Nicole was very communicative and arrived right on time for the sit. She updated us regularly with photos and overall cared for our dog well. My only concern was that she didn’t let us know that our dog had vomited while he was under her care until we found it and asked.
Patrick and Angela are truly wonderful house/petsitters! They are trustworthy, kind, helpful, and very communicative. As first time users to the site, they quickly put our worried minds at ease - meeting us (+ kitties too) prior to our stay. They were flexible and accommodated many special requests along the way, which we were wholeheartedly grateful for. Our cats also loved them (they have a gentle way w/ animals), as our furry crew was happy, healthy and much content upon our return. Please don't not hesitate to book your next pet/housesit with Patrick and Angela (they are the real deal!), you'll be SO glad you did! We'll definitely be reaching out to them again in the future. Lauren was such a great fit to watch my pup while I was away! I had never used the site before, and I instantly felt like I was in great hands. She's personable, easy going and just an absolute delight. She was clean and very easy going. She communicated with me a ton while I was away and left the apartment looking great. I'm even having her back while I travel later this month!
David and Martha were very welcoming and informative. We met ahead of the sit, which allowed me to familiarize myself with their pets (Jack, Frank, and Calli) and their home. They showed me around and walked me through how to care for the pets, the hot tub, and the pool. It was all very easy to do on a daily basis. They are lovely people which is reflected in the sweet pets. The animals were very sweet natured and enjoyed interacting with me. They were responsive to directives and ready for fun-at the blink of an eye!! I welcome the opportunity to care for Jack, Frank, and Calli in the future.
