Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

Tanya has looked after our cats several times, and she always does a fantastic job. One of our cats has a heart condition that requires regular medication and I felt very safe leaving him in Tanya's care. We had some friends staying for some of the time we were away, and she prepared detailed notes and laid out food/medication in a way that made it easy for them to continue looking after them. We have used Tanya a couple of times for sitting our cat Gato when we are on holiday. She is always super helpful, reliable and trustworthy. She knows animals well courtesy of her other job as a veterinary professional and we know Gato is in very safe hands with her when we are away. She not only attends to all the essentials of cat sitting (food, water, litter tray) but spends quality time with Gato during her visits, giving her some much needed TLC with regular photo and video updates to us. She has also offered us some much welcomed advice regarding Gatos health and well being. We have noticed a big positive difference in Gatos demeanour when we return from our holidays. Whereas previously she was usually agitated and vocal, she is now much more comfortable and relaxed, and we feel less guilty for leaving her to go away as a result!

Tanya has looked after my cat Pebbles on multiple occasions and I know she is in good hands when I go away. Pebbles can be quite shy with new people but she clearly feels very comfortable with Tanya and I know I will come home to a happy, relaxed cat. Tanya keeps me updated with videos and photos to let me know all is well and she is very trustworthy and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tanya to anyone looking for someone to look after their treasured pet!

Tanya takes care of both my dog and cat. She is so good at what she does, Kuro my dog adores her and loves his walks with her. Nellie my grumpy elderly cat is coming round to appreciating Tanya's expert care. I feel very happy to leave them both with her for short and longer periods. She is reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate, loves her work and it shows in how she takes care of Kuro and Nellie.

We have had Tanya as a cat sitter a few times now and every time time she has been incredibly friendly, competent and professional. Tanya provides an update on how our cat is doing after each visit (often including photos / videos which are great to see), and has even helped us out by using her knowledge as a veterinary nursing assistant to answer some of our questions. Our cat can be quite shy but Tanya has managed to look after her very effectively and patiently on each visit, and they have now become great friends! She has also been flexible on times / dates when we’ve had to change our plans at the last minute. We’ll definitely be booking Tanya in for our next holiday and we would absolutely recommend the whole company!

We have used Pawsome Pet Care to look after our cats when we have gone away for a few days, so they don't have the disruption of going to a cattery. I knew Tanya as she works at our local vets, so I was confident in her skills and had the extra reassurance of a connection before handing out keys to my house! Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)

I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.

Jan at Jack's Pad is brilliant. My dog Ruby is always so excited to see her, mainly because she knows she's about to get a really good long romp around Hampstead Heath with the other dog's Jan looks after. I have used Jack's Pad for dog walking, daycare and also for boarding, and I am always really confident that Ruby is getting the very best care out there, and the fact that Jan picks her up and drops her off is massively helpful. I have used other dog walking services in the past and Jan is just a level above them all. I can't recommend her enough.

This is not your usual dog service! And that is an understatement! I knew as soon as I met Jan that my dog would be in the very best hands. I could write paragraphs about how brilliant Jan is with my dog and what a genuine and kind person she is, how she treats every dog with such love, care and individual attention, how she drops off and collects my dog to/from my house, how she even gives my dog free training sessions as part of the daycare, how flexible and professional she is. But I’ll let my dog have the last word! My dog has always been very clingy and anxious about being separated from me. After just a couple of days with Jan, my dog was desperate to greet Jan when she arrived to collect her, and she doesn’t even give me so much as a backwards glance as she happily trots off for her day of fun with Jan! My dog has NEVER done this with anyone else before or since! Which speaks volumes about Jan and the care she provides.

Our dog Bo absolutely loves her day care with Jan, we couldn't recommend her enough. Not only is Bo in excellent care, she's become much more confident as a result of playing with all her pals and meeting new dogs on the walks!

I brought my baby Sophie over to London from the States. I would have never been able to do so if I didn’t have Jan to look after her while I worked. Despite working odd hours, Jan was always accommodating to me. I always felt comfortable having Sophie with Jan. I would often get jealous of Sophie (and Jan!) while I was at work because Jan would send me photos and videos of their outings in Hampstead Heath and Trent Park. Sophie at the end of the day was always happy, but tired out from the day of playing with her doggie friends. I’d suggest Jan to anyone looking for excellent doggie care!

Jan runs a really professional and caring daycare and boarding business. Lulu, our dog was so happy to see her and Jack and we trusted she would be properly looked after. I was really sad that I could no longer use Jack's Pad after relocating to Scotland. Highly reccomended.

Henry was taken the utmost care of by Jan and the ever patient Jack, her dog. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend, really friendly reliable and reasonable service.

We can't recommend Happy Hounds enough. Our dog Coco, loves his sitter Ellie. She's is amazing, looks after Coco so well and we can see that every time she comes to pick him up. He's so so happy to see her and to go with her. Everything is very organised and so easy to manage on the website and we get multiple updates daily by whatsapp. Chloe is also very nice and so helpful with any questions you have. Unfortunately we're leaving the area and Coco won't be able to join daycare with Ellie anymore. We have been using Happy Hounds and Cooler Cats for years and the service from Chloe and the team is amazing. Our dog always comes back so happy from his group walks and it’s clear he enjoys his time with his walkers immensely. I got in touch with Happy Hounds when it was time to return to work (having gained a puppy during lockdown) and they were so helpful in getting me set up with recurring services, answering any questions I had and they made leaving my puppy to return to work so much easier both emotionally and practically. My pup really enjoys the daycare and the socialisation has helped her a lot in many training aspects (even if there is still work to do). They also provide daily updates (with pics) of your pooch while they're gone which is super reassuring and something to brighten your day. They're very fairly priced and just seem like a lovely bunch of people who love what they do. I'd definitely recommend this services to other dog owners - my puppy loves going and I don't have to worry at all while she's gone.

Without doubt the best dog walking service that we have ever used. The team at Happy Hounds are completely professional and always accommodating of last minute requests as best as they can. Our dog Dalton adores his walkers, is always excited to be picked up and comes home exhausted and happy, ready for a nap. We are sent videos of his outings which is really lovely for us, and the walkers are always vigilant to any changes in behaviour and report back to us if they have any concerns. My dog, Honey, has been going to Wag Club since she was 12 (?) weeks old, she is now 8 1/2 yrs old. She goes every Friday. As I was home with my children, I needed a day off from child/dogcare. It has been perfect for her. The staff at Muswell Hill are wonderful. Honey is raring to go in as soon as I stop the car. I don't know what they do with her but she is shattered by the time she gets home! Even though I have moved away, I still use Wag Club every Friday. I simply love the WAG Club in Muswell Hill! My pooch has been a loyal customer since they opened and he loves going to day-care to play with all his puppy pals. The team are always welcoming, and most importantly happy to see Rocky when he arrives. It's really clear that the dogs' wellbeing and comfort is their number one priority. When I drop him in for the day I feel happy and reassured that he will have fun, and most importantly be looked after vigilantly. It's great that they will feed, walk and water him so that after a hard days work, when I collect him, all that's left for me to do is enjoy his company and some snuggle time! Thanks to Jamie and his team for all the excellent work they do - can't recommend them highly enough!!

Jamie and the team are fantastic and will care and love your dog as much as you do. My dog has been going there, since she was a 16 weeks old puppy and she loves it. She gets to hang out with her dog friends, which really helped socialise her as a puppy. She absolutely loves the team too and will try and drag me in, if we walk past, just to say hello. I cannot recommend them highly enough, its hard to find someone you can really trust to care for your dog.

Jamie and his excellent team at The Wag Club take brilliant care of our pup five days a week and we couldn't be happier with their service. They are so accommodating (especially with our frequent last-minute changes of plans... sorry guys!) and we often use the daycare service as well as the daily walk. We had never used a dog walking service before but Jamie was very reassuring and thoroughly walked us through the various ways they make sure your home and your pet is safe. Everyone is always so polite and friendly and you really get the sense they are all just dog lovers delighted to be working with dogs! I couldn't recommend them enough.

This is a review for the groomer attached, Monsters and Co. We moved from the area last year and it’s taken us this long to find a groomer to fill the shoes of the amazing team at Monsters and Co. Wish we could leave them a review! Not only do they groom BEAUTIFULLY and with fidelity to the needs of each individual breed, the wonderful groomers are soooo kind and loving to all the puppy clients.

My puppy has been going to the wag club in Muswell Hill for a couple of months and she absolutely loves it. The team are brilliant, they really care about the dogs, and make the logistics of London dog ownership stress free - you can tell they want both dog and owner to be happy, and are very understanding about any late change of plans because of busy London lives. Amazing people! My little fluffy boy gizmo and I recently moved to the area and within the 3 months that we have been here, gizmo has already been to stay with them twice for a week at a time. He is so happy to see any stay with them every time. I receive constant updates and dont have to worry about him because i know he is in great hands! There is no doubt that they are the only people i would be leaving him with going forward! The are certainly Gizmos Guardians when he needs looking after!

Aoife and Jimmy were awesome. They came to meet our guinea pigs prior to caring for them and they were both professional and kind. I knew our piggies were in safe hands! I left my 14 year old cockapoo with this team having been let down by another dogsitter. She was also recovering from a cruciiate ligament operation. It was such a leap of faith to go on that holiday but we went and she was fine. We got regular pictures and videos. She was treated so well and had a great time. Even a flirt with a boy called Arthur! I would recommend them to anyone.

I entrusted my shy rescue cat, Whiskers, to We Love Pets while I was away for a few days. They kept me updated with photos and messages, which put my mind at ease. When I returned, Whiskers was calm and content. I'm so grateful for their exceptional care and will definitely be using them again!

Charlie did a phenomenal job with our two pet rabbits! I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did extensive research to find the best pet hotel for my babies. Charlie went above and beyond with them. She made sure there was always lots of play time and provided beautiful photos when I asked for updates. She also helped clip their names and groom them! It was also super reassuring knowing my bunnies had access to A/C during the London summer heat! Have already rebooked for some future vacations but I can’t think of anyone better to have look after my bunnies ❤️

I often leave my rabbit, Robin, with Charlie when I go away as I know he will be in safe hands! He's been coming to A Furry World, for a few years now and seems to enjoy himself on his little adventures. I love that Charlie sends picture updates of what he's up to, and provides that extra bit of reassurance as an experienced animal carer. I always know that Robin is being well looked after, and he gets the added benefit of playing in the garden sometimes, which must be a real treat as don't have access to one at home! Highly recommend :)

Charlie is amazing!!! Felt so calm and reassured the entire time our guinea pigs were with her. She really goes the extra mile to ensure they have the best stay possible. She even gave them a nail clip for us! Thank you Charlie!

Furry World provided our bunny a caring and loving environment for the duration of it's stay with them. The proprietor is friendly, communicative and clearly cares a lot about the little creatures. We received regular updates on the rabbit's exploits including photos, which gave further assurance the bunny was having a cracking holiday away us:) Highly recommended !

I used A Furry World for my rabbit for a 2 week stay for the first time recently. Charlie was very helpful and full of knowledge. From the first time I spoke to her I knew that leaving my pet eith her would be a very safe bet. I received regular updates on how he was throughout my holiday and Charlie was very flexible on drop off and pick up times. After picking my bun back up it was so obvious he had been treated with so much love. He was very relaxed, calm and happy and I knew he had had a great little trip away. I would absolutely use a Furry World again and would recommend it to anyone, especially anyone who is usually reluctant to leave their pet. I feel very confident that he was treated like Charlie's own and received as much love and care as I would give him myself. So grateful for their service!!
