Pet Sitters in Halesowen

Alessandro and Eloïse (plus Amelia of course!) were absolutely wonderful sitters from start to finish. It was our first time using zeewoi so I was a little apprehensive with the whole process, but they were fantastic. Unfortunately we were not able to meet them in person prior to the sit but I spoke to them over video call instead. I had no worries at all leaving the pets in their care. Their communication leading up to and during the sit was excellent! They let us know when they arrived and sent a lovely picture of Freddie which really put me at ease. During the stay they were really fast to respond to any messages and sent some nice updates so that we knew everyone was doing well. They didn't hesitate to clarify any questions that they had which I found reassuring. I was a little bit worried as the rabbits and guinea pigs can be a bit complicated, and Freddie isn't the easiest cat in the world, but they handled it with ease and I had no concerns at all! On the day that we came home, the communication was excellent so that we knew exactly what time they were leaving and what had been done. We arrived back to a lovely clean and tidy house with super chilled pets. I have never seen them all so relaxed! The lovely drawing from Amelia was soooo cute and has pride of place on the kitchen wall :) I would highly recommend Alessandro and Eloïse to anyone looking for kind, conscientious, and trustworthy pet sitters. They were a wonderful introduction to zeewoi and are more than welcome back any time (and I know that the pets certainly hope that they will be!). Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies :)

Sue looked after our dogs and house beautifully. The dogs clearly had a lovely time with her with lots of walks and cuddles. The house was spotless when we returned. Thank you Sue!

I'm so pleased that our first experience of Zeewois was with Annika and Ragnar. They are a lovely, friendly, caring couple who went out of their way to look after Yuki our 6 month old puppy and look after the garden during a hot spell. I was worried that being a large breed her puppy ways would be a lot to handle, but Annika and Ragnar took it all in their stride, continuing her training and even taught her a new command. Annika and Ragnar's commitment to looking after Yuki really shone through when she became unwell after eating something prior to the Sit that ended up not agreeing with her. They kept us up to date with her symptoms and condition and took the initiative to speak with the zeewoi Vet Advice line when her symptoms didn't ease. Then took her to the vets and administered her medication that the vet prescribed. We were very impressed and grateful how seriously they took the care of Yuki and never wavered from the responsibility they had taken on as her/our pet sitter; reassuring us the whole time and encouraging us to continue our time away as Yuki was happy in herself and full of energy despite her unsettled stomach. I would highly highly recommend Annika and Ragnar as trusted pet sitters and would love for them to come and sit for us again in the future if it aligns

If you’re looking for a great pet sitter then – is your man. He’s reliable and honest and I felt eased with him looking after my babies. He really is a decent guy and you couldn’t go wrong by having him as one of your sitters

Sarah and Theo were absolutely fantastic pet sitters! From the very beginning, their communication was clear and prompt, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly reliable and trustworthy, easily the best sitters we’ve had. Our pets were clearly well cared for, and we felt completely at ease while we were away. We would love to have Sarah and Theo pet sit for us again in the future!

This was second time Barry has sat for me - I was obviously happy for him to return and would welcome him again. I can highly recommend Barry as a sitter - he enables me to have worry-free time away from home as I know both house and dogs are well cared for.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Rosie housesitting and looking after our two Staffies for a week. Communication was brilliant before, during and after the sit. She walked our dogs for miles every day and cared for them as well as we do. The house was left immaculately and we only wish that Rosie could sit for us every time we need to go away! We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is a delightful person who we will definitely invite back given any opportunity. We spent our week away totally relaxed in the knowledge that our dogs and house were in her safe and capable hands. Thank you so much Rosie, you are amazing! I really recommend Amie. Alfie was very calm and content when I came back, and they’d clearly looked after him with love and care. Communication was good, and all arrangements were met. Your house and pets will be in safe hands with Amie.

Holly was great. Very helpful and willing. Easy to talk to and reacted calmly to my scattered approach to communicating information about the house sit. Lilly, my cat, was very happy and Holly had no problems following my slightly quirky feeding regime. I learned alot about getting my house in order and appreciate Holly's patience. Very pleased with how things turned out.

Well what can I say....... This is the fourth time Jackie & Brian have been to look after Cookie & Cracker - need I say more?? Jackie & Brian saved the day for us because we had booked a two week holiday but had only managed to get a sitter for the first week. Lucky for us they got back from their mega cruise a few days after we left, so they agreed to come & take over from the first sitter. Not only that but they had already made arrangements for Hogmanay so I had arranged for a friend in the village to look after the boys for that one night at her house. Unfortunately she forgot all about it & Jackie & Brian cancelled their plans so that the boys were not left on their own. How dedicated was that - we were gobsmacked & so very very grateful!! Cookie & Cracker must have been absolutely beside themselves when Jackie & Brian arrived - so very very excited to see them again. As always we received lots of photos while we were away. I think it was pretty hard going because the weather was atrocious while we were away but Jackie & Brian just take it in their stride & bath the boys in the outdoor sink after their very muddy walks. We were so pleased to see them again when we got back as we consider them as friends now & are looking forward to seeing them next week for lunch! Thank you again from us all xx🐾🐾

Molly and Hope travelled up to Orkney to house sit for us but unfortunately I was poorly with Covid and could not go on holiday. They both took it in their stride however. They camped in our garden for a couple of nights and came in the house to use the bathroom facilities. And then stayed in friend's holiday accommodation which they left tidy and clean. They are both lovely lasses. Laid back, unassuming, respectful, flexible, independent and very good with our whacky rescue dogs. I think they would be excellent and very diligent house sitters and they are welcome back anytime. Would recommend them.
