Ginny and Chris came to stay with Blarney while my partner and I went away for the weekend. They were fantastic from beginning to end, and even before they arrived we had a feeling they would be an easy experience. They have heaps of experience, good grounded sense about animals and houses, and are really lovely people to be around! The house was exactly as we had left it and helpfully asked if they could take the sheets off the bed before they left. Blarney really enjoyed their company and clearly felt very safe and secure while they stayed with him. He was given a lot of love and cuddles by Ginny and Chris, we came home to a totally content dog. No hesitation in endorsing Ginny and Chris to stay with your pet in your home! Excellent sitters. Helen and Marc are the very best! We already knew that because they have sat for us twice before this trip, but now we are so even more grateful to them. You should know that they have the most amazing hearts and helped us so much. Here is what happened. Two days before we planned to fly out on a big trip. our dear indoor cat, Sissy, decided to go missing. We looked, and looked, and emailed and papered the neighborhood, with no success. We agonized whether to go or stay, and decided to leave the search in Helen and Marc's capable hands (with friends and neighbors helping out too). They did exactly what we would have done, searching and leaving food and such in the perfect places to draw her home. She was spotted twice and they let us know immediately, which eased our hearts greatly. Then 3 days before we returned she waltzed up the front door and came in! Helen and Marc sent us a video of her avid snuggling, and we rejoiced. They are indeed the best and we can't wait until they can return to see Sissy again.
