Linda was great! She watched over my kitty, Slinky, for a week while I was away. She was very responsive to all communications and easy to connect with. Upon my return, the house was clean and tidy and Slinky seemed very happy. I would definitely invite Linda back!
6 days at Laura's home (it's more like Nori's!) This little baby is very communicative, you can expect her to be awake from 5am making sure she gets her food! she's sweet and it's so easy to do the aerokat-inhaler with her. About Wilbur, he's the most noble and tender. He loves to cuddle and to be brushed! Very very easy to take care of. They don't get along so much and the situation with the mesh has to be modified or changed but Laura is into it! She left the broken mesh with a temporary fix that didn't work so I had to mend it and fix it again because Nori was breaking into it and trying to get Wilbur's food! So it was stressful but nothing you can't manage as an experienced cat sitter. Laura's apt is so well located and clean. She makes really sure you have clear instructions about the kitties and the apt cleaning you have to do before leaving. I've been catsitting a lot of years and I've never been told before to not eat anything from the fridge or pantry, but for me it was ok because either way I have dietary restrictions. The important thing here is the babies are sweet and very kind and I had a beautiful time specially with Wilbur who is a mini lion that steals your heart.
We really enjoyed our time staying in Brittany and Tatiana’s home with Parcheezy. The location is wonderful - right next to a biking/walking/running trail with great views of Mt Rainier and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. The house itself is beautiful and clean - a great space to get comfortable in. Parcheezy is very easy to care for and very quick to get comfortable with new people. She’s very good about letting you know what she wants and giving a few cuddles in exchange. Brittany and Tatiana were very laidback, welcoming and hospitable. We’d love to sit for them again in the future!
Rebel is one of the largest and one of the funniest dogs 🐕 I’ve ever had the pleasure of caring for. He is determined to communicate with you so you always know what he’s thinking. He LOVES his walks! The longer the better. He also loves to play. He was a joy to be with. Nancy was great to work with. Easy going, accommodating, and caring. Their home is comfortable to stay in, and the neighborhood is great! Lots of other friendly dog owners who walk their dogs regularly. Great walking paths throughout. I would happily come back to spend more time with Rebel!
We took care of Blossom and Autumn for two weeks and we miss them already. They are so cute and lovely. A little needy too but we loved it. It was really easy to take care of them. Also, Sue asked us to feed the foxes and the birds on the street, although this task wasn't in the responsibilities description. But she left all the food for us to feed them. It rained a lot during our time there and sometimes it wasn't easy to walk with the girls. But besides that, everything went fine.
This is a great house sit! I loved taking care of Charlene's sweet pets. They are all very friendly and easygoing. Plus, the house is clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood for walking/running. Charlene gave me a video tour ahead of time and was quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend!
Simone and Chris were fantastic with welcoming us into their home and giving us details how to take care of Nadia and Oscar. Both pets were easy to take care of and we had a blast playing fetch with Nadia! Thank you for leaving notes for us and for great communication before and during the house-sit!
