This was our first sit and it was an awesome experience. Sarah and Henry are really cool people, they explained everything about the house, Charlie the dog and fish, also they answered every our question, so it was super cool and smooth. Rowan gave us notes with German commands for Charlie what was really useful. 😀 Charlie is an active, happy and really smart dog. There is a nice fenced garden so we enjoyed playing there with Charlie and also walking in the nearby forest and hills - the views are so panoramatic 🤗 We really fell in love with Charlie during those few days and we will miss her. The house is close to the city and shops, so you can take a walk there or go by bus, the bus stop is right in front of house. All in all we wouldn't think twice to come back and definitely recommend this sit. 🙂
I had a lovely short stay at Rhian's house in Milford Haven. Rhian was very organized and friendly as a house sitter Millie and Jeff were warm furry friends and very easy to care for.
Thanks to Jerry and Marian for putting us up the night before leaving for vacation. We were able to get an orientation to the house and the dogs routine. We also met the rest of the family and our local contact person over a delicious home cooked meal. Our regular contacts with Jerry were helpful. We didn't explore the area as much as we thought we would because the house was a retreat and the dogs were a joy to hang out with. We enjoyed local farmers markets, breweries, a Durham Bulls game, Doris Duke Gardens and the NC Museum of Art. We recommend this sit. We've completed 16 sits and this is certainly near the top of our list.
This was one of our all time favorite sits. Pavé was an angel: super affectionate, cuddly, and friendly. Jaye and John were incredibly welcoming and organized. They told us everything we needed to know and had multiple manuals, and they gave us great Boulder recommendations. Their home was beautiful and clean. They were kind enough to let us stick around a few extra hours after they returned so we could take a few zoom meetings before heading out. They even gave us a pair of ski boots when we mentioned we were planning to buy some! We would 100% sit for Jaye, John, and Pavé again and highly recommend taking this sit if you get the opportunity.
Great sit! The dogs are very lively and fun! Very friendly pups once they warm up to you. The house was clean and accommodating and the location was perfect!
We had a wonderful time staying at Kieron and Amber's charming house. We felt a sense of warmth and comfort that made us feel right at home. The house exudes a cozy, homely atmosphere. They have a beautiful garden and lovely walks straight from the house. The amazingly beautiful Puttenham common just a short drive away. The true gem of our stay, however, was Zeus—their incredibly friendly and well-behaved dog, who made our time even more enjoyable. Communication was seamless; they were always available to ensure that we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this haven to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat that comes with the added joy of Zeus. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
