Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.

We decided it would be good for our dog Spot to have one day a week to interact with other dogs. She has so much fun with Tracey and burns up all her energy playing with her new doggy friends. Always sleeps well when she gets back home. Tracey obviously loves the dogs in her care we wouldn't take Spot anywhere else.
Well what a fabulous couple. We didn't want to put our pooch into kennels so searched the web for a dog sitter and came across Tracy and Fari. Felt really comfortable after the first meeting and arranged a 9 night stay with them (for our dog not us !! ) They have a genuine affinity with dogs which is clear to see. My husband hadn't got back home before we had a video clip which really did put our minds at rest and I especially felt happy that our precious pet was going to be very well looked after and go on holiday without worrying. We had regular video clips throughout our holiday and I used to look forward to viewing them as we did miss him as he is such a big part of our family. We were blown away how happy he seemed and were concerned he wouldn't want to come home !! Tracy is very experienced in looking after dogs and even trained Fudge to catch treats which we have kept up ! ! I do not normally recommend but on this occasion I have raved about Tracy and Fari. We won't hesitate to book again in future .. thank you for looking after our Fudgey !!!
Oh my Tracey is amazing, this was my dog first time and at 11 he is set in his ways a bit, but was so happy staying here, he is booked in again in May, Tracey sent me videos of him, really put my mind at rest that he was in a safe, secure and loving environment, would definitely recommend.

We recently moved to the area from Sweden and one of the first things we knew we needed was to find someone to watch our two cats if we were away. After looking into a few different services where you bring your pet to a location, my husband stumbled on Petpals Darlington & Yarm. We were happy to find a service where people would come to our house rather than us having to take the cats somewhere as travelling can be very stressful for animals. From the beginning, our interactions with the staff at Petpals D&Y was really wonderful - everyone we spoke to was lovely and helpful, and setting up an initial meeting with Jill was quick, easy, and hassle-free. We went on holiday to visit my in-laws over the Christmas period and despite the awkward time of year to work, it was clear from the daily updates that everyone who came to look in on them didn't shirk out on giving our cats time and attention. They seemed knowledgeable about cats - with Jill pegging their breed within a few minutes of meeting them, even, despite it not being a common breed in the UK - and we were assured that if the cats were to become ill that they work directly with a specific cat veterinarian in the area that they would bring them to if necessary. Overall we felt very safe and confident leaving our animals (and access to our home) in their care. We loved the daily updates in particular, with pictures, and when we returned it was to two super happy cats who seemed more calm than anxious. Staff from Petpals D&Y even left them a little Christmas gift that they went crazy for 😂😍. Best petsitting service I've ever used. The price is very reasonable - cheaper than services where you bring your animals somewhere where they'll probably mostly be in cages all day - and setting up dates for them to watch the cats is incredibly easy. Will absolutely be using them again for future trips, short and long, and would 100% recommend for people who are a bit anxious about leaving their furry family members behind on holiday, work trips, etc.
I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Petpals. While we are away we know our 2 cats are in great hands. They get a visit every day. Litter cleaned and water refreshed. Then they will get a little play time and some one on one attention. Shortly after we receive an email detailing all the exciting events that have happened and a lovely collage of our little kitties. It's something we genuinely look forward to each day we are away. Thank you so much.
This is the second time I've used Petpals and once more I cannot recommend them highly enough. I came back from a long holiday to a content, settled and well looked after cat!! Rachel has been great with him, following his routines, playing with him and making sure he had his cuddles. I loved seeing the photos and reading her daily reports that were making me feel like I was there for a moment. I could tell he has in good hands!!
I did not expect the level of care, attention and obvious affection shown to my pretty independant cat whilst I was away on holiday; Rachel sent me daily reports along with lovely photos, not only did she feed him but she spent time playing with him, grooming him and cleaning him up too when needed as he is long haired. Rachel took the time to tell me how he was on interaction too, playful, mischievous . And on top of that she cleaned his bowls and took all the pouches away for recycling. A really fantastic service all round and I wholeheartedly recommend Petpals to everyone who owns a pet.

I cannot recommend Petpals Darlington enough for the care and attention they gave our two cats during our recent family holiday. I was extremely panicked when we first went away as I've never had our cats looked after by anyone other than family and friends but Jill calmed my nerves and even checked the GPS tracking to ensure our cats were being attended to as planned. Our two were attended to by Rachel and then Patricia during our week away and both ladies were fabulous with them. We have a sickly youngster but both ladies cleaned up after her with no bother! Our cats were fed, litter scooped, clean water and most importantly played with and given valuable outdoor time in their catios. The daily service reports with photos were excellent and wherever we were adventuring on the island, we all stopped to hear the daily updates! We arrived home tonight to happy, content cats, clean litter, filled bellies and a lovely card. Thank you to Jill, Rachel and Patricia for treating my two cats so well and with so much care. Thoroughly Recommend 😊
A very professional service from the beginning. Good assessments done with my fog prior to at services being agreed. I've used their walking service regularly and they have a portal that's easy to update if anything changes with your dog. I've also recently used their dog sitting service. We were paired with a lovely man who I think spoiled my girl more than I do. He was a superstar!! I love that they give you a short report after every walk & lovely photos. It is so reassuring to see that your dog is well looked after. The same with the dog boarding - daily photos & updates. I would highly recommend their services.

First time using Lanchester Pet Resort and first time leaving my three dogs (Polly, Winnie and Basil) and I would highly recommend the resort! We’ve used these guys a few times now and can hand on heart say they’re the best kennels we’ve ever used. They’re a 45 minute drive for us, passing two other very good kennels on the way, but we feel Lanchester Pet Resort is worth the drive. We’ve used various kennels for over 10 years and our dogs are resilient and used to visiting a couple of times a year. The extra care, the off-leash playtime, the rooms with outdoor runs make this place a cut above the rest. One of our dogs is very young and friendly the other is less confident and also elderly. Both of their needs are met and they both come home happy and calm after every visit. The ladies who run it are great to deal with too.

Our Basset hounds Bertie and Woody absolutely love staying here. They always get looked after brilliantly and come back happy and in great condition. It’s like their own little holiday while we are away. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.
We are so pleased with the way our dogs were looked after during their recent stay. They are usually quite anxious dogs when meeting new people but they both went off with their new best friend without even a look back. When I returned for them a couple of days later they were over the moon to see me but also went back for goodbye cuddles before getting back in the car looking happy and relaxed. I think that says it all.

We found Christine and team after recommendation and we are so pleased we did. What a loving and friendly place for our man to stay ! We take our dogs here everytime we go away. We have small dogs who have struggled in previous kennels with nerves but here they've grown in confidence. We always pick them up with wagging tails and smelling lovely! The whole team are very accommodating and always put the pooches first. We trust them completely and can go away knowing our dogs are well cared for!

I would highly recommend The Barkary to anyone looking for dog boarding. I took my bulldog Ozzy and he has absolutely come home so happy and energetic. Staff are so lovley and have posted many pictures on facebook to keep me updated with what he has been up too. Thankyou so much for looking after Ozzy and we will be returning again, wouldn't use any other dog boarding anymore.
Always have my dog stay here because I know she is taken care of with the staff and the environment. When I pick her up the staff are sad to see her go but that just proves that they truly care for the dogs they look after. They also post on the Facebook which is a nice way to check up and see how your body is doing - spoiler alert they’re having the time of their life.
Couldn't be happier with the services, I've had both my dogs in the kennels multiple times and the youngest attends daycare. They are loved by Carolyn and all the staff just as much as they are by me, they are always excited to go and gutted to leave! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Would highly recommend the barkary. My dog has just come home from his first long stay and looks really well, he wasn't stressed when we picked him up. I love how the dogs are looked after to suit their individual personalities. Not lots of dogs boarding which is great. Heated kennels. The owner gets to know the dogs really well and the girls work so hard xx

We have been taking our dog Winnie to doggy daycare at the Barkary for the past few weeks and she's loved it. Carolyn is fantastic with the dogs and makes sure they're happy and well looked after, I can't recommend her enough. Winnie always comes back very tired after a great day of playing with the other dogs!

Carla has been an absolute blessing. She is reliable, trustworthy, very professional and provides an exceptional service that I would be lost without. To me its such a massive comfort that when I go to work to know my dog will be cared for and the thought of the doggie van coming to pick her up with her other doggie pals makes me feel excited for her and jealous that I’m not there too. From the start Carla made sure she got to know my dog and her routine and gives her such enormous love and compassion and more importantly my dog loves her too. My dog has been going since she was a puppy and the socialisation skills she has gained has been a massive influence for when she is among other dogs. Each walk she is not just getting proper exercise but also having fun sniffing, running, rolling, and playing plus I get loads of pictures and updates along the way letting me know if she has behaved herself. I would never want to be without Little Brown Doggie. Carla has gone beyond her duties many times giving me hints and tips along the way when I have struggled. I think even if I didn’t work id still want my dog to go because the skills and behaviour my dog has gained and continues to gain (and me!) are so important and its been such a great influence.
Carla is a lovely lady and you can tell she really cares for your doggo,'s, love getting picture updates from her to see who my pup has been with, would highly recommend her. Gypsy just loves Aunty Rach :)

Carla has been fantastic ever since we have been using her to walk our dog Millie. She walks her 4 times a week and Millie always seems to of enjoyed her walks and you can tell she has been on a good walk to exert her energy! We are also very grateful for the photos of Millie on her walk which she sends to us after each day which serves as both entertainment seeing some of the fab and funny photos as well as reassurance that you know she has been out on a nice walk each day. Carla also provides very good communication to update us early on any of her holidays etc which allows us to plan effectively. Overall a fab service!

Having been customers for a while, the service gives us great peace of mind that our family pet is cared for and well looked after on his daily walks. As a family we cannot recommend Little Brown Doggie highly enough!! We have been customers since our Springer was around 1 year old and the confidence and relationships he has built since walking with Carla and the other dogs is astounding. Carla offers such a professional, caring service that we would be lost with out her... as would our Cooper! The dogs are indeed Carla’s number one priority... they enjoy secure transportation, fun walks in the countryside and the care and attention of a very conscientious dog walker. We have one happy dog while we are at work which is wonderfully reassuring.
We have used Little Brown Doggie for 4 years; Carla is amazing. Her genuine love and enthusiasm for her work is evident and our dog loves going for his walks with her- he adores her. She is super reliable and is very accommodating when we have to change our dog’s walks- even at very short notice! We receive daily photos and updates of his walks and you can see how happy he (and all his doggy friends are) on his walks. It is such a lovely touch when we often don’t see her due to being at work. Carla is fantastic with our puppy, he's always so happy to see her! She always sends pictures from the walk, the places they are going look very nice. We've particularly liked the fact she arranged for shorter walks when he was very young, even carrying him so that he didn't have to walk too much! Very much recommended.
Carla at little brown doggie looked after my 5 month old kitten whilst we went on holiday. She sent us many updates throughout our holiday which put us at ease and we knew he was having a great time. I think he prefers her over us!! Carla is fab, she even offered to get supplies in for us for our return. I would 100% recommend, and so would my kitten!
Our two standard poodles stayed here and they seemed to love it. They shared a cottage which was perfect for them, we will definitely be back again.

We have two German shepherds who are both about 2 years old and had never stayed overnight in kennels but after looking at various kennels and reading reviews including a recommendation from a friend we booked them in at 4 paws for one night / 2 days to see how they settled. The staff were amazing and kept us updated on how they had settled including sending photos. They both had an amazing time thanks to all the staff we will soon be booking them in for a longer stay.
My rescue Lurcher loves 4 paws farm. She leave me without a care and goes happily with the fantastic kennel staff. She has a great time and I feel totally confident with her care. Running with the pack is a joy. Thank you.

I love this place,after looking for somewhere to look after my very anxious nd scared 4yr old Cross Harley.Went for a trail of day care to an overnight stay and the difference in him with confidenceis amazing,He still as some way to go but to be told that he actually played with other dogs is just amazing,he will be back soon.The staff are just fabulous with him and we'll taken care of.Very clean and very professional from telephone calls to bringing him home. Best kennels I've been to. They are brilliant with my dog who is nervous and wary meeting new people. By the time I went to pick him up after his second time there he didn't mind being fussed and even let the lady put his harness on. I could see he was relaxed! If you are looking for a great kennel, with great staff who will definitely look after your dog whatever their needs then this is the place to come to! I love seeing the pictures of him playing in the fields that they post via their Facebook page.
I booked my three dogs into the penthouse for a few days when we went away. I am really happy with the level of care they received, the accommodation was really nice and they got plenty of walks, every day, off their lead in a big secure field with other compatible dogs. They appear to have had a great time. When I picked them they were pleased to see me but they definitely didn't appear to be stressed out or nervous, they did sleep a lot for the first few days..... No doubt recovering from all the exercise they got. We have booked them back in for another 2 visits this year. I would highly recommend 4 paws farm! Thanks again, Loki, Draco and Boots are looking forward to their next visit :)
Had a lovely visit here this afternoon. Very large private field completely secure for offlead dogs. The field is well looked after and the self serve cafe and picnic table outside was a really nice treat, sitting in the sunshine with a coffee while watching the dogs enjoy the field. We will be returning
Just picked our dog up today after spending 8 nights at 4 Paws Farm. We worried about putting him in kennels as he is only 10 months old but we needn’t have worried. He has been really well looked after and well exercised, he has come back such a happy dog. Photos on Facebook over the week helped us to see how much he was enjoying himself. All of the staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend 4 Paws Farm to anyone considering putting their pets into kennels. The posh wash is also recommended, he smells great.
We booked our ferret, Laszlo, in for a holiday with Blue Ferret Boarding and we are so glad that we did. Hannah looked after Laszlo from the second he entered her home. He has been well and truly loved and cared for whilst he’s been boarding. Hannah was great at updating us throughout his stay which put our minds at ease as it was our first time away from him. We felt like we could trust Blue Ferret Boarding throughout our email exchanges when booking and even more so after dropping him off. Hannah’s love for ferrets and expertise meant we knew he was in great hands and that Laszlo would have a lovely first stay away from home. Without Blue Ferret, our holiday wouldn’t have been possible so we are extremely grateful that we found Hannah and were able to use their wonderful boarding service. A Massive thank you from us and Laszlo!
I couldn't have been more happy with Blue Ferret Boarding. Both Hannah and Kyle were charming and were both extremely experienced and knowledgable about ferrets. Having owned them for many years they know their stuff and I felt completely safe leaving my little man with them. He was allowed to roam about and we even got a lovely video of him playing outside whilst we were away! All the ferrets are given time, love and play. To my delight there was also a lovely little photo and a little bottle of salmon oil as a present at the end! Couldn't be happier. I am sure I will use their service again in future!
My little Red has stayed with Hannah a few times now, most recently for over a week. Hannah’s love and knowledge for ferrets is clear from the moment we enquired about boarding Red. I felt really comfortable leaving my fur baby in her capable hands every time. It’s lovely to know Red is also having a lovely holiday whilst we are away… to the point he protests in his carrier much more on the way home than when travelling to BFB!! He knows he’s going to have a wonderful time, and so do I.
I left my boy rocket with hannah the ferret whisperer for 3 nights(first time I've ever left him in his 4 years) I was really nervous but rocket was fine and was living his best life at blue ferret boarding❤️ the reviews speak for themselves, absolutely awesome👍 P.s sorry for my joke Google account name, I keep meaning to change it now that I'm an adult 🤦♂️
We travelled 2.5 hours to have our business looked after by Hannah and Kyle and I'll do it again the next time we need ferret boarding! They've been so attentive to my 5 and their individual needs and have so obviously taken the time to learn each of their personalities. I felt so comfortable during my wedding and honeymoon that my motley crew were in safe, well educated hands and that should anything go wrong they knew what to do.
We have boarded our ferrets with blue ferret since we’ve had them for the last 3 years! Would definitely recommend. They treat your ferrets as if they were their own pets. We get updates on how things are going whilst we are away. Last year we gained a sister for Grohl and Noodle where we had a bit of a dominance issue going on but had no hesitation in leaving them as we knew blue ferret would monitor their behaviour and giving them separation breaks when needed. We are always eager to hear their advice as we know they have lots of experience and would recommend their ferret blog.
We had our group of five to stay at Blue Ferret Boarding last year. Absolutely every effort was made to make sure they had every comfort (beds, toys, food, play schedule) that they would have had at home. They are thorough in recording information on character, needs, etc of each ferret and I trust them with mine 100% 5 star service!
We left our two ferrets in the care of Blue Ferret Boarding for a week. It was the first time we needed to leave them for so long, and we were blown away by the amazing care they received. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them now. It was such a relief knowing they were with people who know and adore ferrets just as much as we do! We'll definitely be boarding with them again!
Fabulous service. Hannah and Kyle were very kind and did a tremendous job of looking after our business while we were away. Hannah and Kyle provided the best care when I had a sick ferret and had to leave on a trip. They provided daily meds and even hand feeding when necessary and I knew my little girl was getting the best care. When picking her up again they provided emergency feeding solution for me to take home. The only place to go if you want the best care for your ferrets
