How can I sum up my time at Fiona’s. Fiona is an incredibly warm and hospitable host, with a very beautiful and clean house. It was blessing to have connected with her, her home, chickens and the most loveable dogs I’ve had the pleasure of pet-sitting. Fiona’s home is clean and spacious with a big garden and in a great neighbourhood! I was fortunate enough to have my best mate come stay with me, an invite extended by Fiona. Finzie, Folie and Foenix are the most adoring dogs, ready to give cuddles without command and up for playtime and a walk in a split second. You will arrive to Fiona’s to connect with a few doggo’s and some chickens And leave warm hearted with new friends in Fiona and her dogs.
Judith was so kind and lovely to chat with, and very communicative during our stay. Azi was the sweetest guy, and the house was quite unusual with many beautiful treasures to admire. The deck and the huge windows really make the space so stunning. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy your home, Judith!
We had a great time staying with Mungo and Maurice for the weekend in Pembroke Dock. Mungo is a very handsome wheaten terrier who is full of beans. He wants to play, but he also wants to be your friend. We found him funny, fun, and friendly. Maurice is an adorable tabby cat, who is pretty independent during the day, but in the evening comes inside and wants to cuddle and be your pal. He sat with us for hours and we loved being near him. Margaret and Paul are very relaxed and welcoming. They communicated clearly about their needs, but were also adaptable with us about arrival and departure times, etc. They’d clearly thought ahead about making us feel welcome in their home and what would make our stay more comfortable. We felt grateful for their hospitality. Overall this is a good house and pet sit in a beautiful part of Wales. We were sorry to say goodbye to Mungo and Maurice and hope to see them again.
We, pleasantly, met them, before our 1 week's stay, and were given a thorough orientation about their home, plants and pets. Nathalie and Ken are organized and left us with great instructions for caring for their home. Ulie and MacKenzie, well-behaved, loving dogs, enjoyed our company as much as we loved spending time with them, playing and going for walks. They have wonderful personalities. Bob and I think that this is an ideal house-sit to do again.
Lili was really helpful, their home is beautiful and Stevie is a sweetheart - great stay, would definitely recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Doreen was very kind to me, we met before and she explained me everything related to the pets, the house and the surroundings, which was very useful to be able to take care of them in the best possible way. There was good communication every day, always available to answer questions. Ayla and Cali are wonderful, very adorable and friendly, they accepted me well from the beginning, very good company. The surroundings are great, with a reserve and a river a few minutes away, where it was very pleasant to walk the pets. The house was very welcoming, as was everyone in it. An incredible experience, which I would be delighted to repeat.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The franchisor engages in unethical practices and demonstrates poor business standards. Claims such as fully insured and all staff pet first aid trained are false. I have personally witnessed unqualified staff operating across the UK, and the company lacks the proper procedures to enforce these standards.
Had to go away for a few days and abi home visited my dog, abi updated me with photos and she was brilliant with him. Wouldn't leave him with anyone else. Thank you so much
I'm a bit late in posting this as Ollie stayed here in July. We had only had him a few weeks and with lock down hadn't anticipated being able to get away, however we did get a campsite booked and were able to get Ollie in with Abi. He thoughly enjoyed himself from all the photos and video's Abi sent us. I will have no hesitation in taking my Cockatiel there again. I was also very happy with the price. Thanks again for looking after our tiel so well.
Feel so lucky to have found Abi's Small Animal Hotel. Our little boy Bubbles was loved and cared for whilst I was on holiday for 3 weeks. Bubbles is a cheeky guinea pig, very vocal and very greedy. Abi met all his needs. He got daily cuddles and fed his favourites basically on demand by the sounds of things. We got lots of pictures of him having a great holiday himself. Thank you Abi for caring for Bubbles so well.
Ollie the Cockatiel has just returned from his hols at Abi's. As last time Abi sent us photos to show Ollie enjoying himself he is very happy to go and that's what a pet owner wants. No hesitation in recommending Abi's small animal hotel to anyone. Thanks Abi and family.

Home from home for your best friend. A great place ,very friendly and caring. Pictures of the dogs posted on Facebook so you can see your pet wherever you are. We have left our dog several times and he has been very well looked after. The dogs live in the house not in outside kennels. Highly recommended
Fabulous boarding home for dogs. My 2 didn't want to leave. They were extremely well cared for by Nic & Jane who clearly love animals. Jessie and Winnie - asleep by Pikes Aga - had a weeks stay & came home happy & healthy. Top recommend

Fantastic place for your dog to stay! Staff are lovely and I totally trust them with my dogs. They were both very happy! We brought a puppy from the same lady and it is clear she loves animals and care for them greatly, this is what you want to see and feel when others are looking after your pets.. totally recommend! Will be using from now on.
Our dogs have enjoyed several visits to the kennels. Always a warm welcome from Alison and her staff. Vaccination paperwork is checked prior to boarding. As are telephone contact numbers, and vetinary details. Our dogs have specific dietary needs, which is not a problem here. The dogs soon settle down.
We left Tess for a week in May. I checked up on her while we were away. She was absolutely fine. We have already booked her in for the next time we go away. We have booked the cats in to. I had no hesitation in rebooking Byebrue.
Excellent kennel and grooming. Really friendly staff and our dog Sam loves it there. Every time we drop him off he’s wagging his tail.
