We have used Assisi Pet Sitting for over nine years and have been completely satisfied with their service. Over the years, they have cared for several different cats, some easy to get along with and others that were very shy. Twila is a "Cat Whisperer" and can coax the shy ones out. Stephen is also in that Category which means that all cats get attention when you are gone, even the shy ones. They have checked on the house when one cat set off the alarm system. When our return trip was delayed, they took care of our cats for the extra day. They are constantly in touch with you via text. We feel totally comfortable leaving our cats in their care.

Steven and Twila are trustworthy and professional. They do a great job caring for my dog and walking her on a daily basis. They have also taken care of our aquarium pets, and have done overnight stays with our pets. My dog would not do well in a kennel-having them let her out during the day and then spend the evening, night, morning with her was the best thing for my dog when we had to be away without her. I highly recommend Assisi Pet Sitting.

The store was clean the food was good and the staff was great. We were a party of three and were greeted at the counter with 6 breadsticks. We placed our order and about 7 minutes later our food arrived with more breadsticks. While we ate and visited we heard an announcement that at the top of every hour the staff would stop what they were doing and clean their work stations and wash their hands. As soon as they were done cleaning and sanitizing they came by with more breadsticks. Good job everyone. Wonderful dining experience.

I always know that the girls are going to be treated well when they go to Camp Bow Wow for Daycamp, Boarding, and Grooming. Thank you to the staff for always making the girls feel welcome and loved!

Thought the interview process was great. Took two visits as my dog was a bit shy the first round. Staff is so friendly and patient. Nice to have my dog mingling with other dogs and not kenneled. They offer daycare and boarding.Location is great.

Never saw our dog alone. Staff presence any time we checked in using the CCTV feeds.

We have loved our experience here so far! Our girl was nervous on her first day and an employee quickly sat next to her and comforted her until she was confident enough to go play. They are also very communicative and professional.

We had a wonderful experience here. The facility was cleaned and you can tell they are passionate about dogs. I also love how you can watch the dogs interact on the web cam. My pup had such a wonderful time I purchased a package before I left.

Everyone was great. They let my dogs have a camp day to see how they got along with other dogs.

I took my lab mix Daphne for a bath and nail cut. She looks great and smells amazing.

Wonderful and attentive staff! I’ve tried many day care and boarding facilities and this is the best! I’m confident my furbaby Is safe and well cared for. She loves going there and leaving her overnight is so much easier on me. Highly recommend!

Darlene and Rick took great care of our dog Tucker for a long stay of 11 days. Tucker was happy and healthy and he clearly had a wonderful time at Almost Home! Darlene reached out with updates and she even gave Tucker a nice bath before we picked him up. Can't recommend Almost Home highly enough!

Kennel service for my dog AND cat! Very efficient, extremely sanitary, and well organized family run business. Always have answers and have been clear about rules, fees, and pick-up times. Be sure to confirm reservations as requested. Book well in advance, too. Most of all? Our pets look forward to going to Almost Home! A vacation for them, too! Our dog gets so excited, once we make the turn to the kennel, she starts to yelp and become giddy! She NEVER misses us! (Our cat just tries to act surly...not because of the kennel's great care...because she is a cat who thinks she has to keep attitude because we needed to board her. But we can tell she does enjoy herself, shhh, do not let her know we know! ;-) ) Photos of our dog 2 miles from Almost Home, she is realizing where we are headed!

This is the best kennel that I have ever used over the past 30 years! My dogs get so excited as we pull up for their drop off and look so well cared for when I pick them up!! I couldn't ask for more!!!

Wonderful experience with Almost Home for several reasons - caring owners, convenient location, well-maintained and clean facility. We are so happy with the care our dogs received while staying at Almost Home. We have used other larger kennels in the past and our dogs would come home having lost weight, stressed, and tired. Our dogs came home from Almost Home happy and excited, rested and well fed, and they smelled great. We have already booked with them for all our 2024 travel. Highly recommend.

Couldn't have been happier with the care our dog received. We have tried 3 different kennels in the Northern Indy area and this one was by far the best. Our good boy was in perfect condition and health when we got him after his 4 night stay. Incredible value, too.

Almost Home is by far the best boarding in the Carmel/Westfield area!!! They always take such great care of our 2 boys: senior dachshund and young mini Aussie. Our dogs have stayed with them 2 or 3 trips now. Both of our boys have extreme separation anxiety and one takes medication twice a day. They are always really happy and clean when we pick them up which is the complete opposite of what they were like when we picked them up from another nearby kennel. We are tremendously grateful to find Almost Home and would trust them with all of our fur babies. 💛

I have boarded my dogs here many times. Only place I will use. Darlene and Rick are wonderful people. They have indoor/outdoor runs for all dogs. You can get outside play time for your dogs too. Their home is attached to the kennel so there is someone there all the time. Especially at night. I hate places that leave all the dogs alone over night, very scary to me. I highly recommend Almost Home for your pet boarding needs.

If you are looking for an amazing experience for your pets, this is it! We moved cross country and our pet transport was being difficult to work with. They called out of the blue and said they had to drop off early. When we called Almost Home they were unbelievably understanding and without asking said they'd do anything they could to help us knowing the situation, when they didn't have too. Then, when we went to get our dog (had a car too), the pet transport somehow let our dog get sprayed by a skunk. We called Almost Home and they immediately researched how to get rid of the smell and ended up giving her two baths and cleaned the tags, etc for us. Again, they went above and beyond what they had to do. They could have easily said, "Sorry, we can't have her (or the cat) now," but that's not them at all! When we had to extend the stay by a couple of days due to delays with our home, again they were unbelievable. This will be our kennel forever. You absolutely couldn't ask for a better kennel for your pets. They are responsive, very communicative and always want to do what is best for your pets. Oh, by the way, they also have great tips for traveling if you love history! Your pets will absolutely love their care!

This is an amazing place! My English Bulldog isnt a pet, he is our baby! Rick and Darlene made us feel at east leaving him. They allow a tour before booking and are very thorough in everything they offer. Our bully is on lots of meds and they cared for the med distribution without extra fees. Very clean & no smell. We will never board elsewhere. This is the first time we have ever boarded that I actually didn't worry about him the entire vacation! Highly recommended facility!

I have two Himalayan Furr Babies, brother and sister, who are 18 years old. Cody has special daily medical needs where he requires inhaler treatments, ear and oral medications. Sophie also requires medical treatment via ear. I have a regular sitter but she was unavailable for an upcoming trip. I scoured google and came across Northside Pet Services. Based on the reviews I reached out to secure services. I was extremely impressed with the prompt response and assurance they could take care of my special needs babes. Upon securing their services, Sherri (owner) and Nancy (Pet Caregiver) came to my home for a visit prior to my trip. They spent over an hour getting to know me and my babes and their routine. Much to my surprise, the services also included watering my plants!!!! These are truly genuine people who care for animals and will treat yours as if their own. I really appreciated the daily status text and pictures they sent! If you are in need of pet care, I highly recommend this team!

First class integrity! While searching for pet care for my parents two elderly dogs, one of whom had recently developed a back injury, Northside Pet Services stood out as exuding the trust, integrity, and experience we were looking for, so I called and left a message. The owner promptly returned my call to regretfully inform me that the dogs lived out of her service range, then took the time to provide some information on how and where to refine my search to find qualified sitters. She then went even further and took the time to search her network, later sending me information for a couple contacts who provided service in our area. Through one of those contacts, we were able to find someone who lives close and perfectly fits the dogs' needs. This is obviously someone who puts the health of pets first and foremost! I would have complete confidence in Sherri and her sitters and only wish the dogs lived close enough to utilize them.

Northside Pet Services has been a wonderful care team for our furry family members when we are out of town. As our one dog has progressed in age, it has become too stressful for her to be boarded at traditional facilities, and finding Northside Pet Services to provide care in our home while we are away, has been a dream. It is obvious that the owner and her team care deeply for our pets, and always have our pets' best interest at the top of everything they do. Most recently we were out of town for 21 days and Northside Pets provided top quality care 3 times per day the entire length of our time away, and we did not worry once. They provided frequent check-ins and updates to us and when we returned home, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Not only does Northside care for the dogs, but they also bring in our mail, feed the fish and frog, water our indoor plants, and they kept 25 pots of impatiens flourishing during a period of no rain.... all for no extra charge. I highly recommend Northside Pet Services and look forward to using them in the future.

I am so grateful to find this business. Our first consultation was perfect and helped ease my mind so much. We have a diabetic cat that needs extra tlc which has made getting away difficult for myself and my husband. Nancy was wonderful about communicating and she knew exactly how to handle each of our cats needs. Wow!! Finding Sherri and her team has been the best gift of 2023! Nancy has a way with our "socially selective" Cocker Spaniel - and we love the updates she provides after her visits. It really gives us peace of mind when we are out and about that they are looking in on Chewy!

I have been using Northside Pet services for my dogs since 2014. They are exceptional. My dogs are treated like part of the family and Sherri has become a dear friend. All sitters and walkers are loyal, trustworthy, and caring. I never have a worry when traveling and my dogs are in their care. I highly recommend for your pet sitting and walking needs.

I am really happy that I found Northside Pet Services. We have an older cat who is a bit persnickety and on multiple meds so we have to be a bit pickier about who we get to watch our cat. During our initial meet-up, Sherri proved to be very informed on our cat's course of treatment and even suggested a couple of additional things we could do to help her condition. It is a real comfort to know that she really knows what she's doing and could easily pick up on any worrisome signs while we are away.

My first impression is good. We checked it out to see about boarding our cat while on vacation. The person who helped us very informative. Show this where she would be boarded in their nice little condos. It's two levels when the tv showing fish and birds on it. Also a window view. Private litter box and a soft bed. We will see how it is after she stays there for 5 days.

I have never used a place like this. I kind of made fun of it before my Milo had this first day of doggy daycare. He loved it so much. When I pull up to PetSuites Milo started to get so excited. He immediately jumps out of the car and runs inside. The staff is amazing. They are, very supportive, and loving to Milo. I would highly recommend the Westfield PetSuites!

The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They clearly love working with pets! We appreciated the "Pawgress Report" with photos of our dog while she was there. She came home happy and healthy:-).

We had a great experience at PetSuites in Westfield. The staff was amazing, and we will definitely be taking our dog back when we need to board him.

Being honest, I have never and would never leave my puppy there again… my wife and I left our puppy Casper for a weekend and the service was terrible, we paid for a service where he would be supposedly treated better, with cameras so we could see him, and he was missing for a whole day, and when we called, the person who answered only told us that they had too many dogs there and that they couldn't be aware of what was going on!! Wth? So why pay for such an expensive service if they don't provide it? The truth is that the rude and unempathetic treatment only made me distrust this place!! Very disappointing and frustrating… IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, NEVER LEAVE IT THERE.

I love taking my dogs to this location! The employees treat them well! My dogs love spending time with their friends at this location! I highly recommend day play!

I had my Maltipoo groomed and she looked adorable!! Her ears are short becuase of my trimming! Lol. They asked a ton of questions said to bring pictures and did a great job! I had Devon (not sure of spelling) but my puppy smelled wonderful and was happy! I also asked a lot of grooming questions and they were more than happy to answer!!! Thank you

We took our long haired Germans shepherd for a grooming session and the staff was phenomenal. They were so kind while they answered questions and helped us figure out the best plan for our dog. I have two young children so when I picked our dog up, Dan helped me to the car which was greatly appreciated. Our dog enjoyed himself and is groomed well and overall the staff is just wonderful would highly recommend grooming services.

Our dogs love coming to Pet Suites, they go once a week for group play. After a day of playing, they are exhausted. 😊 they stayed overnight one night last week and did great. Both dogs love the staff, and I feel safe leaving them with the loving people that work at the Fishers location. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they know and love our dogs and it shows.❤️❤️❤️

This is a wonderful place to board your fur babies. We have boarded 3 different dogs at the Fishers location and have had no issues. The staff is familiar & friendly! They respond timely to texts & phone calls. Monica does a wonderful job with grooming. She listens and knows what different breeds need! I would recommend Bonnie for training!

I did a lot of research on pet boarding places before landing on PetSuites Fishers and I could not be happier! This was our first time boarding our kitty and we were a little worried since he is almost 13 years old but in great health. The staff was so kind and reassuring, we got to tour to cat area and see where he will be set up. The cat condos are very spacious and provides room to jump and climb from the top to bottom and even includes a tv the staff members put games on for them. I paid extra for the pawgress reports and didn’t get the first one but I called to check on my cat and the staff was very apologetic and refunded the days that were missed. They ran back to check on my cat and gave a detailed report over the phone along with sending a great report over with multiple pictures. I highly recommend and will be returning with Big Boy! Thank you so much amazing staff!

PetSuites has been absolutely fantastic to us so far! It gives our buddy Benji another place to go when we have things to get done and cannot be home to give him the attention he deserves. The staff at PetSuites is always so friendly and they get to know your pet like it is their own. It is so comforting being able to drop him off at a good place with good people who take care of him. An added bonus - he absolutely loves going to play with the other dogs, which we love! Highly recommend the "Pawgress Reports," as they never fail to bring a smile to your face while you are away.

We love Pet Suites! Our dog Jax is able to socialize with other dogs all day long and is able to socialize with different humans as well. He comes home exhausted which gives us a little break. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Our pet was here for a week, this was not her first stay but it was her last. The comfort items we took with our dog were not left with her in her area, called several times and when anyone answered no information, no answers, I requested a manager that did call me back but nothing changed. We left vacation early and picked up our pet early missing the chew toy we dropped off to comfort her. I do not recommend this facility.

Our Saint Brix loved his stay! Those girls were so good with him. They followed all the details and it was a perfect stay!

I really was excited that we found a place for our pup to play at. However, everyone working there seemed super stressed out and had no idea what was happening. They asked for my vaccination record for the dog even though I had it uploaded already. They tried to get me to sign a flu waiver even though she had the vaccine. They told me they would contact me after her temperament test and they didn’t. When I picked her up and asked how it went, they said she passed and did a great job with no problems. Then I booked another day at daycare to find out she didn’t ACTUALLY pass her test. I told them I was going to cancel the reservation because I’m concerned with how disorganized they are and the response was just “sorry you were told the wrong thing.” I would have had no problem with her not passing her test and needing individual play but everything was handled so poorly. I honestly don’t trust them with my dog at this point.

Our dogs absolutely love this place! It always makes us feel a little bit less guilty going on vacation knowing that they’re going to have fun and that the staff is going to take great care of them. Our golden, Loki, can’t get back to the play group fast enough. He also gets groomed there and always looks fantastic afterwards (see photo). Highly recommend!!
