Natalia takes our 1 year old cavapoo Nelson for a walk once a week. He is always so excited when she arrives to pick him up, and Natalia shares lovely pictures and videos of their walk so we know he has the best time. She’s been really flexible when we’ve needed to change days or get support with extra walks. Thanks so much Natalia!

Natalia had 2 of our bunnies to board at hers over a long weekend whilst we were away. They were given an ideal outdoor set up in a safe, secure run in the garden and there was always someone at home whilst they were outside to keep a watchful eye. At nighttime or if they were out the bunnies were moved to a secure indoor run within their summer house in the garden. I received daily photos and updates. She also called in to feed our cats and collected post and milk from the milk man ect. I felt completely at ease leaving our animals in her safe hands as you can see how loving a nurturing Natalia is towards all animals. I highly recommend and will be using her services again.

Natalia has been walking our dog Joey for about 2 months now and has also boarded him overnight for a couple of nights. She is amazing with dogs and Joey is always super excited when he meets her, which is the best 'client' testimonial.

Whiskers, Feathers and fur recently walked my very excitable doggo whilst I was unwell, Millie (my pup) thoroughly enjoyed the walks and came back worn out everytime 😁. She would be very happy to see Natalia for her walk and would rush out the door. Thank you so much! I will definitely be using you again and would recommend you in a heartbeat. Just brilliant! Natalia looked after our kitten during the summer break. We have never used a service like this but we were so impressed. She really does care for your pet and we had so many photos and videos that we knew he was in safe hands. We will be using her services again and we are more than happy to recommend her to others.

Natalia looked after our guinea pigs a couple of times whilst we were away and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She kept them company, provided a stimulating environment and updated us regularly with pictures. On one occasion, I contacted Natalia the night before we went away as we booked a last minute break and she was really flexible and super helpful! We are so grateful that we used Natalia to look after our new kitten during our summer breaks. She has such a love of animals, and this was evident from the care and attention she gave Smidge during her visits. She kept our kitten entertained, providing her with stimulation and company. This was really important to us as our kitten can’t yet go outside and is used to a busy household. The photos and videos Natalia sent daily were loved by our children (and us). Natalia provides a fantastic and reliable service. I was looking for a dog walker and someone to care for our chickens when we were away. I came across an advert for Natalia online so we contact her and it was the start of a wonderful service. First and foremost the dogs and our chickens love her. Secondly, and just as importantly Natalia is extremely trustworthy and reliable. She communicates very well, and even gives our dogs little toys or treats on special occasions. She has also been able to help out at short notice when we have had a family emergency and needed help with additional dog walking unexpectedly. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

We have used Natalia and Whiskers, Feathers and Fur on many occasions when we have been away. Our cats are very shy with strangers but have always been super happy to see Natalia who will always go the extra mile with them (including finding her way through our building site to feed them). She plays with them, leaves them treasure hunts of treats to find and will send us photos and videos so we know they are safe. We couldn't recommend her more (and frequently do to others!)

Natalia was absolutely amazing with our two! They are both very different personalities and she had them both charmed from the outset (even our shy cat). I could really tell how much she cared and her messages were really reassuring. Separately, I would also love her to take 'formal' photos of the two, she has a real eye! The best dog/puppy daycare/boarding company in this area. Nothing is too much to ensure my fur family members are kept stimulated and happy! Great care and consideration has been shown over the last 10 years to my now elderly dog and my puppy has totally come out of her shell at puppy daycare. Angela is brilliant at training the puppies too. Big shout out to Sarah, Pete and the whole team at K9 Adventures, couldn’t recommend them enough!

We cannot recommend K9Adventures enough. We found them when we were looking for training classes for our 6 month old Labrador and were quick to use their daycare/boarding services. They show great care (and patience!) with our bouncy Labrador and nothing is too much trouble. A huge shout out to Sarah and Pete who are always happy to answer questions that we have and the whole K9Adventures team who ensure that our Labrador cannot wait to be picked up to go to daycare!

We've taken our working cocker puppy to the puppy training classes for the past 5 weeks (of a 6 week course). We already have another dog so didnt really see a big need for the training but did have a need for socialisation. Our experience in the class has exceeded our expectations as we have learnt new things, we've trained on different things that we would/should have focused on, learnt some good tips - and met some nice people along the way ;-) Very happy to recommend.

We just finished our puppy training course with Pete and Clair, and loved it. Great tips, amazing understanding of dogs' behaviour, very helpful and lovely people. Booked our next course. Highly recommended!

First ever experience with a daycare/boarding company and K9 Adventures has been the right choice. I was really scared to leave my boy, but since the beginning Sarah has been really helpful and welcoming with plenty of information. My boy is always so happy to join the daycare. Great team and great service, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog.

Just finished a 6 week puppy training course with my shih tzu, Lola with K9 Adventures. Massive thanks to Angela and Pete who were brilliant and perfect for us. The sessions allowed enough practice of all the techniques so that we could continue the learning at home and there was always time to ask individual questions. The hand-outs / homework at the end of each class were also really helpful for giving additional help and context. Classes were small enough to not feel overwhelmed but big enough to provide a fun and social environment. Even switching to classes via Zoom because of ‘lockdown’ were really good. Lola is now 4 months old and thanks to Angela and Pete is a well adjusted and happy puppy in most situations. I’ll continue to work on the skills we learnt via the handy homework print outs and instructional video clips we received each week. All in all a great foundation for your puppy. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone who has just got a new puppy or would like to improve on their dog’s behaviours.

K9 have been looking after my boy since he was a pup, 7 years ago. My boy loves it there and comes home pretty much knackered! They have been accommodating and understanding and very lovely always. Much love to all at k9

We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Helen is fantastic, jackson loves his days with her. She has an amazing group of dogs and Jackson is always super tired when he comes home. She is flexible and reliable! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. I’d highly recommend Helen and couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. Helen is always responsive and keeps us informed while we're away. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional pet sitter.

My family and I went to Windsor Legoland with our dog only to find out during the queue that dog's aren't allowed in the park. So, we rang all the possible doggy day care near it (even ended up ringing the same numbers I just called because of the amount of people/company we rang). When we called Petsitter, my husband said that if this person won't take our dog then we will just drive back home which is more than an hour drive. Luckily, she took our dog in and said she would help us. She sent us pictures of our dog through whatsapp and kept us updated which really helped and made us feel at ease! I can't thank you enough for taking care of our dog with a really last minute booking. I highly recommend Petsitter to all!

Harpreet looked after Snowy whllst we were away for two weeks and Snowy did not want to come home when we went to pick her up!! Fantastic service. A real pet lover.We will definitely be using Harpreet next year.

Our lab Henry has been a regular at Chandlers Cross for 7 years. He's always happy to arrive and wags his tail when he meets the lovely staff. He comes home happy and fit. Our commitments are unpredictable and they are always very adaptable when we need to change dates or collect or deliver on different days. Happy dog, happy owners. Thank you.

We hate leaving our schnauzer as she doesn't like being left but we felt very confident that she would be well looked after by the nice people at this kennel - they seem really to care about the dogs, they were very friendly and helpful about all the arrangements, and it was very reassuring the way they urged us to visit in advance. At some kennels and dog "hotels" they seem reluctant to let you in at all. Our dog can't tell us if she enjoyed her two week holiday but she came home in good spirits, healthy, trim and clean. We will be hoping Chandlers Cross can take her next time we go away.

if your dog is a bit larger than the normal size of your dog breed or if your dog eats a bit more than the normal amount of its dog breed you should ask them to feed you more or bring your own dog food. but so far it's amazing

As daunting as it is and painful to leave special family member behind, Chandlers Cross staff (Jess) made me feel reassured and I could see how much passion they had for dogs and ensuring that dog needs would be met. Care offered be as good as I could hope it to be.

My dog is safe here when we are away. As a rescue she's nervous and doesn't love being away from us but we know we can go away with peace of mind that she is well cared for. All the staff are friendly and it's good to be dealing with real people when looking for a space or needing to amend a booking.

This is the first time here for Milo, wont be his last. Jess and Liz were so lovely with him, that he went in with ease. Thank you so much for taking him in at short notice, while i was having work done at home. Wonderful caring staff , wonderful kennels.

Each and every dog is known by their name as they arrive and all the staff try their best to tend to their individual needs. We love Crazy Tails, we brought Coco here for the first time and were a bit worried as she’s quite a ‘stressy’ but she was absolutely fine and came out looking amazing and smelling so sweet. Jo is so attentive with Coco and we’re very happy we’ve found them. X

One of the easiest recommendations EVER- this is by no doubt the best doggy day care ever!! Vicky and Graham created an absolutely magical place, brought the most amazing team, including Jenna and Tim the Trainer, and created a doggy heaven. There are days I seriously consider asking them to let me stay with them instead of going to work! Carla, my crazy 2 years old Bearded Collie, starts her happy dance down the road and bursts out of the car as we park. She is loved, taken care of and she even gets support on her training when needed whilst there. She is the happiest Beardie ever when returning back home, after a day there. And for us, logistics are also important- great opening hours, lots of indoor space so also when raining the dogs have where to run around, there’s vacation care and grooming! Makes our lives v much easier. Really happy with r Crazy Tail and full heartedly recommend 💖

I am training for my Award in Dog Grooming with Crazy Tails and I’m finding it to be one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had. Academy manager Becky is second to none for knowledge, she’s patient and fantastic at teaching. I’ve been hands on since day one with amazing support giving me confidence in what I’m doing, even nail clipping!

Prince had a lovely time being groomed by Sky and the other girls. The fresh smell lasted quite a while. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

They did an amazing job on Ruby who has been going to crazy tails since she was a puppy. Friendly staff & my dog loves going. I would highly recommend them

Bailey has been coming to Crazytails Retreat for daycare, overnight stays and grooming since April this year . She absolutely loves it . She loves playing with the other dogs, going for walks and having cuddles with the lovely professional staff . It is her second home. The facilities for dogs are excellent and the staff cannot do enough for them . As Bailey has only just turned one year old, her socialisation has really improved since coming here . I really recommend Crazytails.

Becky is amazing and our dog absolutely loves being groomed. He always smells amazing when he leaves which is great.

So disappointed to go there and get the dog full of fleas (never had fleas in years and years) and with his anal glandes bleeding (for weeks after!, and not only once!). We went there regularly but for the past three sessions the experience was horrible for our dog, costing us extra money with vets and treatments. Very very disappointed.

My Keeshond had a groom at Crazy Tails today & we are very happy with the results! Keesies can be tricky to groom but the team did a great job. Very reasonably priced as well! We will definitely be back.

We love Brittany! She's been so caring and loving to our 2 adult frenchies and our puppy. Brittany worked on training our dogs and has been walking them as well. The communication with her is great, she's been going above and beyond helping us figure out on how to sort some of the issues we've been having with our dogs whether it'd be consulting, providing material to read or creating custom plans and how to tackle those stubborn unwanted habits as well as bringing them gifts! Brittany really cares about her clients and their owners and it really shows.

I found Brittany through trawling Google desperately looking for someone to help me with my lovely but rather tricky and reactive rescue dog. There was something about Brittney’s website and the way she spoke about her love of animals that really resonated with me. My much loved dog is so precious to me so I had to really place all my trust in the person that I was picking to work with us both. When I met Brittany I knew that she was perfect for us. She is so knowledgeable, patient and calm. She is unconditionally kind and caring and her love for my dog absolutely shines through. In return my little dog absolutely adores Brittany and literally smiles when she sees her which speaks volumes to me !!! Brittney has worked so hard with both of us for the last 10 months and the changes in my dog are amazing. I have learnt so much too!! I trust Brittany implicitly. She comes to sit with my dog and I have happily given her the keys to my home, and that is something that I would never have considered doing in the past. Myself and my lovely little rescue are so thankful that Brittany has come into our lives. She is one in a million and we couldn’t imagine life without her in it now !!! Brittany is absolutely exceptional! She has not only helped in training and walking our Chinese Red Dog Carlo for the last 2 years but has also helped looked after him for a whole week while we were away on holiday at our house. We have such great trust with her, she has had keys, stayed over and taken care of Carlo with such love and affection she has truly spoilt him with so many new toys! I have been stress free on my time away knowing she is there giving him all the time and care he needs in his own home. She has even enhanced his training while we have been away as he needed some work on his recall from other dogs and squirrels (his fav to chase)! The welcome she gave us when we arrived home with a surprise was so kind! We have never felt more at ease before knowing our house and our Carlo was in good hands. Thank you so much Brittany you have such a big heart and your love for dogs shines through with all the effort you put in with their training and the care you give. Will not think twice before calling Brittany to look after Carlo for us and she will of course continue to be a part of his life with training and regular walks!

Brittany you are AMAZING. If you are looking for a dog behaviourist/trainer/miracle worker then Brittany is your person! She goes above and beyond for her dogs but is also an incredible source of knowledge and experience. Brittany has truly changed the lives of my dogs and has really given me the boost and tools I needed to keep moving forward. Brit uses incredible training techniques and has a genuine gift with dogs. All of our dogs absolutely love her and her arrival in our home usually sends them all into immediate zoomies! Brit specialises in reactivity and understands how hard this can be not only on your dog but also on you as their owner! Being a reactive dog owner can be very lonely at times but having Brit there to help guide you is completely invaluable. Brit, thank you for everything. We love you more than you know! ❤️

Brittany has gone above and beyond since the moment we contacted her. It's clear that this is more then just a job to her. Its always a worry trying to find someone you feel comfortable with to watch your dog however with Brittany I have felt completely comfortable from the minute we met her. I came across Brittany’s Dog Services during a google search because I needed to find someone to look after my 2 dogs, Tugs and Rain, for 6 weeks over Christmas/New Years. And let me tell you - finding Brittany was the BEST decision I ever made for them. Over the entire 6 weeks I received daily pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing and when anything came up, she would let me know right away! Here are two perfect examples of our situation: Towards the end of our trip, Rain developed a very itchy ear and Tugboat had a nail grow into his paw pad. Brittany told me about both issues immediately and offered to help them with my approval first. She clipped Tugboat’s nails and every day until we got back, she diligently cleaned Rain’s ear. I loved how willing and ready she was to do this for them while I was away! When I came back from my trip, Brittany had left me an organized folder with all of my paid invoices, a hand-written daily/weekly log of both pups, and her business card. I loved reading all of the notes she left about the pups every day - they were so detailed and personalized for each pup. Even the smallest and sweetest things she would notice about them she would write down! What I really loved about Brittany was how she tailored her care for my 2 dogs. One of my dogs, Tugboat, is very social and friendly with anybody. My other dog, Raindrop, is more the opposite - she is anxious and takes time to warm up to new faces. Brittany knew this and understood that Rain needed a bit of a different approach. By the end of the first week, Rain was snuggling with Brittany and became her best friend! So I know no matter what kind of temperament your dog has, Brittany has the level of training, knowledge and experience to be able to work with you! Brittany is super polite, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, honest, and absolutely LOVES dogs & loves what she does - and when you hire her, you’ll know it because it shines through her work in every facet. If you are a dog owner and you’re looking for someone to take care of your furry best friend(s), LOOK NO FURTHER. Brittany is every dog owners dream come true. I am so incredibly blessed to have found her because now my heart and mind is at ease knowing I can leave my dogs with someone whom I trust - whether that’s for 6 weeks or a few hours, Brittany will always be my go-to. Not only do I now have a professional relationship with Brittany, but I am honored to say that she has also become a lifelong friend of mine. Britt (and Aaron of course) are absolutely amazing!!! I don’t think we have met better dog walkers ever. We have 2 doggies called Milo & Cindy-Ray and they are absolutely incredible with them! Britt was able to take the dogs out all the times we couldn’t and I don’t know what we could have done without their help! I love and appreciate the relationship between Britt and Aaron and the dogs, they are just part of the family now❤️ Milo and Cindy love it when Britt comes to pick them up, they always have so much fun and they always treat them with so much love and care. My dogs have been staying here on and off for many years and I can highly recommend Pipwood, my dogs love it here. When I collect them they are always happy and in top condition.

The staff here are AMAZING with the animals, true pet lovers. No matter what the weather the staff are always smiling and welcoming. Our dogs have stayed here many times over the past 6 years and absolutely love it. When we open the boot of the car and they realise where they are they are really happy, and never look back when we say good bye. When we first called enquiring, we were told to visit whenever and we would see the staff doing what they do. No set up, no presence, and we knew our boys would be safe here and yes they get lots of cuddles. We are really happy leaving our boys here, don’t know what would do without the staff and kennels here. xx

Harley has stayed here several times. It always amazes me how all the staff know all the dogs. It's the only place where she comes out so happy, giving affection to us for collecting her but importantly it's lovely to see how she interacts with the staff who clearly invest a lot of time while we're away and make a fuss. Couldn't recommend Pipwood highly enough!

Found this kennel for my baby doggo. And I must say he was extremely happy staying there. The owner is just amazing and the service outstanding. I really recommend this kennel. As I have looked at quite a few in the area and this is the best. Kennels are spacious and clean. And the price way better that other Kennels. Cant recommend it enough

We love Pipwood! After visiting lots of kennels in our search we came across Pipwood. We loved the warm and friendly atmosphere and all the animals looked happy and well looked after. We have been taking our one year old Bassett Hound, Phoebe there since she was six months old and they treat her as if she were family. When we arrive at Pipwood Phoebe cannot wait to get out of the car and runs straight in! It is such a relief to know she is happy while we are away.

I first used Pipwood Kennels ten year sa go looking after my dog. They even offered to care for him when he'd had unexpected surgery prior to a family holiday. Sadly the dog is no longer with us but I take my cat there. The staff welcome him like one of their own; always ask his meal preference; clearly they give him a cuddle on occasions too! he is a white and ginger cat and is always spotlessly clean when I collect him.

Very unclear charges for my two dogs to go in for just ‘ONE’ night and in the same kennel together. Ended up paying £80.00, total rip off! Ensure cost price fully before leaving your animals there as this kennels as staff member stated is a day home and your charged by the day.

Before we booked here, we stopped by to visit. They asked us not to let them know when we were coming so we could see how it was without any preparation for guests. I really liked that to start with. When we dropped Ruby off she was so excited she didn't even acknowledge my husband or 'say goodbye' as he put it. We just picked her up today after nearly 2 weeks with Pipwood and they all knew her by name and all had something lovely to say about her. So I know they're all properly invested in each and every animal. They also reduced her food as they noticed she was putting on a little weight since she was getting less exercise than normal (she's an 8 month old lab and needs hours of exercise at home) so I thought that was such a good indication of how much attention they pay to each and every animal. Ruby is actually a little down right now, missing her friends at Pipwood. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we'll be back again.

We have been using pipwood for a few years now and it is absolutely brilliant. Our doggy Berrie loves going there and is always so happy as we are nearing the kennels and she realises where she is going, that says it all. She is very well looked after and spoiled by everyone that I almost feel guilty when I pick her up! Please don't be put off by the bad reviews on this sight, it's just that people don't read the opening times and rules that are clearly stated.

Excellent boarding kennels. Looked after my dog whilst I was away. She was poorly at the time and the staff looked after her as if she was at home, providing much needed reassurance and good quality care. Very happy to recommend them.

Our two dogs have had a fabulous time at the Retreat. They are relaxed and in great physical shape. We had daily updates and it has been a tremendous place to let them stay as part of the pack and the family. Thanks very much.

Our dog-obsessed spaniel has a great time here in daycare and boarding! She’s excited to get there, gets on well with the staff, and comes back very chilled out after a hard days play We really appreciate crazy tails’ flexibility. They have been very accommodating for our situation We also use the crazy tails grooming service. Our dog has become fearful of other groomers but gets on fine here and they do a splendid job Thanks very much!

Genuinely blown away at how brilliant the set up here is. A huge outdoor space for the dogs to play, which i realised today, has a recycled cushioned material across the entire area. That’s attached to several indoor spaces for chilling out, doing treat puzzles or having a nap. The carers are clearly experienced and struck up an immediate rapport with our elderly dog…which is always a comfort. Then there’s several acres of fields that the dogs get walked in and if they get mucky, they are given a quick wash and dry in the onsite grooming parlour. Cannot recommend this doggy daycare enough.

This really is 5⭐️ treatment for our dog, she absolutely loves it here and gets so excited when we arrive. The staff are all so lovely and very knowledgeable about dog care. We particularly like her staying overnight in the house with the family. Also, having a grooming parlour on site is a real bonus, particularly as one of the groomers has shown her cocker spaniel at Crufts.

Best groom our long haired husky has ever had. Came back fully dry and smelling lovely. Highly recommend!

First time used this Cattery. We had 3 cats to book in whilst we were away and the cats were offered their own ‘chalet’. Paid a visit beforehand and very impressed with the set up as neat, tidy and clean. No problems with booking as we completed the detailed online booking form. Vaccinations were all checked with our vet and very professional set up. Really impressed with the cattery and Irene is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of animals. Our cats came back to us content and happy. Will DEFINITELY use this Cattery again. Thank you!!!

We've now used this cattery a number of times and have been delighted with their service. It is very reassuring when we are away to know our cats are being so well cared for.

**Read fully** I wouldn't advise bringing your animals here. Our two cats stayed in here for a week. The staff are quite brisk, they take your animals off you, put them straight in cages, they ask you questions and make conversation but also advise you not to say goodbye. My cat Leo went in with his whiskers perfectly normal and came out with a few of them chopped. I rang up the woman who has owned and ran the cattery for 50 years. She began by informing me, although she hadn't even seen the picture I sent or seen him in person, she could tell me categorically it didn't happen on her premises. She told me she was shocked I would suggest my cats whiskers were snipped in her home, but when I asked her how she would explain it she didn't know. His whiskers look like they've been snipped with scissors. She recommended I seek an opinion from a vet, though I don't know why you would need a veterinary degree to tell this, and was unhelpful and dismissive. Worst part? When I told her I would have to leave a review to inform people of the incident, she began telling me about her family members dying and how tough her year was, almost emotionally blackmailing me into not doing this. If you leave your animals in there and they come out looking differently, don't bother calling, she will dismiss it, discuss her personal life in a professional capacity and also warn you to watch what you write online like she did me. Nothing worse than someone telling you for a fact something they have no clue of, hadn't happened and not being interested in anything you have to say.

Didn't respond to voicemail I left. No response from web form and landline seemed to be inactive/out of service whenever I called. They lost a whole month of cat + dog boarding due to lack of communication.

Irene and her team provide a first class service at their lovely cattery. She provided great reassurance as we were worried about an injury Bear, our cat, had sustained just before our holiday. Giving him his daily medication wasn't an issue and she gladly took our call after the first night to let us know how he was getting on. We will have no hesitation booking Misbourne Valley again and would highly recommend it.

Our Greyhound has just spent 10 days at the Kennels and was well looked after. She was her usual playful self when the staff member went to pop a lead on her to bring her out to us, a good sign that she had been cared for. The kennel was clean and she had inside and outside space.

Bella, my 2 year old Bull terrier stayed here for the second time and it wasn't too much trouble. I trust them and it is a good value for money. She stayed for 11 nights and according to Irine, Bella had lots of fun and was spoiled by the team. I only missed having regular updates on how Bella was doing, pictures, etc. However, I asked for an updated and I got it. Bella has a special diet and when her food was running out, they called to let me know. Definitely next holidays she will be staying with them.

My three cats have boarded here for the last 15 years! Irene and the team are first class and no doubt, animals come first. The care is exceptional and our girls come home groomed and content. It is a home from home for them. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
