I had a wonderful weekend in Ojai at Alex and Ruby’s home. The condo is conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown and it’s a highly walkable neighborhood. I had wanted to petsit for a Corgi one day but little did I know I’d get to hang with the sweetest and most accepting Corgi I ever met.She was just as sweet to my little poodle mutt, Shula, who got to come along. I truly enjoyed meeting Alex. Communication with her was easy and her kindness appreciated. It was the perfect weekend getaway for Shula and me.
This house sit was a dream! Candace was extremely welcoming and communicative from the first moment we met. She left detailed notes to make sure that I was prepared for anything. She was even kind enough to leave recommendations for restaurants, bike rides, and walks around her home, and every recommendation she made was fabulous! Her & Will's home is absolutely enchanting and all the art is so interesting. I could not have asked for better hosts! Jasper was one of the funniest cats I've ever met. Watching him get excited over food was the highlight of every day. Mia took a few days to warm up to me, but she was an absolute sweetheart. They were both so easy going and fun to take care of! I would absolutely love to come back to Charleston and sit for Candace again! I had a wonderful time, and I cannot recommend it enough.
Alexandra and the boys were great! She made us feel super welcome and comfortable. Pepper and Boots were super friendly from the start and we instantly fell in love. The apartment is super cozy with a great location! The highlight however are definitely Boots and Pepper. They are the perfect cuddle buddies! We enjoyed our morning chats with them while making a cup of coffee and our nightly cuddle session in front of the tv! We had a wonderful time watching them! They’re easy to care for and love love attention! We enjoyed exploring the city, the bus stop is conveniently located in front of the apartment so we were able to get to many prime places with ease. There’s lots of food places around and convenience stores within walking distance. We definitely recommend this sit! Boots and Pepper are a dream and we already miss them very much! 💕
This housesit was by far one of our favourites! Ditto & Poco are such a brilliant duo. We really enjoyed taking them for beach walks and chilling at Nigel and Margaret's with them. The weather was gorgeous whilst we were there so could make use of the (heated!) pool. Ditto and Poco were very easy to look after. Every time you greet them, whether in the morning or coming back, they give you the warmest welcome. Each morning, they came to bed for a snuggle which we loved. Poco is always happy to snuggle on your lap whilst Ditto loves affection too. Margaret and Nigel were so lovely. They made us feel really welcome. Margaret cooked dinner for us and showed us to the local shops. They went through everything with the house and pets in detail and were able to answer any questions we had whilst they were away. We loved exploring where they live. We used their car to get around and spent time at a nearby beach and did a few lovely walks, recommended by Nigel and Margaret. We spent some time in Cartagena and Murica too. We would definitely recommend doing this housesit if you get the chance!
Janette's home was beautiful and in a wonderful location. The kitty twins were extremely loving and made our time in Palm Springs very enjoyable. We would absolutely visit again!
