Jennifer and Cendy were fabulous!! Rocky was treated like a king while they were here - and I think he was almost disappointed when we returned home ;) Jennifer was super easy to communicate with, sent us regular photo updates of our guy and left our house in amazing condition - definitely cleaner than how they found it! We would have them back again in an instant :)
The sweetest dog and ducks Easy going, well trained and fun. I would sit again for them any time. They even had most of my favorite books on the shelves as well as wonderful linen on bed. I hope we all will meet again.
I had a relaxing stay in Sue's comfy home near Exmoor. The cats are friendly & I very much recommend this sit in tranquil Devon.
Caring for Kosmo, Arya, Prada, and Polo went very well. They were all very nice pets. Arya was a visiting dog, so she needed to be on a lead in the backyard since she didn't have the invisible fence collar. However, that was very easy. The neighborhood was very safe and pleasant to walk the dogs in. The cats were very easy since there was an automatic feeder for them. The main responsibility for the cats, was to clean their litter each day. Lisa's home was very clean and neatly organized. You did not feel like you were covered with pet hair from being in her home. Lisa and her husband made me feel very welcome and at home in their house. I would definitely help care for their pets again. Raleigh was an interesting town. I made sure I did some sightseeing while I was there. Lisa's dog Kosmo is super friendly and obedient. Arya was very loving and enjoyed attention. She was also very obedient. The cats took a while to warm up to someone new, but they did come around and visited with me. Treat time was enjoyed by both their cats and dogs!😉. It was a pleasure to visit with Lisa and her husband upon their return home. I would highly recommend this sitting situation to anyone who enjoys pets. One very nice plus was that Lisa allowed me to come a day early so I could meet all her pets before she left town. She even waited up for me to make sure I got to their home safely. She was so thoughtful and my room was very nice with a private bathroom. It was so nice to have a clean place to stay and care for their sweet pets.
I had so much fun staying with Skye for the week! She was super easy, sweet and calm. PJ and Victoria’s place was clean, well situated and warm. They gave me some great places to head out to while I stayed in London. I’d happily take care of Skye again!
We've had a wonderful time with Twm, at Sophie and Marc's home. Twm is a very communicative and sweet cat, and he welcomed us (a big family) into his home happily. Just like his welcoming parents, one must say. He likes cuddling, and if you sit long enough, he'll jump gently right into your lap. He was very gentle with the kids. It took him a few days, but then when the sun didn't call him outside, he liked to hang out around us most of the time. It was a pleasure to be around him. The house is large, cozy and sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need for cooking, and it inspired us to cook some wonderful meals. The living spaces are spacious, the rooms are roomy, and the home is, well, homey 😊 Staying there was a delight. Cardiff was the most interesting town we've been to in Britain by now. There's lots to do, lots to see, lots of parks to relax from all the doing and seeing and to play with the kids. And the people here are very friendly! We were lucky enough to meet Sophie and Marc. They're so generous, open-hearted and interesting... Bottom line: we're sorry we couldn't spend more time there/ Thank you so much Sophie and Mark.
A lovely house sit in an amazing home and neighborhood. Georgia was welcoming, a good communicator, and fun to talk to. Her home is beautiful. If you appreciate historic homes you’ll love this home. Her cats are fun and easy to care for. The younger one loves to play and wants to be with you always. The older one is more of a Ninja. Heard once in a while, rarely seen. But she started to warm up to me at the end. The chickens are fun and easy to care for also. Lots of fresh eggs! Would love to sit for you again!
