Lori has sat for us multiple times, and as expected, everything went great. There were daily updates and careful attention to detail at every step. Everyone was calm and happy when I returned, and Lori was helpful in the context of flight delays that got me back 10 hours later than expected. Overall a great experience and feel lucky to have found her.
We really enjoyed our stay on the farm, and were made very welcome. We had everything we needed, and were shown around and given clear instructions. Arnold was a real character, and even submitted to being brushed when he was sleepy. He liked to jump into the cars whenever the doors were left open! The sheep soon got to know us and came running for their food. We were able to hand feed them once they knew us. The garden was beautiful and we enjoyed picking fresh fruit and vegetables.
We had a great time taking care of Daisy during our stay in Southampton! Daisy was such a sweetheart, and although she was initially timid, she warmed up to us, and we fell in love with her with every glance. The house itself was so beautiful and cozy, providing a comfortable environment for both of us and Daisy. Chloe and Iain were incredibly kind and provided good communication throughout our entire stay. They gave clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed to care for Daisy and enjoy our time in Southampton. Overall, our experience with the entire family was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rewarding experience. Chloe and Iain, thank you for the opportunity to care for such a wonderful cat and stay in such a lovely home!
I had a wonderful time at Colin and Lynne’s lovely house in Singleton, with their gorgeous dog Squid. They made me very welcome and the room I stayed in was really comfortable. Squid and I had lots of adventures exploring the area, there is so much to see and do - Chichester Harbour, Bosham, West Wittering beach, Midhurst, all within easy reach. Squid loves everyone! There are great walks from the house, and there’s a nice pub directly opposite. After a busy day out, I enjoyed lighting the log burner and relaxing, it is so quiet. All in all a lovely few days and I am missing Squid’s company already.
We spend three amazing weeks in Bucharest taking care of Arthur and Pablo. They are two beautiful and easygoing dogs. Each one has his own character, Arthur is quiet and Pablo more energized but both likes to play with their toys. We felt in love with them and It was really hard to say goodbye to them. The house it’s really beautiful and confortable with everything you could need. Dorobanti it’s a really nice and quiet neighborhood with a lot of coffees, restaurants and parks nearby. Also it’s really easy to take the metro or bus to the old town. At last but not least, Nicolaas and Melissa are wonderful people, they gave us a really warm welcoming and made us feel as home. Even they invite us to stay with them the night before they were leaving so we could share time all together. If we have the chance, we definitely house sit for them again!
Glenda and Brian have been amazing hosts ensuring clear communications and instructions from the very beginning and were available and happy to help with any questions during the stay. They made us feel welcomed and at home and it was a real pleasure to spend almost a month in their lovely and clean home in Victoria. As for Miss Roo she is an absolute darling to care for and spend your time with. Once introduced to her we quickly became friends and we miss her already and our movie nights and beach/park play times and walks. She is very intelligent and it is impossible not to grow fond of her. Finally, upon departure Glenda and Brian made a lovely lunch for us and were so kind as to drive us to the Airport. Overall, this has been a real pleasure and memorable experience for us and would not hesitate to care for Roo again. We also highly recommend Glenda and Brian as welcoming, friendly and reliable hosts.
