Claudia
Claudia and Faysal have a great house. The cats are beautiful and come from Egypt. All cats have their own way of spening the day and feeding. Due to some communication difficulties, I personally think the housesit was a bit difficult. Thanks you for having us!

Keren
We had the most wonderful sit in Keren and Giorgio´s beautiful home! After a very warm welcome, a short Marked spree at a beautiful local farmers marked and even a small stop in the city for a fabulous lunch-snack, we were brought to their very beautiful, spacious and green house, filled with their lovely animals. Keren showed us everything in great detail and made sure to explain to us all the different habits and likings the animals had. There even was a detailed (video-supported) description about all the things to know regarding the house, gate and well.

We were staying in an extra little “apartment” upstairs, with its own bathroom and even a small tee and coffee station, which we enjoyed very much, since days start early and a warm sip of a lovely beverage makes getting up so much more delightful. The rooms we stayed in, where very clean and put together with much thought and attention to detail. We even got newly bought towels and were provided with soap and a hairdryer. To complete the warm welcome we were invited to have lunch and dinner together with Keren and Giorgio every day of us being together in the house.

All of the cats and the donkeys have adorable individual characters – one of them sweater than the other: The two cuddly donkeys Archie (who loves to “steal” oranges from the trees in the garden and just gives you the cutest smile, if you catch him doing so) and Jack (the playful youngster, who made it very clear, he prefers carrots to the other vegetables :). The cats Tony (very affectionate and gently even when he had a cold), Harriet (enjoys getting cuddles on our sofa. Her fur is so fluffy, you could literally confuse it with a cloud), Yoga (tells you that you have to continue petting him by pulling your hand back to his head with both his paws. He also accompanied late night walks to close the gates in a very “I am the security here” kind of manner), Goldie (gets very cuddly as well, as soon he gets to know you) and Jojo (she makes the most adorable kneading motion while having one paw in the air and is very talkative). One could see, all of them love their home and Keren and Giorgio so much, they live in der little paradise, surrounded by olive- and orange trees in the most beautiful garden.

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your home, we would love to come again!

Nicole
Nicole and Jack have a great NYC apartment, and Tyty is the sweetest, most laid back pup you could ask for. I enjoyed my rainy weekend stay, and Tyty locked in the coziness by being friendly and cuddly.

Susan and George
We had such a wonderful stay! Sue was incredibly welcoming and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable sit. Buster was so clever and such a cuddle bug. Rusty and Precious warmed up quickly and were lovely companions to hang with on the porch while watching the birds. The house and location were gorgeous, I hope to visit again soon!

Rebecca
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our house sit for Rebecca and Ian, with the best part being our snuggle time with Louie! This sweet bundle of fur acts more like a dog than a cat. We could throw a toy mouse and Louie would bring it back to us...again and again and again! He has such a sweet disposition and unlike many other cats, Louie is NOT aloof! He wanted to be with us ALL the time. The weather was a bit cold and rainy while we were in Lausanne but that wasn't an issue since Louie was great company. The day before our sit began, we were invited to the apartment and Rebecca made a wonderful dinner for us! She explained everything we needed to know in preparation for the sit. Meeting the day before allowed Louie the opportunity to become comfortable with us before the sit began. When we entered the apartment the next day, Louie welcomed us like we were old friends. Rebecca was great with communication and always available through WhatsApp if we had a question. The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped to cook meals, there are two grocery stores just down the hill, and a very large park with walking/biking trails nearby. It is a wonderful and safe area with many things within walking distance. People are friendly in Lausanne even if you don't speak French. You will not be disappointed taking this sit and Louie is possibly the best cat you'll ever meet!
