I had a great time at Monica's (inside joke xD) place. Mocca is super sweet, cuddly, well-behaved and easy-going, we got along pretty well. And Veronica was understanding and explained everything to me in detail, although I arrived in the evening. The place is super nice and the neighborhood is peaceful, close to the S station. I hope that I will have a chance to meet them both again. So thank you Veronica for trusting me with Mocca, I had a great time with her
Caitlyn and here husband were terrific hosts who communicated well and were quite accommo-dating. Their home is very clean, well organized and spacious. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Now for the best part; Duncan and Freddie. They are so sweet and well behaved we could have kept them forever. They were so cuddly but would leave you alone if you wanted them to. They didn't shed much at all. Charlotte is a beautiful, clean and safe city as well. We would sit here again.
Loved sitting for Laragh and her pets! Susie and Beau loved to play ball and Susie gave amazing hugs! The kitties were so adorable and sweet! Laragh was very communicative and my responsibilities were clear. Her home was very welcoming and comfortable! Thank you so much for letting me watch your fur babies!
My son and I had a wonderful time taking care of sweet Ernie! He was very chill and oh those puppy dog eyes! Jessica was very easygoing and communicative. Amazing location in Olympic Village. We’d love to come back and stay with Ernie!
Wonderful sit 100% Harriet is a sweet and happy host. So caring and I even got treats chocolate. Rossy is easy to care for . We quickly became buddies after treats .. The house is lovley and in a good location. I would recommend this sit. Thank you for everything
This was one of my favorite sits! Maple is an absolute sweetheart and was so happy to cuddle on the couch during a TV binge or lay nearby under the standing desk while I worked. She essentially walked herself, showing me all her favorite spots in the neighborhood and politely acknowledging but rarely engaging much with other dogs. Maple is very expressive, with pure joy from being given ice cubes, and the saddest puppy eyes if we were walking away from a great sniff spot. :) Evan set us both up for success with a clear care guide and a well-organized home. The quiet, bright, and cozy loft space made for a great place to work from home, or stay in on a rainy day, especially with Maple as company. Evan took his car for this trip, so the parking spot in the building garage was an extra bonus not having to drive while I was there. Can’t wait to sit for Maple again!

A++++ Dog Town & Kitty is our go to for kenneling our dog! We were updated every few days on how she was doing and her progress while on vacation (other kennels we have used don't do this..so highly appreciated)!!!! When we picked her up she wasn't in her kennel, but playing with other dogs in the play area! Thanks so much! I appreciate play time vs her being locked in a kennel 24/7. Already booked her next stay!!!
I see some people who seem very upset about the sickness that recently went through this establishment. Well, sorry, it happens. And when it happens you have angry people attacking the establishment, calling to attack the owner (Paula), and her staff. Kennel cough is a dog cold. Plain and simple! It happens everywhere dogs are contained together. I'm sure this can get frustrating for an owner. Paula did an excellent job informing everyone that does business with her about what was going on and that she was closing for the well being of the animals. Which is her top priority! She made sure the place was cleaned thoroughly before reopening to the public. If you want to listen to some folks who want to try and hurt a business owner because they felt like their little feelings were hurt, I can't stop you. If you want to take your dog (or cat) to a very clean and professional place where your animal can have fun all day, this is the place! My dog Dublin howls with happiness when I pull into this place. She rips my arm off trying to get in the door she loves it so much!!! It gives her exercise and socializes her to other dogs. And I know she is cared for extremely well. Keep up the good work Paula and don't let these people get you down! :-)
They've been so great with our animal nail trimmings, they're so friendly and we're usually in and out in under 10 minutes.
We absolutely love Dog Town Kitty City. We use them for dog daycare and grooming with Megan and couldn't be happier. We recently boarded our 2 dogs for 9 days for our son's destination wedding. This was their first time being boarded, but they were so well taken care of! We received pictures and updates all week of their playtime. This facility is spotless and the staff is very nice. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
This is the best doggy daycare that I have ever been to, I have been to a few, and the staff here are so friendly and very helpful . It's so clean and organized. my dog snickers. Just love's it here !! Thank you all .
Dog Town is the best around!! We have used them for doggy daycare, as well as boarding quite a few times. It's hard to find a good honest, extremely clean, and caring place for our particular Fur-Babies!! Whether it's a quick drop off for them to play, or we have to go out of town, they take care of them. Recently had to take one to the vet a day before having to drop them off because they love to explore, worried that Dog Town wouldn't want to help take care but they still welcomed with open arms to take care anyway they could, assuring us to enjoy our time away!! They are always exhausted from all the play time, and pictures seeing them play is a plus! They treat our Fur Babies as if they were their own. Highly, Highly Recommend!!!
If you're looking for a boarding facility and daycare that truly cares about your pet's well-being, look no further than Dog Town Kitty City. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a safe, fun, and loving environment for their furry family members. We've used this facility (since 2021) for grooming, overnight boarding, and daycare for both of our dogs. I appreciate that safety is a priority, especially when it comes to vaccine mandates. Scheduling pet care is very easy using their daycare app. Their rates are competitive, and the value they provide is unbeatable.
My dog Luna loves to go to daycare- she's excited when we pull in the parking lot! As a huge benefit, she's a better dog attending daycare. The place is always cleans and smells good! Paula the owner is fabulous and runs a great business!! Thank you Dog Town Kitty City for showing this fur mom feel good knowing my dog is well cared for and safe!
I take my 4 year old lab here for day care as he gets separation anxiety being home alone too long. He loves coming and gets so excited when we pull in. The staff all know him and now much he loves to play fetch. The facility is very clean and they use top of the line cleaner. Never had any issues and highly I recommend!
Was in there last week to board my dog and heard a lady yelling I think it was the owner and it sounded like she was yelling at one of her employees.. this is the second time I’ve been in and probably won’t go back. Update: I was in there with my girlfriend. She puts him under her last name. Regardless. What was heard was heard. If you do it with customers by the desk. I’m sure it happens when they’re aren’t. Keep it professional though 👏🏻
My pup loves it here! I see how happy he is with around the staff. I feel very comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
My dog loves it here! The staff is all extremely friendly and my dog gets excited the second the building comes into view! I also appreciate the COVID precautions they are taking at this time. 100% recommend! Edit: Roughly a year later and I now have TWO dogs here. Both have been going since they were puppies. I still have nothing but good things to say! I want to add that my new dog is a Samoyed and we've had him groomed at BarkTown USA by Tanya several times - she is the best! He was not great with grooming at first due to a prior bad experience at a different facility, but she has been so patient with him that he's pretty tolerant now. I will always give BarkTown USA my business as long as I'm living in the Howell area! I highly recommend them!
My dog loves it here! Employees are very well-trained on how to handle dogs with different temperament. My dog was "dismissed" from a different doggy daycare because of his temperament (he is very active and wants to play play play all the time); however, employees here have been able to handle him just fine! My dog gets so excited to come here and I love knowing that he's very well taken care of while he is here.
Excellent service and care. Dogs get ample play time. Have indoor and outdoor play areas. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend, your dog will love it here!
We absolutely love Barktown USA. Our first dog Jack Bear went there for nearly 11 years and now our new puppy Sterling goes 2 times weekly. April and her team are incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable about all breeds. We cannot say enough great things because we would exceed the characters allowed for this review. Simply the best!
My dog Gizmo went for a haircut here for the first time and Tanya did an amazing job with him!! She texted me throughout his appointment to keep me updated. He came home just as happy as ever and way less hairy!! We will definitely be back for his next cut!!
I have been taking my dogs to Barktown USA since Koda was 5 months old; he turned 12 in May! April and her team are very kind, caring and knowledgeable about all aspects of dog behavior and training and make my dogs' time there very enjoyable. It has been a great experience for them and i don't worry about leaving them.
Dogs have so much fun here! The owner and her staff are super qualified to take care of your dog or dogs. All such beautiful and amazing people who are very experienced and educated on how to care for dogs of every breed. They love dogs and it shows. They go the extra mile for each and every dog.
Tanya is great! So sensitive to my girl's insecurities about changing groomers. We will definitely be back🙂 …
April is excellent. She works with your dog and has lots of guidance. Our dog is always happy to visit. The other gals here, Jamie and Ruth, and others, clearly love the dogs.
Pet Nanny has been a great partner for taking care of our cats when we are out of town. Michele has been visiting several times, she takes care of all and informs daily on the cats. Great peace of mind.
Pet nanny does a great job of Watching our animals and keeping us informed. The midday services we receive are generally quite good. And if there is a snag, Janice the owner makes things right.
We have loved our experiences with Pet Nanny! Dani has taken excellent care of our two cats over long stretches of time and always keeps us updated via text with pictures. Dani also took the time to meet our cats and learn the ins and outs of our home before watching them for the first time. Highly recommend!
I've had many years of great experiences with Pet Nanny and the owner Jan Conner. She's always ready to provide the care we need during our long travels in Europe. We've been able to enjoy our time away worry free. Jan's employees are totally reliable and take great care with pets, mail and plants. I was so happy to see all of plants healthy when I returned home and our macaw was perfectly healthy and content as well. The sitter Jenn always kept us informed and we enjoyed working with her.
Pet Nanny provided excellent care of our dog while we were out of town. It was easy and efficient to request care. The provider, Monique, was thorough in care of our pet and in considering our owner need for occasional communication. We will use Pet Nanny service again.
I can’t express enough how wonderful The Pet-Nanny service was. We met our caregiver Nikki prior to our trip and she spent time greeting the dogs so they were comfortable with her. She sent us texts and pictures every time she came to take care of them, took them for walks and always updated us on how they were doing. When we got home there were detailed sheets of the boys activity for each day, a welcome home card and Nikki even left a rose. Our boys had such a good time with Nikki they were kinda moaping around missing her. I think they were a little disappointed when we got home and they realized she wasn’t coming over -LOL. The pet nanny delivered notch service and I would highly recommend them
We have been using Pet Nanny for a while now. I had various pet sitters from Pet nanny over the years and every one of them were great. Currently we are having Dani sit our pets while we were on vacation a few times. We are so happy to have Dani look after our pets as she does a splendid job. Keep up the great work.
I have used the services of Pet Nanny for 15 years. Jan and her workers have provided the best of care for the several dogs and cats that I have owned over the years. There was never a worry as to the care my pets received as they left notes, text messages, and photos to keep me informed while I was away. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use their services in the future.
Pet Nanny has done a super job for us and our cat, Molly. Our particular caregiver for our recent vacation was Katie and she was fantastic! She is competent, kind, caring and totally charming - sent us videos every day of Molly doing her Molly thing! When we walked through the door, I was pretty certain Molly would have been happier to see Katie instead of us!! With Pet Nanny, your pet(s) and your home are in safe, good hands! Kudos to Jan Conner for having someone as wonderful as Katie on staff!!
I contacted Pet Nanny via email asking about a dog walker while we are on vacation. (A family member is staying with our dog, but was unable to walk her.) I let her know our dog's breed and informed her that she was a rescue. (Pet Nanny's photos only showed pedigree dogs, which is why I inquired.) She replied, "We don’t have any dog walkers in the area until summer." That seemed odd. No services until summer? Then I asked about house-sitting for our dog, as we were looking into that as well. Considering her previous reply that her services are not available until summer, I also asked if she was comfortable with all breeds Jan replied, "House sitters are not available, sitters have families and some work." Really? A pet nanny with absolutely NO openings for any service for months on end? What kind of "business" is that? I then replied, "So none of your services are available until summer?" and she never responded again. Why not just say that you don't work with all breeds? I was asking for services 2 months from now. If it isn't the breed, then how does this business function?
