The communication with Tanya was excellent and the handover was easy. She gave us a detailed binder and went over everything when we arrived at her house, taking the time to show us around her home before leaving. She recommended things to do nearby. Tanya’s home was comfortable, well equipped, with a great family room to relax in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house sit. Jack and Bella were easy to care for and we had lots of good times and laughs while looking after them. They are adorable dogs! Princess Bella was a bit shy in the beginning, but got used to us quickly and loved to be cuddled. Jack was happy just to be close by or to keep watch over Bella and the house.
From the interview until saying the final goodbye, this was an ideal house/pet sitting experience. The dogs, Otis and Lincoln, are well-behaved and listen to commands. They thrive on receiving attention and enjoy both playtime and relaxation time. The doggie door that leads into the secure backyard is used readily and often by Otis and Lincoln. The cats, Donner and Churchill, are easygoing and almost maintenance-free. They, too, enjoy attention as long as it's on their terms and timing (like most cats I know). The four members of this furry family get along well and are fun to watch as they interact and entertain one another. The household is structured and runs smoothly based on the routines established by Mica and Shannon. Just follow the simple directions given by the owners, and your sit will be enjoyable and worry-free. The house is beautiful, and the sitter's room and ensuite bathroom are comfortable and well stocked with most anything you might need, including a variety of chargers for electronic devices! The kitchen is perfect for making almost any meal you could desire with a variety of pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, colanders, utensils, dinnerware, etc. A large grocery store is about 2 miles away and readily accessible by car or rideshare service. Since this is a college town, rideshares are easy to come by if you don't have a vehicle of your own. There is a storm shelter in case of a tornado warning, which is a nice feature if needed! The house is in a nice neighborhood where the neighbors wave hello as they drive or walk by. I felt very much at home during this sit, and I hope to be able to return in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed house sitting for Karen and Nigel and their two sweet cats Phang Zi and Charlotte. We were in the area and fortunately able to meet them in person prior to the house sit. They are a warm and witty couple who have lived a fascinating life in different areas of the world. We felt immediately at ease and although we only had a glimpse of the kitties, we knew this would be a house sit we would enjoy. Their two gorgeous and adorable cats Phang Zi and Charlotte have now stolen our hearts. Although timid at first, we bonded as they grew to trust us and they spent time with us enjoying being brushed, having tummy rubs and even some lap time for Charlotte (only if you have a soft blanket on your lap). They both have distinctive voices and it honestly sounded as though they were talking to you and communicating their needs which we did our best to interpret. They are easy to care for and a joy to be around. We miss them! Karen and Nigel are excellent communicators always responding quickly to any questions or comments that we sent. They also provided a detailed information document in advance and had a printed copy available on our arrival. The home is beautiful, peaceful and filled with natural light. The focal point is a magnificent view across the lake from the main living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need and we enjoyed cooking and baking during our stay. This is a house sit we will always remember as it was the perfect combination of fabulous owners and sweet and adorable pets. We highly recommend the opportunity to house sit for Karen, Nigel, Phang Zi and Charlotte and hope we will sit again in the future.
We spent 10 days at Jackie and Robijn’s home taking care of Amadeus and Nanneri, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Their home is on a quiet street but extreme accessible if you are active - 10min walk to groceries, 30min walk to Pearl st or trails. We did this sit without a car and had no issues. The home is well setup for remote work and the wifi supported two of us doing so. Jackie and Robjin left the home very clean and organised and everything was easy to find. The best part of working from their home was Nanneri snuggling up on our laps everyday! Amadeus and Nanneri are active and curious kitties with some energy but were quiet so we had no issues while working or at night. They would join us every evening for dinner or cuddles on the sofa which was such a lovely way to end the day. Only downside is this sit wasn’t longer! We’d love to return to Boulder and to see Amadeus and Nanneri again someday.
I really enjoyed my stay with Rajah and Baloo in Devon's home! The listing is accurate, Devon communicated throughout the sit as needed alongside my daily updates, and everything was as discussed. Rajah and Baloo are excellent company. Baloo loved showing off his parkour skills and Raj would sweetly come over for pets and loved being groomed. I'd highly recommend this sit - great pets, home, neighbourhood and homeowner!

Where do I start? Back in May I needed to go to a wedding and I had to leave my sweet pittie bull Demi in the care of someone who would take care of her. But it was difficult because my sweet babe was battling cancer and then she was somewhat ok. She met the team of all the people at Sileo and of course Demi warmed there heart. Demi was cared for by a few people but the two people Karen and Gabby took a love for Demi. Karen especially fell in love with my girl. They followed exactly what she needed to a tee and communicate with me. Over the course of May till November they watch Demi in and out but the most touching was when my husband and I had to rush Demi to the hospital Karen came to support us and when we had to make the decision to let her go Karen was with us and cried right along with us. Demi touched a lot of people lives and Gabby well she is the owner. Extremely loving and caring for your pet and the families. After my girl passed they checked on me and gave me a small little gift of care. The bottom line is they love your animals as if they are your own. I will be forever grateful for this team. The entire Sileo team is incredible!! They conducted drop in visits for our animals during a recent vacation.
