Hi my name is Charlie. Where do I begin to express my gratitude for John? I am a recent widower. I decided to start travel. I wanted to see my daughters in California for Christmas and New Year’s and I really could not have done it without John. It was a difficult year and I did not realize being gone for three weeks I needed extra dog food. Of course Jon took care of that. He sent me photos of my golden and my cat and communicated with me while I was gone. I had the upmost confidence in John and I was not anxious about my pets while I was in California. When I arrived home hungry and tired at 9:30 at night John served me a chicken broccoli and ziti dinner which I annihilated. I could go on. I decided a trip to Mexico mid February and John showed up again. He took my golden Murphy for a haircut and a shampoo at the groomers while I was away. I arrived home well rested to another marvelous dinner. I will be eternally grateful to John for taking such good care of my house and pets. I will give 10 stars if I could. Pet owners understand. Thank you John. Outstanding!
I seem to be lucky because I keep getting to meet wonderful people and enjoying great sits. Nancy and Rob are awesome and wonderful hosts. I got to spend some time with them before they left and they were very helpful getting me acquainted with the house and city. Ari stuck by me almost every step I took and wasn't shy about occasionally wanting to be picked up. She took some getting used to but it didn't take long for us to get in sink with each other. While she occasionally barked at a mailman she never gave me any trouble. Cinder is a great cat. When Ari wasn't wanting paying attention or possibly sleeping, cinder would come over for some attention and sit in my lap for a few pets. I already have another sit scheduled with them later this year and couldn't recommend them enough.
Sitting for Holly was an absolute joy! You will seldom find yourself with an empty lap. Olive is very sweet, affectionate and loves to cuddle. Charlie is a bit standoffish at first, but once he gets used to you, he’ll be your best friend. He’s extremely intelligent and loves to be challenged with games like hide and seek. I would love to sit for Holly again, and highly recommend this sit.
It was a real pleasure to stay with these three. They are very sweet and friendly. They were excellent hosts. The place is very spacious and cozy. We had a great time! Highly recommend :)

We were in need of a dog carer for our puppy at short notice and Elaine was very good, responsive and she accommodate the little one. Our puppy has spent there a few days during our holidays abroad and he was well looked after and very happy. I can happily recommend Elaine.

Elaine has been fantastic with our quite tricky dog. Our dog takes ages to feel comfortable with new people and Elaine has shown so much patience and perseverance with her. We’ve used Elaine at Waggy Trails for over a year now, since our dog was 6 months old and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Any worries about dropping our new dog with someone went away as soon as we met, and she’s always on hand, and incredible flexible when we need her, which we’re always so grateful for. The biggest takeaway though is how Peggy (our dog) bounds out of the car and runs down the driveway as soon as she realises where she is, excitedly bouncing into Elaine’s arms without so much of a look back at me before I leave her, you can’t ask for a better approval from your dog than that!

Our dog Willow (Toller Retriever) has been going to Sarah’s regularly for the past 3 years and she so obviously still loves it there. I get sent photos which were really reassuring in the early days, and still make me smile now. Definitely a home from home for her.
We could not recommend Sarah more, for how well she has looked after our Yorkie puppy on a regular basis. Penny has the best time and is always so excited to arrive. We love the photo/video updates, and Sarah's communication makes things very easy for us. We know she is well looked after and treated as part of the family.
Our dog has been boarding with Sarah for almost a year and loves going to stay with her. Sarah and her family are really lovely and take very good care of him with lots of walks, cuddles and doggy play. I'm often worried he has so much fun he won't want to come home! They are sensible and don’t walk when it’s too hot but hang with the dog and provide company/distraction instead. I have a rescue dog, who is a bit tricky and has lots of needs, mostly around routines! he has had a very traumatic life. I very much wanted some time away and the Remraf team have made that possible!! Lisa from the team came for a meet up and some “get to know you” walks that went well and then she pet sat for 4 days with overnight sits and walks and it all went brilliantly😀 I am delighted with the care and attention she gave my boy and I felt happy and confident going away, knowing he would be so well cared for. Communication whilst I was away was excellent, with regular updates and photos. Chloe and Mel were so helpful, accommodating my greyhound sitting needs very late in the day (less than 2 weeks before I was due to go away and in peak holiday season). Communication was great and Mel came to meet my boy a few times so he would feel more comfortable with her. I got daily updates, photos, videos of his adventures with Mel (and other doggy friends, he loves other dogs), he had great walks in lovely settings. Chloe and Mel asked all the right questions for info about him and his needs, meaning nothing was missed (you know what it’s like, you do their routine without thinking, then don’t think to detail it all. No worries as they covered everything - routine, allergies, likes/dislikes, feeding, treats, meds, vet details etc). I was worried he wouldn’t want me back as he had such a good time. I had no concerns about leaving my fur baby or my house in their care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Remraf K9 services. Thank you so very much for enabling me to go on holiday with confidence that Hamish would be well cared for. As soon as I saw a picture of him roaching (as in picture attached) I knew he was relaxed (he was roaching from Day 2).

I have used Chloe on a number of occasions. I find her incredibly professional, riliable and capable, My animals range from dogs, cats rabbits , Guinea Pigs and rabbits and she can manage them all! She keeps me updated with lovely pictures whilst I’m away which is a lovely touch. I recommend her10/10 ⭐️⭐️
Chloe is a very enthusiastic and professional lady, she has helped us with our very reactive Labrador, providing training, printouts and advice. Our Lab also goes on a weekly walk with one of her walkers and she provided us with a sitter for an all day session, at short notice, so we could attend a family funeral. I have used pets and pals for the last 3 years. Eliot and the team walk my border collie - Shiloh, twice a week. They are so flexible and friendly, if I ever need to change my plans there are no issues or questions asked; they are extremely reliable and normally have Shiloh out of the house for over an hour! So I know she gets a great run around. Couldn’t recommend Eliot and the team enough!

Eliot at pets and pals looked after my precious cat George whilst I was away for a week. George hates travelling anywhere so the thought of taking him to a cattery filled me with dread! He's mainly an indoor cat so I knew he would be more comfortable staying at home. Eliot visited everyday to feed George and sit and play with him for a short while, I even recieved daily pictures to reassure me my fur baby was in good hands and well looked after! I have 2 naughty bengals who are indoor cats. Whenever I go away on holiday or for the weekend Eliot and his lovely mum Linda always look after my babies for me. Even if I need the cats to stay with them it’s no problem. Linda always leaves a note to update me how they’ve been whilst I’m away and checks I’m home to make sure they’re okay. I’d always use Pets and Pals as I trust them 100% x
We brought our shih tzu x here for the first time and we’re really happy with not only her groom, but also how happy she was when we picked her up. She is usually a little quiet for a couple of days after a groom and could be a little irritated where the clippers I think caught her. But she came back happy and bouncing. They took a little extra time with her with this being her first time which was a nice touch and this care definitely made a difference. Will be returning 😊

Such a great place!! The team are fantastic and whenever you pop in all the dogs look super happy and enjoying themselves. They also supply the full Lily's kitchen range which is great for our fussy Lab.
I took my puppy in for the puppy spa package and specified at the time of booking and when we arrived for the appointment that I didn’t want any trimming other than his paws. When I collected him the hair on his entire face and head had been cut short. Not only that but it was jagged, lopsided and totally inappropriate for his breed. He was barely recognisable as our puppy. I see no point complaining to the spa. Although the team were very pleasant and approachable, ultimately no apology, refund or any other recompense can return his hair to its former state. However, I can at least share our upsetting experience with future potential customers to assist in their decision about which groomers to choose.
Louise is an absolute star with my nervous cockapoo Simba and he always looks dapper after his visit to Doggy Day Spa. Lovely, kind staff.... highly recommend
I had a terrible experience here a couple of months ago. My dog had a number of clipper cuts which I wasn’t told about and I slowly found over the week afterwards, she still has a couple of scars from this. She was clearly a bit traumatised and for about a week terrified of other dogs which she did recover from. However she is still scared when we try to wash her even now, having never had a problem before. It was very sad to see her that way, she has since been to other groomers who have taken much better care. I would avoid this place.

I would trust my 15 year old dog with fliss and the team any day of the week! They are so gentle with the dogs but also get the job done with their lovely products. Fliss adores every dog that comes into her shop and treats them like her own. Her shop is clean and I also love that they don't take the dogs into some back room where you can't see them, but they are right in view and you can see everything that's going on. Would thoroughly recommend!
Suki loves Doggy Day Care! It’s reassuring how much Suki enjoys her day at Doggy Day Care. She is well looked after and always comes home tired and happy. The collection and drop-off service is so convenient. Fliss is trustworthy and obviously has an affinity with the dogs she cares for, she’s so wonderful with Suki.

Kathy and Jemma have been great at looking after our energetic cocker spaniel from early puppy upwards. Our dog clearly enjoys her days with them and gets to socialise with lots of other dogs in a home setting. They are always very accommodating and we know our dog is in safe hands - we’d be lost without our dog daycare days!
Jemma and her team have been supporting me walking my dog for more than a year and have provided brilliant service. She's very well and professionally organised and all the people I have dealt with have been excellent. There's an easy booking service and app and making payment is easy. Most importantly I never have any worries when they walk my boy. They send through photos and feedback on every walk and are very sensitive in the way they handle my rescue dog, who's not been straightforward. Thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve felt nervous leaving my dog in the hands of other walkers in the past due to my dogs quirky and energetic personality but I really don’t worry now. Jemma and the team looked after our Bernese Mountain Dog while we were on holiday for a week. They are able to handle large dogs very well and their care and service was excellent. Jemma's helped to give our puppy the most excellent start, setting him up for a happy and satisfying life. He's learned loads and so have we! Through working with us twice a week from 4-6 months old, we have such a confident, well-balanced young dog. His basic training is all super hot thanks to her tailored programme, constant feedback and advice - all based on a deep understanding of both dogs and our puppy as an individual. Jemma has been amazing with my boy, he's in need of some training and help to manage his excitement around other dogs. I explained all his needs when meeting with jemma and she has been taking him out on solo walks, working on helping him with all his issues and slowly introducing him to other dogs. He absolutely loves seeing jemma. She has always been professional, had great communication with me, and flexibility when I have needed to add or change days. We recently used the dog boarding service at Every KP Active, leaving our beloved Daisy in Jemma and Kathy's capable hands while we took a 2.5 week holiday. I was impressed from the get-go with their careful approach to socialising Daisy with the other dogs in the lead up to her stay which meant she was confident and happy when the time came to start her own 'holiday'. I was kept regularly updated with Daisy progress during our time away and it was clear that she was settled, happy and had bonded well not just with the other dogs but with Jemma and Kathy too. I truly believe Daisy enjoyed her holiday as much as we did and we are grateful to the love and attention shown to her by the Every K9 Active team. We will be back!

I've been using Tim and the team for regular day care and occasional overnight boarding for a couple of years now. It's a wonderful set up, with all the comforts of home - a really lovely environment. My dog is so pleased to see Tim when she arrives as she knows she has a brilliant day of engaging walks and playtime ahead. Tim and the team look after the dogs impeccably - I trust them completely and my dog is tired and happy when I pick her up! Highly recommended.
From the very first time my dog and I met Tim, I knew that he was the right choice. Tim is incredibly calm, kind mannered and the perfect choice to entrust to look after my furry family member! My dog is always happy to see Tim (and actually squeals with excitement as we arrive!) and always comes home tired. Daycare with Tim has been a great help in socialisation, but also a major relief knowing that if I need to travel for work, or want to take some holiday time with the family that there's somewhere safe, trusted and suitable.
My dog absolutely loves going to Tim's be it for boarding or just for day care. I cannot rate the standard of care given highly enough. Tim and his team treat the dogs in their care as part of their family and all the dogs seem so content there. You can tell by looking at their photos that the dogs are exercised well and most importantly look happy.
Our 2 springer spaniels go to Tim (and Sarah his assistant) for dog walking and boarding. Tim is very thorough and organised and we feel 100% safe leaving our precious dogs in his care. He takes the dogs for TWO country walks a day and they always come home happy and shattered! Can’t recommend highly enough.
Tim runs a fantastic and very caring dog day walking and boarding business. Our dog was well looked after, and taken on long and fun walks with other active dogs. Often he would have been washed too and came back looking very groomed. I recommend this business to anyone that wants a premium and caring dog service.
Tim and his team have been taking care of my dog now for several years. We can't fault the care and affection they give to Dexter. They take great care to tailor his walks to suit him as he is now an elderly dog. We have never had any concerns leaving him for extended stays when we go away. It is a second home now for Dexter. Can recommend them without hesitation and would not leave my dog anywhere else!

Update: We booked the team for a week recently to look after our very nervous and skittish cat whilst we went on holiday. I couldn’t recommend Dani and the team more! We received photos and updates via text, our cat was clearly fussed over and looked very happy. When we got home the house was exactly as we’d left it, and Dani had even taken the bins out! Fantastic service. We’ve been clients of Dani’s for years now and she is reliably brilliant (and a huge animal lover, which is evident in how she treats and looks after all her furry clients!). Brilliant service as always from Fuzzy Buddies! We have been lucky enough to have Dani and team as our cat sitters for over 7 years and they have never let us down. You can really tell they are all real animal lovers and give our cat the care and attention she needs. Always clear communication, very respectful of our home and most importantly our cat is happy! Would highly recommend.

Booking with Dani and her team provides peace of mind that our cat will be well looked after whilst we are away. She is attentive, reliable, provides regular updates / photos, is always willing to go the extra mile to help with putting bins out / watering plants etc as well, and the service is extremely reasonably priced and great value. We have used Fuzzy Buddies regularly over the past 2.5 years and would recommend to anybody looking for cat-sitting care, a far less stressful alternative to the cattery!

Fuzzy Buddies are great. They look after my cat Monty when I am away for the weekend. They are very reliable and send photos of each visit. Dani and the team are all lovely. Always great communication and their on line booking system is easy to use. I highly recommend Fuzzy Buddies.
I have been using Dani and the Fuzzy Buddies team for about 13 years I think?! Never had any issues, always been reliable and my cats have always been looked after well. I used to put them in kennels but they would loose weight and clearly looked worse off for it when I collected them. Keeping cats in their home environment is far better for them, (in my opinion!!).
We have used Dani for years to look after our 3 cats when we are away. She and her team are great - playing with the cats and doing all the extras like putting out bins, bringing in parcels and opening curtains etc. Plus I love getting all the photos and updates whilst we are away which reassure me and let me relax knowing my kitties are well looked after!
The Fuzzy buddies team have been looking after my cats for years, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to look after your furry friends! My current cat is a little challenging, and the fuzzy buddies team have made a huge effort to make her feel loved while we're away and I love that they send you little updates with photos. The booking system is great, and they're 100% reliable (and more importantly our cat is happy and looked after!)
My experience with Fuzzy Buddies has been brilliant. I've had 2 sitters which have both been great, giving regular updates, pictures of the cats and keeping the pet areas tidy. Most recently we had Charlie who was very sensitive with one of our cats who has anxiety. She took time to get to know him so by the end of our time away he was coming down to see her. Would definitely recommend Fuzzy buddies to anyone who worries about their pets when they are away.
Fuzzy Buddies are a fantastic pet sitting service. Dani and her team are extremely reliable and do their jobs excellently. We have used them several times to pop in on our cats while we've been on holiday and I have always felt that they looked after them very well and kept me in the loop as to how they were doing. They will feed and play with them and change their litter. They also do any odd jobs around the house like watering plants, taking bins out and opening and closing blinds. I would highly recommend Fuzzy Buddies to anyone looking to have their pets cared for while they are away.
Hayley is great. She provides lots of updates and is super responsive when organising dates for day care. She tries to be flexible where possible which has been a godsend when I started a new job and didn’t have full control of the days Patrick would need looking after. Patrick adores going to day care, spending time with his little friends but also snuggling up with Hayley. I would highly recommend Fido & Friend's to anyone looking for dog care.
Amazing service, our dog loves his visits to Hayley and Craig at Fido & Friends. We know he will always get a great walk, and being very needy, he gets plenty of attention and cuddles throughout the day! During his stay Hayley provides WhatsApp updates of photos and videos which we love as it's always lovely to see how much fun he is having. Would highly recommend!
Hayley is brilliant with our little Spencer and he loves going for day care every week when I'm in work. We also get to see loads of pictures of him with his friends on the Instagram & TikTok!🐾 he's also enjoyed overnight stays too! …
Our Charlie is super happy playing with all of his friends.Lovely long walks with plenty of photos and videos through out the day. We are so glad we found Fido and Friends because we know all the dogs are happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hayley has looked after our little rescue dog a few times now whilst I've been away on holiday and I know he is always having a brilliant time. Hayley is super attentive to the needs of each individual dog to make sure they are happy and safe, so I know my boy is getting the same level of attention and fuss he would do at home. He loves playing and exploring with the other dogs, especially Little Dave! And Hayley sends lots of photos and videos so you can see what they are getting up to! I would 100% reccomend Hayley to look after your dog. Fred can't wait to stay again 🥰
This was buddy's second staycation with Hayley, Craig, little Dave and Charlie ( the dogs) he was very excited to return. Hayley runs a very organised and professional pet care service. From the moment your beloved pooch goes into her care, rest assured you will know that they are having the best time ever. I was updated all the time with fabulous photo's of buddy enjoying his time with the other doggy boarders and little Dave and Charlie. I could go away knowing that i can safely say that buddy was in the best hands and having a wonderful time. I would thoroughly recommend Fido and Friends ❤ thankyou so much for the care you provide.
5 Stars are just not enough to give Hayley & Craig they go above & beyond looking after our Charlie boy he is so happy being with them it’s like his second home & we receive so many updates, videos & amazing photos I cannot thank them enough for looking after Charlie so well xx
*** Awesome service! *** My dog has been walking with Hayley and her dogs for a few months now and she absolutely loves it. It’s nice to see the videos, photos and updates after her walk. :) She gets to play with lots of dogs on a regular basis which is lovely to see. On the odd occasion we need to change the day, Hayley is very accommodating and offers alternative days if she can. It’s nice to know she is local and only does this side of Chells Manor Stevenage which means my dog isn’t in the car for long. Hayley gives plenty of notice of her holidays book which means I can sort alternative plans out well in advance. I know my dog is safe, happy and well looked after when she is with Hayley. I would definitely recommend her services :)
My dog loves her time she spends with Hayley, Craig and their lovely dogs at Fido and Friends. My dog is a Romanian rescue and Hayley has spent so much time getting to know her and now she has flourished in their daycare and boarding. They go on lovely walks and countryside adventures followed by rest, fuss and lots of attention in their lovely home. I don’t know what we would do without Hayley and Craig, my dog sees them as her second family and gets very excited when the car pulls up outside their house!
My dogs love going for a. Adventure with Hayley and co! Hayley sends great pictures of the walk and the dogs are always tired afterwards. I get a report on how they have been and it has really helped with their confidence and being more social with other dogs. I highly recommend Fido and friends for fun walks with people who really love dogs.
