Pet Sitters in Ham Street

Thanks for a great sit. Alison and Tom communicated excellently from the outset and throughout the sit, sending regular photos of Dillon and Sassy. They arrived on time and listened attentively while I showed them around and explained the minor details of the pets' daily lives. I arrived home after they'd left to a very clean and tidy house and two extremely happy pets. Everything was as I'd hoped for including all the washing done and hung up to dry. They are big animal lovers who demonstrated complete respect for my home and my pets. A very satisfied pet owner.

Jo was absolutely fabulous looking after our home and our little pets. She was great at keeping in touch and sharing all of the cuddles that she had with Nala. She also went above and beyond when one of our pets was unwell - couldn't of asked for anyone more caring and thoughtful.

This lovely family was a gift to all of us. The children are adorable, loving and very responsible. They have a very sweet way of connecting with animals and that makes a big difference. Matthew and Emma were very kind and considerate at all times. The contact was so fluid that it seems like we had known each other before. They are a very nice and special family. Our dogs were so happy that they were sad to see them go. The house was tidy and clean and we kept in touch at all times in any situation. All the trust and love they give is reflected in how easy it is to talk with them and make them friends. We really hope to connect again in the future!

Rosie was absolutely brilliant. I am very paranoid about leaving my babies but I felt that they were well looked after. I can’t thank her enough x

Holly and Ben were fantastic housesitters. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. They were really well organised, great with our dogs and left our home really clean and tidy. They are both lovely, warm people and I felt totally secure and happy that our dogs would be really well looked after. We would love to have them to stay again!

We were using Trustee Housesitters for the first time when we went away in October. It was also the first time we were leaving our 8month old lab for more than a night so I was quite anxious about the whole thing if I’m honest. I left copious notes and asked for daily updates while we were away. I feel so lucky that we had 5 star house sitters in Pat and Andy. They went above and beyond to help put me at ease and looked after both Raya and our house so well. I got a daily update about the lovely walks they were having and some great pictures. When we arrived home Raya was not only in great shape but it was clear Pat and Andy had kept up the little bits of training we’d talked about. The house was also spotless. I really cannot recommend Pat and Andy enough, they are wonderful people who allowed me to fully enjoy my holiday knowing Raya was being well cared for.

Carly was absolutely amazing when looking after Henry - we loved the regular updates, and felt like he was in really great hands while we were gone. We would definitely welcome Carly back anytime Also — the house was spotless when we returned!

Lynne and Ray were very happy to sit for Dora despite it being only 4 days with a considerable journey to get to Bath. They are very professional with animals and made us feel totally confident leaving Dora. The house was tidy and much as we left it without even a teaspoon out of place. Dora was happy to see us but quickly went looking for her other friends. A very Happy Dora and ourselves.

Maria and Raymond were excellent house sitters. Great communication. Patient as we explained all about the animals and house. They coped well with our chickens as one after the other went broody leaving them with no eggs. Jyoti eat well and found a welcoming lap in the evenings. It was good that they found the time to explore our dramatic surroundings during their short stay. Thanks for the welcome meal on our return!

Emma was an excellent sitter; she was reliable, kind, and communicative. She kept us updated whenever needed, and we couldn't be happier with the company and care she provided for both the cats and the flat. They loved her, and we would definitely recommend her for other sittings.

Tam and Sam have just completed a week's sit for us whilst we were on a family holiday. Communication before and during the sit was excellent - they arrived at a time to suit us (even though it meant a very early start for them!)and sent us regular updates during the week, including photos of our two dogs. The house was spotless when we got back, and it was clear that the dogs had been very well looked after. Isobel and her two very well behaved children were 'the best' sitters. Very attentive to our two dogs, who took them on lots of long walks and gave them lots of fuss. Isobel asked lots of questions about our puppies and what they liked, preferred etc, which provided us with lots of confidence on our very first zeewoi experience. When we came home, a little earlier than planned and the house was all clean and tidied and packed away, just as it was when we left. We would highly recommend Isobel and her children as sitters. The experience has been a complete delight from beginning to end.
