Cat Sitters in Hampden, MA

Rachel and June looked after our cat and house absolutely beautifully. Rachel sent photos and updates to us regularly. They also watered our garden and left the house clean and spotless! Would highly recommend.

Lauren was wonderful in watching our home and pup, Chuck, for a week! She read our at home guide and asked questions during our interview and during the home visit. During the stay, she had some questions that she texted the first few days when she first got started about determining Chuck’s behavior (what whine/cry that meant he had to go to the restroom). She was really thorough in trying to ensure Chuck was less anxious while we were gone. She had tried a few dog tricks that didn’t work super great for chuck (rolled towel with treats), but appreciate her efforts! She also provided a photo and update for chuck each day, too. She went above and beyond in my opinion for 4 things: 1. She kindly put our bedding in the wash and dryer before she left, which allowed me to get home post flight around 10pm and not have to do it!, and 2. I unfortunately had Chuck’s food shipment arrive while we were out so Lauren very kindly brought up the box of food and placed/organized into the freezer. 3. She was able to make time to visit and meet Chuck for a 30 minute visit before her stay began which eased any concerns and the transition to watching Chuck! 4. She thoughtfully included a thank you note and treat that was ready for me upon arrival. Thank you, Lauren!

Thien and Tracy did a fantastic job for us. Thien came earlier, Tracy toward the end, as had been agreed to. Thien took great care of house, yard and dog, Molly, during the 14 days we were gone. When we staggered in late after about 18 hours of travel, the house was in wonderful order -- probably better than we left it -- and Thien had made a delicious soup for us (which we had for breakfast as we went immediately to bed). Molly has been a bit sad since they left, so we are sure they both did a great job with her. Anyone looking for a house or pet sitter, or combination, can't go wrong with Thien and Tracy!

Janet is an excellent sitter! It was so easy to arrange the sit - she has great communication skills and we appreciated her flexibility when our dates shifted. Our dog was visibly happy in Janet’s company. She was clean and tidy. We appreciated her text and photos when we were away. We hope Janet will consider returning for a future sit with us!

Nicole was absolutely super. She looked after my 11 year old anxious maltipoo and by the time I got home he was eating out the palm of her hand! Probably after 10 mins of me leaving! Also my daughter’s 11 year old Labrador who thinks he’s still a puppy but age is creeping up and he’s not so fit anymore and Nicole totally understood that. My house was kept in great order when I returned. I would definitely recommend Nicole to look after your home and pets.

I was out of town for a month and Nevline did an excellent job taking care of my cat, apartment and plants. Nevline sent regular updates to assure me that my cat was happy and healthy. She was respectful of my home-space and I returned home to a clean and well-cared for apartment. I would absolutely book Nevline again for my house & pet sitting.

Elizabeth was an excellent sitter. She is clearly an animal lover and was in tune with our cats, especially bonding with Daisy who loves company and cuddles and attention, but also winning over slightly more picky Saffy. Liz kept us informed throughout the sit with photos and news and we came home to two contented and calm cats. The house was neat and tidy, the sheets and towels in the wash, and everything clean. We are glad she liked our area and Bushy Park and made use of our bicycle to explore. We have no hesitation in recommenting Liz and hope to see her again in the future.

All three kitties and I feel very blessed to have found Sylvia to take such conscientious care during our travels!

Joseph and Rebecca are so nice and easy to work with. They took great care of our home and pets while we were away for a weekend. They were communicative, reliable, positive, and eager to take care of our pets the way they are used to being cared for. We have 3 dogs, a cat, and a rabbit so we have some pretty detailed instructions for our sitters and it's not the easiest sit, but Joseph and Rebecca managed it with no trouble at all. We came back to a clean home and happy pets! I recommend them to others without hesitation. Thanks so much!

Katie and Britany were wonderful. They actually came out early to celebrate Christmas with us and to explore the Seattle area before beginning their sit. They left the house immaculate washing their sheets and making the guest bed before our return. They took on a bit of a challenge with our one year old Biewer terrier , who was not reliably house trained and our eleven year old Yorkshire terrier who is still quite jealous of the new comer. They balanced play and walks in the pretty challenging weather getting down often to the beach where the dogs love to explore. They communicated daily with pictures of the pups and comments on their activities. When we reached out with a question, they got back to us quickly even with the time difference challenges. We would have them back to sit in an instant.

Meeghan and her family were amazing cat/house sitters! Reliable, left my house VERY clean, asked lots of great questions, and was really concerned about getting everything "right". With 6 cats that's a lot to keep track of, but she and her family were amazing and we came back to very happy cats! Communication was fantastic, with several pics and updates a day. One of our cats started limping and they got in touch with the Zeewoi vet service to get some medical advice before contacting us to get our input. So very proactive! He turned out to be fine, and the limp went away, but we are very grateful that they were paying such close attention. Fantastic family and can't recommend them enough!

Michelle did a superlative job taking care of my house and cat while I was on vacation for 10 days. She was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. She was flexible when I asked if she could add some days onto the stay. Most importantly of all, she took loving care of my cat Jamie and sent me periodic photos of him. Jamie became comfortable with her immediately and in no time he was snuggling with her and sleeping on the bed. Michelle left the house in absolutely pristine condition, which is saying something for my house! ;-) I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle for anyone else who would like her sitting services.
