We couldn't possibly have asked for a better sitter. We are very grateful to have met Patricia and have her taking care of our furry friends. As being our first sitter, we would never imagine that we could find such a dedicated person and animal lover with such patient and experience with senior dogs. Lady required a lot of care, mainly because we were in the middle of a tummy issue, trying to align her food with food requirements for her age. Lady was not eating kibble for some time now and the cooked food was not being good for her. Patricia offered to cook her food, trying a different approach by reincorporating kibble into her diet. Together with her need to drink plenty of water, Patricia had to care for some poop/pee accidents in the house or taking Lady out every 4 hours and even in the middle of the night. She quickly understood her language, always attentive to her different behaviours and always very concerned of keeping Lady content. Communication was perfect, we were constantly in contact with Patricia as she was sending us daily reports, pictures and videos. Having a 20 year-old dog with some challenges and being this our first sitter, Patricia made us feel confident the first time we spoke and our expectations were way exceeded. We could enjoy our break feeling 100% secure and we came back to a healthier, stronger and more energetic - even more young Lady! Our cat Cookie doesn't even seem to have missed us, which is also a very good sign. :) Thank you Patricia again for everything!!! You are always welcome at our home.

The house was beautiful and has just about anything you might need, including nice views. The communication was good and prompt. The dogs were both friendly and warmed up to me quickly. Within a few days we found our rhythm together. We had some good scratches and pets as well as a few good tugs and runs. We also had some good quiet time, enjoying each other’s presence.

One consideration…Moses is a large, strong dog and his exuberance in sharing his affection could be an occasional challenge (especially, for a shorter person like me). He does respond to commands, though, as does Leroy, and they will go to “place” or “crate” when told to do so. They’re so loving, they just don’t always know how to contain it!
