This was the first time we had used TrustedHousseitters or left our dog Marvel. So we were concerned or anxious how that might work and how our housesitters would be treated by our dog Marvel. It wouldn't be fair if someone came to stay and spent all their time looking after Marvel. Lulu and Jonno came with brilliant references and we could see why. Both were really personable, knowledgeable where nothing was an issue. Marvel is a big dog, and as a rescue dog he comes with some issues. Although he is extremely smart and very well behaved. However nothing was a challenge or too much. Lulu and Jonno were extremely accommodating working to our schedule so we could get away on time. Speaking with both beforehand and then on meeting simply settled our anxieties. Keeping in touch whilst we were away with photo's of Marvel out on his walks or relaxing at home . Keeping in touch whilst we were away was important to us and very much appreciated. Thanks Lulu and Jonno. We would very much hope you might want to come back for a visit when we go away next. Thank you!
Duane and his partner were our first sitters. It could not have been a better experience for us. Duane was helpful from the start - he was great at explaining the process on video call before the sit, and patiently answered a few questions I had beforehand on WhatsApp - relating to the Welcome Guide etc. Duane was also very flexible - he agreed to come early for our departure day, and was equally accommodating for our return too. Our dog Ollie had never been alone with someone new before, but it’s clear he had a wonderful time and loved Duane. On return, our house immaculate and Duane was just a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate asking him to sit again. It was a brilliant first experience for us all. Thank you Duane!

There are not enough word to express the gratitude and love Rocky and I have for our Auntie Trish. She is an absolute dog whisperer. Rocky was a difficult dog. He was never difficult with his Auntie Trish. I was able to travel leaving him with her knowing he was in the best of hands always. She is so amazing she has a spot in our first and second book. Rocky recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Auntie Trish still remains as part of our adventure. She is amazing.
