been great about the occasional extra. For example, She has trimmed his nails a few times for us and come by to feed him dinner if we need to be out late. All around, we have been very pleased.

Chris has done a great job!!! She has been caring for our golden retriever, Sadie, since we got her as a puppy. She is flexible, timely and Sadie LOVES her :) Lucky to have found someone so helpful when we moved into town. I would definitely recommend Chris and her team members to other families who need pet walking/someone to care for their animals!

Chris and her staff watched our dogs and cat for us over the course of a few days and were absolutely marvelous. When signing up to use the app and schedule visits, Chris did an excellent job making sure I understood how everything work, and double checked that my appointments were how I wanted them since it was my first time using the Scout app. She was quick to respond to my all questions and concerns! And then her staff who took care of our pets were just wonderful. They were very attentive during the initial consult visit and asked lots of questions, which made me feel like they were definitely interested in doing their best while we were away. One of our rescue dogs is a bit shy/nervous and usually doesn't handle strangers well, but when we came home she was in great spirits! She loves her new pet sitters who did an excellent job making sure her (and our other dog's!) needs were met. I will definitely be hiring The Animal Nanny of Lansdale again!

Chris has been wonderful with our retired greyhound. As pet parents, we don't let just anyone take care of our pets when we need help. Chris is responsible, reliable, punctual and a great resource.

We hired the Animal Nanny of Lansdale about 7 months ago to walk our two dogs. Chris has been great and the dogs love her! She is very reliable, easy to communicate with and understanding of schedule changes. After every visit, she sends us an email to let us know how the visit went and what happened during the visit. It has been a big help having Chris walk the dogs and give them a chance to get outside and stretch their legs!

Our dog, Oliver, LOVES Charlene's Pet Services. Oliver goes to Doggy Day Care two times a week. He is excited when he sees where we are and jumps out of the car. The staff greets him in the morning and are happy to see him. He comes home tired so I know he has had a fun-filled day. One day I had cut his nail too short and he was still bleeding the next day at day care. They took special care of him and stopped the bleeding and he hung out with Charlene in her office for a while so he could chill out. So good to know he is well taken care of when he is there. You will be happy taking your dog here and your dog will be even happier :)

I use Charlene's for dog walking and they are wonderful. Steph and Shana are professional, fun, and my dog loves them! They leave notes about their visits, are flexible, and are very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone interested.

I do not care for the way this pet sitting service deals with clients. I called to ask about pet sitting for a handicapped pet, explaining his special needs. I was told by the owner, Charlene, that she was not sure she had sitters available during that time period, but she would get back to me. I waited for a week or so and did not hear anything back, so I called and was advised that they could not help. I felt it was unprofessional for them not to get back to me, even if they could not help. Just let me know, one way or the other so I am not left hanging. Several months later I ran into a pet sitter who was walking a neighbor's dog. It turned out she was from Charlene's and when I told her about my recent experience. she advised me that there had been plenty of sitters available, they simply did not want the job. Fortunately we found another pet sitting service in the area who is very happy to have our business and do whatever it takes to help. The pet sitters themselves at Charlene's may be good but my experience showed me that management does not really care and regards the needs of handicapped pets as not even worth a return phone call.

If you are looking for a pet service, this is it!! I use Charlene's Pet sitting for dog walking. This service is extremely reliable, responsible and the will love your dog as their own. I haven't used the doggie day-care, but based on my experience with dog walking, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arised.

We have used this service for 5 years and have never encountered a problem or issue with the care provided to the dogs. We have 3 Bassett Hounds and they all get very excited when they show up to take care of them. We use the service all the time to let the dogs out mid-day; dinner; when we are on vacation they stay in our home which makes the dogs happier and they do not get sick from being in a kennel. These guys are the BEST!!

We have two lively rescue Cairn Terriers and we have been using All Heart Pet Sitting for over three years. I noticed their presence in our neighborhood and asked for a business card. The rest is history! Mike and Sherry cater to all of our pet's needs. We have one epilepsy pup and one resource guarder. These dogs love the care and attention they get on their daily walks. We travel often and when we return, it is easy to tell they have had the best time while we were away. It truly makes us comfortable to travel knowing our pups have the best care around! Highly recommend! Mike & Sherry took great care of our fur babies (rescue dogs & cats plus a few chickens). Only stopped using because we moved out of the area. One of our rescue dogs did not like men / was afraid of men but Mike was able to win him over. All around great, extremely reliable service and great people!

I contacted Mike and Sherry as my vet recommended them. My puppy was a wonderful unexpected surprise and I had little time getting things set up for the puppy. When I initially called, Mike and Sherry were on vacation and Sherry answered my call and I was able to get everything in place quickly. My pup loves MIke and I know he is in good hands. I live in a condo and get very upset when they spray the lawn with chemicals. Mike actually carried my puppy each day for a week and walked across the street so my puppy would not be on the grass. Mike also takes the time to coax him to eat lunch everyday as he is a picky eater. I could not be more pleased with All Heart Pet Sitting and highly recommend them!

We love Pamper and play! We have used their service for walking our dog and for housesitting. In both cases we found Liz and her team to be reliable, responsible and loving toward our dog. I also love how we can book a dog walk once in a while when we realize we're going to be gone for a long day. Liz is as happy and responsive to do a oner-off walk as to be coming regularly. The folks that housesit for P&P are wonderful. (TJ is great!_ I can tell they really bond with our dog. I highly recommend Pamper & Play. You won't regret it!

Very professional. We had Liz take care of our 2 dogs and 4 cats, in our own home, while away for our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. They and we loved her!!! She stopped by 3x a day to make sure our furry family members were happy and healthy. Liz even went the extra mile of vacuuming to make sure we didn't come home to extra fluffy carpet due to summer shedding. She loved the animals as if they were her own, and spoiled them as if so. I think they were more upset to see Liz go then us when we left for vacation lol. She also kept us updated daily with how everybody was doing. They didn't seem to miss us one bit 😍

I have two German Shepherds and was dog sitting for a friend when I had a family emergency. I was needed at the hospital ASAP. I was nervous about these dogs being together and I needed someone fast that could handle the job. I had heard about Liz from a friend. I can't express my gratitude enough. She showed up as quickly as she could. She walked them, fed them, managed to have them all tuckered out by the time I got home (not an easy task) AND all three of them were snuggling on the same bed. As far as my experience goes, Liz is a miracle worker! I will definitely be relying on her services from now on.

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)

We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!

I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!

We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.

Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

We love the service Colleen provides through Howls and Meows Pet Sitting for our dog, whom she walks every day. Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. It's a huge relief to know that our dog will get some TLC during the day. I love that Colleen sends a note after every visit. Hire her! Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.
