Cat Sitters in Halifax, VT

Em came along with her fellow writer, Holly. They were like having old friends return. They were so kind to bring me books and leave a fantastic meal for me at my late return! Their generosity was much appreciated. I got lots of updates and reassurances during my time away. The animals were content upon my return and the house was tidy. My only suggestion would be to read the welcome guide before arrival so that the animal care routine would not be so novel. I understand sometimes life is very hectic. They were kind to come on short notice.

Leslie was wonderful! I would highly recommend her. She did an excellent job taking care of our 4 horses, 3 dogs, and Earle Kitty. When we arrived home, they all looked happy and well kept. She texted updates and sent pictures every morning. The house, I couldn't even tell she had stayed. Leslie washed towels and bed sheets and remade her bed. She is a lovely person to be around.

I was out of town for a month and Nevline did an excellent job taking care of my cat, apartment and plants. Nevline sent regular updates to assure me that my cat was happy and healthy. She was respectful of my home-space and I returned home to a clean and well-cared for apartment. I would absolutely book Nevline again for my house & pet sitting.

Sarah and Gerard were great! The house was extremely tidy on our return and we had amazingly sharp knives thanks to Gerard’s travelling knife kit. They were really friendly and we felt so comfortable leaving our pets with them. Nero and Juno were very happy on our return. We would highly recommend them and if they want to come back to NZ we would have them back again!

Jalina and Evan took great care of our pets and our home when we were away for a week. We were able to meet in advance which I found very helpful. I appreciated the updates and photos she sent during the week to let me know the furry babies were happy. Definitely recommend them as zeewoi!

Bobbo was one of my favorite Trusted Housitters of all time! We became friends through the process of her sit. I felt completely at ease that she was taking care of my furry kids and my home. Bobbo mowed our front yard because the grass was growing so fast! (which was above and beyond) AND She drove me to the airport and picked me up again. We overlapped by a day and enjoyed hanging out together. I am sure I will see Bobbo again for another sit! If you are lucky enough that Bobbo can take care of your pets/place you should take it! She is wonderful!

Barbara, Tim,(husband), and Safi(their service dog were excellent guests. Safi and Rumi seemed to play well and they seemed to care extremely well for our aging cat, Tessa. We would absolutely have them back any time

John is an amazing dog sitter. Our old pooch took to him immediately as if they were old friends. The night we got back our dog went searching for John at bedtime, missing him already. During his first night at our house a tree fell on our porch and garage. John sent us photos and assured us that no damaged happened to any windows or roofs. Communication was clear and easy and John was quite flexible about timing. Our house was immaculate upon our return and John even managed to get the bed linens washed and dried before we got back. YOU can't go wrong with John.

I have only positive things to say about Lisa and her teenager who took care of the pups this past weekend. Lisa was a pleasure to coordinate with and was very communicative, reliable, and tidy. The dogs would be happy to have them back in the future!

We enjoyed having Claire as our petsitter! Our senior dog really took to her as well as our more-friendly cat. She did great when our senior dog had diarrhea, and I appreciated her communications throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend Claire.

Christine and Mark could not have been more charming or more trustworthy and capable of looking after our cat and our rather complicated home. They were unfortunate enough to be at our home during substantial building works and never made a fuss about this. Everything was immaculate when we returned apart from a leaking shower which was not in any way their fault and which they dealt with very effectively when the need arose. I strongly recommend Christine and Mark as zeewoi.

Tommy was responsive and easy to work with. I appreciate him taking good care of my dogs and home.
