Cathy was friendly and calm, and keen to understand all the information I left about the house and dog. She kept us updated with news and pictures when we were away, and left the house tidy and clean on our return, even having washed the bed linen and towels. Knowing that Cathy was there with Bramble was very reassuring as she seemed very personable, reliable, practical, experienced and confident. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cathy to others.

Mani stepped in at the last minute to help me when I had to go away for a family emergency. Absolute superstar! Thank you.

Wonderful guests, great communication and left the house impeccably tidy

There is a lot to deal with at our house - feeding and caring for alpacas, including giving one eyedrops and applying lotion to another, regular poo picking in all weathers, caring for a blind cat, checking on the sheep, looking after greenhouse and vegetable patch. Jamie dealt with it all happily and capably, she really loves the animals and gives them so much attention and in return they clearly adored her (even the trickiest alpaca!). We came back to a spotless house, and she even made us a delicious crumble. Thank you Jamie, we would love to have you back one day.

Jill was absolutely brilliant! It was our first time using ‘Zeewoi’, so we weren’t sure about what to expect and a bit anxious about it all, but Jill really put us at ease and was a properly great first experience for us. It was obvious from the start both how seriously she took the responsibility of looking after our home, and that she really understood how important our pets are to us. She was great at communicating with us at every stage of the process, and I know that she spoilt our cats rotten! They enjoyed our holiday as much as we did, thanks to Jill giving them loads of play, cuddles and attention. The chooks were looked after beautifully too and the house left exactly as we left it- looking clean and tidy and loved. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jill to other pet parents- she was great and our pets thought so too!

Francesca and Andrew had good communication and it seemed like they took good care of our cats. We were quite happy with their stay, until we got home. When we returned, we were not very happy with the way the house looked. There were some fairly obvious things that seemed like they should have been taken care of... cigarette butts on the front porch, dirty dishes in the sink, hair lining one of the bathroom sinks, etc. the house also just didn't really look cleaned or cared for like we would have liked. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were getting married that weekend and we know how time consuming and stressful that can be. So, I wasn't going to review the stay and just chalk it up to a week where they had other priorities (understandably so), but they reached back out to see if they could sit again. I explained why we wouldn't be having them back and instead of an apology or explanation, I got pushback saying that they had throughly cleaned the house and they had no idea what I was talking about. They had had really good reviews before this, so maybe this was just a one off and they just didn't have time to fully clean because of the wedding.

Henna was excellent. I recommend her without reservation. She was better than I even hoped for. I got daily pictures of Rosie getting great care, and my home was incredibly tidy when I returned. Communication was direct and effortless. Anyone would be lucky to have her sit for them

Well what can I say about Sam. Not sure I can quite convey just how good this first experience of a Zeewoi turned out. Its a funny thing inviting a stranger into your house and leaving them with your precious pets and a free run of your home. It turns out that it's perfectly fine and actually a joy. Sam not only cherished our very old girl, took her to the regular swimming session, gave her painkillers when required, took her for walks and had bedtime cuddles. Lykia wrapped Sam around her little paw. We had regular updates and some marvelous running commentary on her antics. Sam took care of watering the plants and fitted in with the routine of the house. We came back to a super clean house, the bed was stripped ,the sheets in the washing machine and the car washed. Oh joy. Sam is friendly, easy to talk to and takes everything in his stride. He has set the bar very high and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Anat was a 5 star sitter in every respect. We met briefly before the sit and she came across as warm and friendly. She stayed in contact throughout the sit and it looked like Dennis had taken to her. The house was left clean and tidy on our return and the plants looked healthy as did Dennis. I highly recommend her to sit. Thanks Anat.

We had a great experience with YY looking after our two cats and home. The cats had lots of company throughout, and everything was neat and tidy when we came home and the cats were happy out!

Jasmine and Alex looked after our 2 cats for over 3 weeks at Christmas/NY. They were extremely organised. Communication before, during and after the sit was excellent. We received regular updates with photos of the cats during their stay. The house was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them as pet sitters.
