Eliza was completely reliable. I never had a worry while I was gone. I have an inside/outside cat so it wasn't easy. The house was in tiptop shape on my return. I would definitely choose her again.

Sarah was an absolute delight as were her family and I never once felt that the dogs were not getting lots of love and being attended to. They were walked every day, they were taken out to cafes and they were loved and given tummy rubs the whole time. I can tell the dogs miss the whole family but especially the kids. We had absolutely no issues and as this was our first time, I was so grateful. I was sorry for Sarah that our cat went missing but that’s cats for you…. I would recommend Sarah, Justin and their two lovely kids wholeheartedly. They are great sitters and we even came home to fresh bread and milk in the fridge. Thankyou!

We had to privilege to have Daniel & Aireal house and pet sit for us in October. They really were superb houseguests and pet sitters in every way! They communicated clearly and left the house impeccably clean. Mathilda definitely had them wrapped around her little 'pinky' It was such a pleasure to have had them caring for Mathilda with such compassion and love, but also to get to know such adventurous and kind souls! We feel lucky to have had them as house sitters and it was lovely to enjoy a drink and chat with them before they headed to their next adventure. We’d be thrilled to have them visit again if they ever return to Amsterdam. For now, we follow their adventures on Instagram!

This was our first time using Clay for a sit at our Maui home. Clay was very friendly and super responsive to all of the planning and set up for his sit at our home. He asked all the right questions on getting ready to come to Maui and be with our dogs. This was also our first time to use a solo only sitter. All our previous sits have been with a couple or team of two. Prior to selecting Clay; we reviewed and disclosed with him that our dogs are strong for their small, compact and muscular size. We clearly reviewed with him the previous feedback from past sitters to emphasize the strong nature of our dogs and what they can do if they decide to pull hard on a leash walk. We felt really good about our interview with Clay and selected him right away. Unfortunately; when Clay arrived at the Maui airport, he reported to us fairly quick, that he had tweaked his back at his hometown airport when he left to come to Maui. The pain he reported was coming from his chronic sciatica in his back. We felt super bad for Clay and were really worried that the dog sitting was going to compromise his back health since he reported harsh back pain. Fortunately; we had a clear and honest discussion with Clay and he let us know that he was totally up to perform the dog sit (bad back or not) and for us not to worry about him and the dogs. We trusted his decision and left for our trip. He let us know that this was a long term chronic back condition so he assured us he knew his limitations and everything would be fine for this stay. We really appreciated his honesty and candor and felt fine to leave. During our nearly 3 week trip; Clay gave us updates on his time taking care of our dogs with feeding, play time and walks. We got frequent updates from Clay and the dogs appeared happy playing and being with Clay. Clay reported that the dogs were happy during his stay. We had a mix up on our return date from South America. Normally our sitters are requested to leave the day after we arrive back from a trip to make sure we make it to all the way home to Maui. However; a mistake was made and I gave Clay the travel date we were leaving South America as the date to plan his return travel. Long story short; Clay's return flight to his home from Maui left 4 hours before we were scheduled land back on Maui. Fortunately; our return flights were all on time and we got home in plenty of time to greet our dogs with lots of hugs and kisses with them only having a 6 hour home alone time. We didn't get a chance to say goodbye to Clay in person; but we did speak on the phone and reviewed the sit a day or so later. After this sit; we would recommend Clay for pet sitting because of his responsiveness and caring to do a good job.

This was Katie's third sit for us and as you might expect she was amazing. She is such a sweet, kind and thoughtful human being, she loves our dogs and she met every expectation we had of her. She's very independent and took the time to explore the local area. She took great care of our home, washed her sheets, cleaned her bathroom and vacuumed throughout before she left...our goldens shed a lot! We are so grateful to her and would have no hesitation in recommending her to you, she's absolutely awesome!!

Eliska is a wonderful and cheerful person! She took amazing care of my cats, was sending reports and pictures. First cat sitter ever after whom my house looked cleaner than before and I can say for 100% that my cats recieved their care, their food bowls and litters been taken care off and cleaned/refilled in time We all had such a pleasant experience with her and she genuinly cared for cats. My cats still miss her! I'll be happy to have her back as a guest of my house anytime.

I really liked Katlyn’s personality she was absolutely wonderful. However, our main intention for having a Housesitter was to look after our cats and help them maintain their routine. I had both an on call meeting a week before the stay and an in person meeting the week of stay to go over how to care for our pets and I mentioned over and over again at every meeting as well as in multiple text messages including a very blatant and bold one on the day we left and it also says on our house manifest and guidelines on zeewoi as well this important info: - the Cats must never be left outside if she was leaving the house because they have no way to get back inside except through the front door that is to be left ajar only while she is home. The cats come home for every meal like clockwork so it’s easy to manage. And they must not be left outside after dinner. The cats must both be inside before she leaves the house for extended periods of time or they must NOT go outside at all if she is about to go anywhere. With that said she let the cats outside one day and then left the house for over 4 hours from 12noon - 4pm and locked the cats outside without access back into the house for water etc. She found them both waiting meowing on the door step when she returned home after 4pm. I respect her honesty completely in that she told me but I just don’t understand how this could happen if the sitter was actually paying attention to any of the information we gave her about the cats care as that was the main reason we let her stay. 2ndly when we returned home today the cat box was completely over full and was obviously never cleaned once during the 6 days we were a way as it was packed with cats feces and the house smelt from it. The garbage was left full and the bedroom was left as if someone just woke up up and left. The rest of the house was perfectly clean the way we left it which was nice. But it kind of felt like someone just stayed in our home for free and didn’t really put the same love and care back in to the place before they left.

Allison and Jackson were great communicators. They were friendly and flexible. Emery is quite shy with new people but warmed up to them really quickly. Our house was also spotless when we got home. We really appreciated having them watch Emery for us!

Undine is a very nice and reliable lady. She is kind, honest and consistent in communication. She left my home immaculately clean and had even prepared a delicious, healthy meal for my return. The cats were happy and well cared for. I would have no problem recommending Undine. Thank you so much 😊

Yerelyn took good care of our Ella, and left the house absolutely spotless. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Shanna was great! This was a last-minute trip and she was very responsive and flexible with me as I ran around to get ready and tried to figure out the details. She had great communication and sent me really nice photos as updates while I was away. She was very self-sufficient and when I returned, the place was as clean as I had left it. Would definitely recommend Shanna!
