Cat Sitters in Hambrook

Marcus and Saf house sat for us for two weeks while we were away. We returned to happy and settled dogs, a spotless house, very well maintained garden and pool. We really couldn’t have asked for more from them! Highly recommend!

What a star!! Jeanette went above and beyond in terms of what she did to look after our dog Wookie for 8 days. Wookie was in forced cage rest with a buster collar/cone following an operation after a car accident, and therefore needed very specific attention and care. Jeanette knew this, and took it all in her stride - we had brilliant regular video and text updates of all the exercises she was doing to help Wookie recuperate and keep sane. Plus recommendations of additional equipment that would help her. She is clearly a very experienced dog carer/handler! Not only did she do all this, but was always friendly, smiley and very respectful of our private space in the house. The house was very clean when we got back home, and Jeanette had even washed and hung out the bed sheets - this was so welcome when you come back from a busy week away! So we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeanette or use her again; she's exactly the type of person you'd really hope to find on Trusted Sitters :-) Joff Marshall-Lee

This was always going to be a difficult sit looking after 2 very mischievous 5 month old kittens but we had a really good video call with Viv so we were confident that everything would be fine. Then on the day that Viv & Graham arrived one of the kittens got sick and had to go into hospital for 2 nights meaning we had to cancel our departure. Viv & Graham very totally calm about this and just checked themselves into an Airbnb for a couple of nights. They were due to come back to our house after that as we were leaving early in the morning on newly booked flights and then our water main exploded leaving us with no water. Once again this was no problem to Viv & Graham and they found themselves somewhere to stay for another night. We finally got away 4 days late and from that moment on everything was plain sailing. Viv sent us photos and videos of the kittens every day, as we had requested. Graham fixed a big sunshade that had fallen down and the cats got lots of love and attention. We came back to happy, healthy cats, a spotlessly clean house and a delicious traybake. We would happily have Viv & Graham back to sit for us again and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Lovely couple who looked after the house whilst I was away - in the event the dogs were not here for their stay. I would highly recommend for any future sits. Responsible and reliable - one felt the house was in very safe hands

This was our very first time leaving our puppy and we are so glad that Corrine and Toby took care of him. We were given regular updates on how he was doing and the communication was wonderful. We really missed him and the photos and videos were appreciated. Corrine and Toby were also able to help us with Atlas’ picky eating and his leash pulling. This is HUGE for us and it really meant a lot that they took the time to help out with this even though they didn’t need to! We would be happy for them to stay at ours and take care of Atlas anytime.

Andy and Iona are cheerful and extremely capable housesitters. Our aging poodle Matti needed some medication and a bit of hand feeding -Andy and Iona took this in their stride and obviously developed a great rapport with her. Our new Cavoodle/retriever puppy was no trouble for them either. They left the house very clean and tidy. Great house sitters and dog minders. We are very happy to recommend them to others.

Julia and Stuart are the perfect sitters: competent, caring and content. They both settled right in, adapting to our estate and it’s needs. Tabby befriend Julia and Stuart the first day. I was pleased to learn that they enjoyed our island paradise, visiting the sites, and connecting with our friends. Thank you again for a fantastic meal on my return. Mary and I look forward to Julia and Stuart’s return sit, perhaps next year.

It was a pleasure to have Ella ,James & Malu stay and look after our dog Bramley. We were initially concerned that Bramley may be a little clumsy with Malu , as he was only 20 months old but they very quickly became the best of friends. Malu was very open and friendly to Bramley and in return she was gentle with him . Ella and James were delightful and looked after Bramley very well and she seemed very happy with all the attention she got. The house was kept very clean and tidy . We would certainly recommend Ella , James and Malu to anyone who has pets and would not hesitate to book them again

Louise has stayed in my house and looked after my Border Collie before, so I was happy to leave him in her capable hands again. Like last time, Blue was loved and cared for and the house was immaculate. Thank you Louise.

Chris and Olivia were excellent with Matilda & Remi, I came home to two very content and happy cats. I had updates, photos and videos of them playing. The house was clean and tidy, and the cats were extremely well cared for. Couldn't recommend them enough!
