Our cats LOVE when Stephanie is staying with them. She genuinely cares about them, gives us loads of updates and pictures, and them come running to greet her when she comes. They seem settled when we come home too, and that helps with the transitions. Cannot recommend her enough. She great with the cats and a sweetheart in general.

Stephanie was professional and caring in every way, even managed to gain the trust of our ultra timid kitty and lure him out of hiding within a few days :-) She was thorough, responsive and sent regular pics/videos daily which was so appreciated, never having left ‘the boys’ with a petsitter for so long. I can highly recommend Stephanie, your babies will be in great hands. Her colleague Julie was lovely too.

Stephanie is the best cat-sitter we've ever had. We have a difficult cat (a 12-year-old who is highly attached to us, and became anxious and unfriendly to strangers after her sister passed away a few years ago), and most sitters understandably dislike spending time with her even if they try their best to connect. Stephanie never gave up, and eventually bonded with our cat in a way that made us feel so much more comfortable when we were away from home. She would sit and talk to her even when our cat would hiss or swat. It sounds silly, but Stephanie saw the best in her! And it paid off – they have really formed a special connection. Beyond that, Stephanie is incredibly responsible and communicative. She always sends photos and videos from her visits, which make us smile and allow us to relax knowing that our cat is being cared for.

Stephanie will be our go-to cat sitter going forward! We are new to the area and needed care for our two cats while we were out for spring break. I contacted Stephanie and she took thorough notes about our house and cats. Everyday she sent us a report with photos and it was clear that the cats increasingly enjoyed her company. It was nice to know she was giving them the love and attention they needed while we were away. Our cats were happy upon our return and that's what really matters.

Stephanie has been an outstanding cat sitter for my two cats during the past year for periods of time ranging from 2-10 days. It is apparent that she likes animals and the cats are calm and relaxed when I return. She is reliable and has thoughtfully texted photos of the cats while I am away. Stephanie goes above and beyond what she needs to do and, for example, has brought in mail and packages, etc. Knowing that Stephanie is caring for my two cats while traveling is very reassuring to me and I am sure they are well taken care of while I am away. Stephanie was awesome. Her love of animals shines through as she picked up on my pets personalities right away. She took it seriously and took notes. Even thought i told her she could skip the litter, she scooped it daily. She took my dog on walks despite the blizzards. I really appreciated the photos she took on every visit! She did extras like picking up packages and putting my trash out. I’m a veterinarian and would highly recommend her!

Steph did a fantastic job taking care of my two cats. She went above and beyond while I was gone. She sent pictures, reported on their eating and stayed/played with them for awhile. She also let me know packages were delivered and brought them inside. Fantastic service and I will be using her again.

I can't say enough good things about Fetch and the people that work there! My dog is very nervous when anyone comes to our house, so it can be tough for them to pick him up if we're not home. The Fetch staff are always patient and communicative, and go to great lengths to make sure he safely arrives at Fetch, and he loves it there! So appreciate this local business.

My wife and I got married in Utah in September and wanted to incorporate our dog somehow into the ceremony. Tony came to the rescue and allowed us to have that very special to share with everyone, and then some! He was punctual, boarded our dog the night before and even gave him a bath to make him look extra spiffy for the big day. Best part, Tony blended in so well that everyone thought he was a wedding guest! Highly recommend for wedding services or even boarding!

We had the most incredible experience with Fetch!!! We have two HIGH energy boxer dogs and the entire staff went above and beyond! Great doggy daycare and boarding facility! We travel full-time so I spend a lot of time researching reputable doggy daycares in each location we go to. Our dog Maddie enjoyed her visits to Ruff Life, and we loved the daily pupdates that were texted straight to us! Maddie loves human attention, and it seemed like the staff gave her plenty of pets and attention while she was boarded, which was great to see in pupdates 🥰

Ruff Life is a caring kennel, close to my house, and provides great care and stimulation while my Dachshund is being boarded. The great dog-care people send photos and updates daily. I have peace of mind while my dog is in their care.

I just picked up my pups yesterday from boarding them for 5 nights and I have to say this place is amazing! I was so so nervous to leave them. They have never been apart from us and they are very shy/anxious pups so I worried they would be miserable and/or have some sort of issue. However, from the moment we walked in our pups forgot all about us and they were super excited to go off with one of the girls that was there to receive them. The staff is super friendly and attentive to the details. They already knew who our pups were (assuming from the profiles set up online) but the fact that they were prepared to receive them like that really put me at ease right off the bat. They’re also SUPER quick with responding to messages & reviewing booking requests. We ended up doing a day stay for 5 hours with them, because again. I was very nervous that they would be unhappy and/or not be friendly with other dogs in their space since they’re not used to it. And that was amazing as well. Throughout their boarding we received super fun and cute updates from the staff along with pictures of the two. I love that they access the yard the pups are in based on personalities, I could tell my doggos were having lots of fun! They also have shown signs of some training! They really take the time to take care of your fur babies and also keep you in the loop because they know how much they mean to you! I am super grateful to have found this place! Will be using them in the future.

Ruff Life is a wonderful resort! Our dog races to the front door when we drop her off. She loves the water features and hanging out with all her dog friends. We receive daily texts with pictures of her enjoying her time there. The staff is very attentive to her needs. We highly recommend it!

Exceptional! We enjoy seeing the photos of Jackson when he is visiting with Ruff Life. I appreciate there attention to detail in grouping like dogs. A big bonus is they give you back your dog bed clean. We were very hesitant as Jackson usually stays with his dog walker and has never been boarded. We would recommend Ruff Life.

I'm so thankful to Ruff Life for the outstanding care they have provided for my best buddy, Duke! The facility is spotless and provides plenty of outdoor space for playtime (water features included!) There are a couple different options for kennel sizes which is nice so I was able to choose a larger “suite” for him. Receiving daily texts and photos was a huge comfort to me and made it that much easier for me to relax while I was on vacation. They were always available to answer any questions and their online customer portal made it so easy to provide information regarding his diet, allergies, and more. I can't say enough great things about Ruff Life!

Merry and her crew are that rare blend of reliable, consistent and professional mixed with the heart of someone who will love and care for your pets as you do. Not everyone in the business of pets does it as an act of Service as well as a business, but Merry does. They have taken care of my two cats, one 20 years old and one 11 years old for 15 months now and allowed me to leave town for work regularly and lovingly cared for my cat that needed daily medication, varying dietary requirements and through several health challenges. I was able to leave knowing my sweet, fragile kitty would be taken care of well. They also bring in mail, packages, water plants, empty litter boxes and play with kitties. I had moved neighborhoods and needed good care. When I read Merry's story on the website, I was moved and I knew she was the one. Merry Pets greatly exceeded my expectations and provided the very best service and care. And Merry herself has the biggest heart. We have been with Merry Pets for over 15 years now. She walked our 1st poodle until he passed and she started taking our 2nd poodle when he was a puppy. He is 11 now. He always has so much fun with his pack and since he is an only child he needs the socialization of a pack. He always knows when it's Thursday because he knows the door knock is for him that day. They always come rain or shine. We love Merry Pets!

I love Merry Pets and all of the services they provide!! I have two pups and I work at a job where my hours can be very different depending on the month, and sometimes I’m not able to take the dogs out during the day. I contacted Merry and she was super responsive and positive, and got the dogs set up on their regular hiking schedule!! I love that Merry and her team are able to come to the house and pick up the dogs. It’s great that they get to go with a small group of other dogs to help with socialization and the pups seem so happy from their adventure when I get home from work. I love Merrys Pets! I was out of town for the weekend and had Merry check in on my cat a few times per day. I am a first time pet owner and had never left my cat alone before. Merry came to my apartment to meet me and my cat before I left and took detailed notes. She sent photo updates while I was away. When I came home, my cat was happy and well cared for. Merry Pets is amazing! We have been using their in-home petsitting services for over 6 years now. We just returned from a 10-day vacation totally satisfied with the care and love Merry and her sitters/walkers provide. All of the staff are knowledgeable pet-lovers. I can't say enough great things about Merry Pets! I hired them to take my dogs on hikes and it was the best thing I cold have ever done for pets and myself. The whole hiking crew is amazing! They love my dogs and take extra special care of them. They send me pictures from the trail which make me super happy when I see they are having so much fun. My dogs are getting the exercise they need and one of my dogs who was getting a little chubby has lost weight. Doggy's Big Day has been hiking my dogs for about 5 years now and they have been integral in their well being. They come and pick them up and drop them off so I never have to worry about coordination. All of their hikers are great and lovely with my Jolene and Lucy. This is made apparent by how absolutely thrilled they are to see every single one of them! The dogs come back tired and ready for a nice nap. I work from home so it gives me peace of mind knowing they are exercised and I keep continue to work. One other major bonus is that my dogs have always been very socialized with Linda's crew. They continually meet new dogs and practice good manners and boundaries. They do have a nice user-friendly app that allows me to inform the team of any changes to the regular schedule. They send photos after each hike which always shows how much FUN they are having! I am also very excited about their new offering - meet ups. Doggy's Big Day is SLC's best kept secret. My dog loves hiking with this group and he is always tired out when he comes home. I used this service when I lived in SLC and now when traveling to SLC. The Hike Leaders come to my hotel and pick up my pup. take him out for a 1.5-2.0 hour hike/play session and then bring him back all for a very reasonable price. They go rain, snow or shine. They are very careful with the dogs and make sure all dogs are safe at all times. I cant wait to return to SLC and use this great service again!

I've used Doggy's Big Day a few times when I've been out of town to check in while the friend/relative staying with my pups is at work or to stay at my house overnight. They do an exceptional dog of taking care of my special needs dogs, including one with a spinal injury who wears diapers. Most recently, we had Dot come and hang with them for an hour each day while we were out of town for a week. Dot is amazing! She was very attentive to our instructions and looked out for our house and dogs. I loved her visit updates and photos each day. I’d absolutely recommend Dot and Doggy's Big Day!

Doggy's Big Day has been part of our life for years! We love them. Linda always took great care of our little poodle and when our grandpup came to live with us, Doggy's Big Day has taken her hiking twice weekly. She is a beagle border mix with high energy and a desire to herd. She loves hiking and playing with all her friends. Linda has been great to accommodate our granddog. She was a rescue and had so many fears. Linda and her team have been patient and loving and our granddog is now confident and is even going in the water! Water was one of her biggest fears. Linda has worked with her so much. Thank you to Doggy's Big Day for all you do for us!

We were so apprehensive about dropping our dog off. He is 14 and this was his first experience not staying in our home when we were away. Coombs Kennels is the best. They have a great facility and wonderful staff that take great care of our dog. My daughter drives all the way from Saratoga Springs to have Coombs take care of their dog. I definitely recommend Coombs for those looking for a kennel for their dog!!!

Again, Coombs kennels fulfill our overnight request that we needed for our Lucy Jo. Coombs accommodated our request and Lucy Jo seemed to have enjoyed her stay. We will most definitely return when Lucy Jo requires boarding and day care.

Coombs Kennels is outstanding in their care for my Daughter-Dog!!! My dog and I are together most of the time because I work from home and she rides in the back seat of my truck almost every time anywhere and everywhere I go. However, being a Single Bachelor always on the go, and not about to allow her to stay in the truck when the weather gets hot (even with the sunroof open and the windows partially down) she goes to Coombs. It has become a 2nd home for my beautiful girl and she gets pretty excited when she knows where we're going before we get there. The Staff are always friendly, to humans and animals alike, and they show a lot of love for the pets that stay in their facility. I don't have much confidence and or trust in general for somebody outside of myself caring for my dog however, Coombs Kennels has earned my trust; and my business. My dog is always happy to go there and she's always got a smile on her face when I come pick her up. It seems apparent she's had a good time! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

We had an amazing experience leaving our dog Pepper here last week. We were visiting from out of town and called literally the morning we arrived hoping for some availability. Toni answered and made us feel comfortable right away and fortunately they had an opening for the whole week. It was very clean and organized inside and everyone we interacted with seemed very kind and engaged. We picked her up yesterday and she has been happy and healthy since, even though we had never left her with a kennel before. Would heartily recommend Coombs for your dogs!

I asked Jessi if he enjoyed his boarding today at Park City Pet Resort. He said it was the best boarding experience ever. He was really impressed with all of the attention he received and thought everyone was very nice and friendly. He told me he didn’t ever want to go anywhere else. And to top it all off he told me that they gave him a nice warm bath and shampoo. Right after he got home he asked me how soon could he go back. He said it was definitely a four paw experience.

David and his team at Rocky Mountain K9 have provided boarding and training services for my Corgi the last three years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The high level of personalized care and service is unmatched. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate our every need. My pup comes home happy and healthy, and I feel confident and relaxed that he is being well cared for while I’m out of town.

Ellie always is always comfortable and has a good time. When we drive up for drop off, she jumps out of car & heads toward the door. She had never been “groomed” - just bathed. Wow what an amazing daycare. Our demon loves playing & has a lot of energy. Most daycares can’t keep up with him but the staff here loved him & kept him very busy. We have a collar that tracks activity & he had a ton of it. The staff members were all so nice & accommodating & even sent me photos of his day. He was tired for 2 days which is a blessing for us. I wish we could go here every day!

I am really disappointed with the management of this place. My little Frenchie stayed here about 4 or 5 times, the truth is that the service is good, they treated everything well. The problem started when I wanted to cancel the membership, I tried to do it by email about 5 times. The problem started when they told me they were going to check with the owner to find out what to do about it, there was no response and they charged me the $60 again. So I contacted them again, they said they had to charge me for the cancellation fee. Which doesn't say anything anywhere. They just made it up, ok I accepted because I had been trying to cancel the membership for about 2 months, I explained what the situation was, the days went by and they charged me the $60 again. Honestly it's very sad because I loved this place for my dog, but the management is lacking a lot. I had explained what the reason for my cancellation was, I had also told them that I didn't want to end up badly with them, because I love the place. It's a shame that the management is so bad. So if you want a membership with them, think carefully, because in the end it ends up being the same when it comes to paying the $45 per day.

Our dog had so much fun. He was well taken care of and was treated like family. We received daily photos and report cards of his behavior, health, and updates. We will be using their services again soon.

My dog Thor and cat LC (Cuddles) love the folks at Sugar House Pets. Thor has been doing training with Tabitha and is a whole new dog, and LC just appreciates knowing she’s special. I had to be gone for almost two weeks and was worried about leaving them and SHP made the whole thing feel much less stressful. I love that they send several pictures and a little update with each visit. It goes a long way to ease one’s mind! Highly recommend them!!

Sugarhouse pets was a lifesaver for me and my dog during my work contract in Salt Lake. They took my pup out for a walk and potty, administered her medications, and gave her all the pets and love. They update you on the visit and send the cutest pictures as well. I am so thankful sugarhouse pets was able to help me and my dog while I was at work.

I have used Sugarhouse Pets to walk my dog and they have been exceptional! Kiana and Tabitha are punctual, text when they arrive to pick up and drop off my dog. They also give a detailed map and description of the walk with great photos. My dog returns happy and tired. I highly recommend their services!

Sugarhouse Pets recently cared for my two dogs and cat for two days while I was out of town. I was pretty anxious about leaving my dogs for the first time home alone, but having the meet and greet beforehand, receiving the detailed updates about how they were doing, and what their visits were like made me feel so much better. All of the pictures I received while I was gone reassured me that my dogs were having a good time and were being well taken care of. I was expecting my dogs to be anxious when I came home due to the change in their routine, but they were just tired from playing with the sitters and happy to see me. I am super happy with the experience and Sugarhouse Pets will definitely be my go-to in the future!

I had Sugar House Pets take care of my cat when I went on a two-week vacation out of the country. They were very responsible to be there daily. They were great about following the instructions I left for my cat. They kept me notified with daily text as to what was happening with my cat. My cat is shy and won’t go to anyone. They made an effort to find her in the house and send me a pic of her every day, so I knew she’s was fine. That made me feel very good about her care. They were also very responsible with the security of my home. I recommend them to anyone who needs pet care. I will use them again. It’s a good feeling to know your pet is in good hands when your out of town.
