Our stay with Pauline and Geraint was amazing. We had the opportunity to meet and take care of all the Irish Setters in the family; Poppy, Boonie (who are the pets of Melanie, Pauline's daughter) and Amber and Meghan (Pauline and Geraint's daughters), we spent a few days with the younger ones and other days with the older ones. We spent the New Year holidays there and they made us feel at home. The walks with the girls were incredible, since the surroundings are beautiful, we loved going for a walk with them. They have a very specific routine, especially Meghan who is a beautiful lady of 14 years, with some illnesses, but nothing of very careful and Pauline made sure to make it easy for us so that all her needs were covered. It was a pleasure to help them have a good stay together. We recommend caregivers the opportunity to stay with this beautiful family, you will have a great experience. We will forever hold the entire Jones family in our hearts.
You are sure to enjoy this sit with a highly affectionate cat for company if you are a book or board game fan! There are stops near the house for buses to Leatherhead, Guildford and Epsom, a parade of small local convenience shops, three churches, pasture and woodland walks in easy walking distance and two pubs virtually right next door if you fancy a local ale!
Olivia and Piet were very accommodating and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in their lovely home! Harriet was a delight to be around, she really is a lovely natured dog making her a breeze to look after. I miss her already!
This is a comfortable house with a lovely dog, Hughie is such a well behaved dog that I am going to miss a lot, I had a great time in Vienna with al lot of things to do, Richard and Liz are such nice people, they explained me everything to make my time more enjoyable. I had a lovely time at Bob and Debra's place. Buddy has lots of walks to go on in the local area and is keen to play with the ball as much as possible. The house is very clean and I felt very at home there. Buddy was easy to look after and everything he needed was there.
Sitting Lolly was amazing! She is SUCH good girl, is so responsive to commands, loves a little playtime with her favorite toy, and is always happy to go on walks, especially to the dog park. We miss her fun personality already! Melanie and Spencer were so organized and gave us a thorough run down of the house, plants and caring for Lolly when we arrived. They were in touch if we had questions and their home was lovely with a beautiful backyard garden to hang out in (with plenty of space to play with Lolly). We loved sitting for them and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Doggie Shrink came highly recommended to us by friends who have used this facility for both boarding and training. We could not be more pleased with the care and handling that they have provided to our two miniature dachshunds. The facility is clean and only receives pets that are current with all vaccinations. They treat our our dogs as family and provide the same love and attention as we do ourselves. Upon arriving for drop off, our dogs are greeted with affection and are anxious to enter the facility. The staff is always available to discuss whatever concerns and goals we may have for our dogs, and shares their observations in full detail. I highly recommend Doggie Shrink to anyone interested in both boarding and training their pets.
I’ve been using Kim and Doggie Shrink for years for boarding and socialization . They are excellent! We recently adopted a fairly big happy puppy who needed a home, but had no training whatsoever. With the help of Doggie Shrink, he no longer pulls on the leash after two sessions. They have also helped me with recommendations on how to train him, and he is SO much better. We also use them for weekly camp so he can get socialized and run around with all his new friends.
Kim, Lars and team are the absolute best. We live in LA and every time we visit family in NJ our Pom can’t wait to spend a few days with his friends at Doggie Shrink. Boarding has also been a breeze. The team’s love for all the dogs is palpable and there is nobody we trust more with our little guy.
We were referred to Kim by another dog owner friend (shout out to Hugo!), once we told them about the fighting troubles we have between our two boxer pups. Our dogs are currently at The Doggie Shrink for some board & train. Kim knows her sh*t. She has an incredible passion for dogs ("there are no bad dogs") and that seems matched only by her understanding of their behavior and why they act and respond the way they do. This should be the key to solving any issue or just regular obedience training. We are still in the process with our dogs but I trust Kim implicitly. Behind the fences there seems to be a doggie paradise, with lots of room and friends to play with. Kim's own dogs are trained incredibly well, as we have been able to see in videos where they assist her in the training of my pups. We will come back and report more after we have more info and results but very impressed in the first few visits and boards, as well as Kim's availability to me to explain everything going on. Highly recommend.
Kim, Lars, and the whole team are absolutely wonderful! I take my husky here every seven weeks or so and they always do such a fabulous job with his long, thick coat! He always comes home so much whiter, nicely brushed out, and his paw fur trimmed nicely. I cannot say enough amazing things about Doggie Shrink :)

Being a life long dog owner, I had never considered using a doggie daycare or have had to board my pets. We always depended on family members to help out. However, after rescuing a new puppy a year ago, my husband and I - being two busy, working people- wanted to make sure our new dog had attention, training and socialization. We saw how much our spunky labradoodle needed to play and socialize. The whole experience was completely new to us, and after doing some research and asking our groomer for a recommendation, they did not hesitate to recommend Doggie Shrink. What a blessing it has been finding DS! Kim and the entire DS Team have been beyond wonderful, loving and caring with our young pup. He is excited to go weekly and we feel such peace going on vacation knowing he is being well cared for and loved on when we are not home. We have also used DS for training and have learned so much by working with DS. I continue to recommend DS to all coworkers and friends in the area. The DS Team is the absolute best!!

I cannot put into words how grateful we are for Kim and the entire Doggie Shrink team! They have quickly become our dog's favorite people and favorite place. They helped us navigate our dog's socialization issues and brought the sweet and gentle side back into our dog. They are always on call to answer questions and help with continued training. When I was in labor with my son in February 2023, their team allowed us to bring our dog VERY last-minute to be boarded and kept her happy and safe while we were in the trenches of having a newborn, as well as gave us tips on introducing our dog to our new baby. We can't thank them enough for everything and would recommend them to anyone in need of doggie daycare, boarding and grooming!!

Went on a tour here and took our dogs for evaluations. The facility is gorgeous and very well kept. We saw a video of our dogs on social media which was fine. I also called to check on my dogs before they posted the video since it was their first doggy daycare. In the video, we didn’t love the volume of dogs in the play area. The dogs did great with their evaluation and the staff is absolutely lovely. We just noticed our dogs looked overwhelmed with all the other dogs there (it was close to 30 total that day). We were told max capacity is 75 dogs in a play area and they have appropriate staffing when they get to those volumes. I think it’s just a personal preference that we want our dogs in a smaller group environment so they aren’t overwhelmed. If it weren’t for the volume of dogs that go to this daycare, we would’ve used them daily but it just didn’t feel like a good fit for our pups
Our dog Lucy has stayed with K 9 Resorts a couple of times. One short weekend and then a two week stay while we are out of the country. When we picked her up on our return, she was excited, friendly, and very happy. All indications to us is our dog had a good time, looked healthy, and smelled fresh and clean from her pick up day bath. We are going away in late October and Lucy will definitely be staying at K 9 Resorts. By the way, after that Original short day, Lucy seemed excited when she went through the door going in for the two weeks stay, she liked the place, and that’s a great sign. Sawyer loves hanging out with his doggie friends. The staff always takes such good care of him and he comes home happy and tired! We recently left him for 3 weeks and we worried about the length of time, but he came home happy and healthy.
My baby boy loves this place like a second home! It’s spotless and the staff is incredible (especially the assistant manager Lynette). As an over protective millennial dog mom I trust K9 resorts 100%. You can tell that everyone genuinely loves the dogs. I have peace of mind knowing he's happy and safe playing with his friends while I’m working. I have tried other camps before but none compare!

K9 Resorts is very well run with a staff that cares about the dogs staying there. It was the first time my dogs were boarded and I felt comfortable taking them there and was very happy with their care during their stay!
We have been using K9 Resorts in Fairfield for over 5 years and recently had to switch to the Emerson location due to renovations. They were so incredible in helping us with our reservations. Their facility is top notch and the staff is so sweet. We left our girl in loving hands.
K9 Resorts of Emerson is a top notch facility. I had 2 dogs who have never boarded before stay at this location for 4 nights and they were well cared for, played with, and looked after with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I feel completely comfortable with the staff, facilities, and service at K9 Resorts of Emerson. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of dog boarding services. Max loves Pet Lodge! He goes for daycare to get a play date, and he boards there when we have to travel when he doesn't get to go with us. The staff are great and go above and beyond to take care of the pets. They have grooming facilities, too!
This place is great for boarding or grooming. The staff all totally love dogs. They are all very experienced. The groomers have decades of experience also. They do a great job with my poodles. Pet lodge has been an absolute heaven-sent for my dog (and me)! My dog isn’t the most affectionate dog. She loves to show aggression and teeth 😈 🤦🏻♀️ but Jac and the entire team just know what to do. Their love for dogs is expressed by how well they take care of each and every dog—catering to what a dog needs individually. I appreciate how well they groom and how fast they can do it, as well. I picked up my dog in less than two hours for a full groom! Also, easy to make appts. I usually book via email. Matty at the front desk is super sweet and welcoming. That’s another plus! Thank you Pet Lodge for being so great to Maggie (and again, me)!!!
My dogs had a great experience at the Pet Lodge. The facility is clean, and the staff is caring and attentive. They also got a bath and nails done. All three of them came back happy after their seven day vacation. I will be using them again.
This place felt misleading as I was under the impression it was more of a farm style to lodge your dog as I'm not a fan of boarding them traditionally. As soon as I arrived, my dog was taken somewhere. Meanwhile, they handed me a sheet of paper asking me to sign it when it just had her name and how much she ate on it. Then they tried to send me on my way. I had to ask to be shown around as to where they kept the dogs during the day and at night. In the two minutes I was "shown" the property, my dog was nowhere in sight. Upon departure, I had let them know a generic time of when I'd be back to pick her up. Ie Monday morning. Upon arriving at almost 11am to pick her up, my dog was still locked in the kennel. Not only did she smell of urine but her whole butt was raw from god knows what. I didn't see the owners once even though this is really just their house with an addition and a caged in backyard next to a cemetery. You can only pay with check or cash and things seemed quite transactional. I personally don't recommend and am quite shocked by the glowing reviews. My dog was very excited to leave.

I took my 12 year old Shih Tzu, Chanel, here for the first time since Petsmart Grooming rejected her after she’s been going there for years. The entire staff is so welcoming and Jac truly took such great care of my Chanel girl. We are so grateful to have found such great groomers. 1000/10 recommend!!!!
The Pet Lodge is a wonderful facility for your fur baby. My dog loves playing in the spacious, safe, and well-supervised yard. The staff truly loves and cares for your pet, and it shows! My fur baby runs right in and knows he will be very well taken care of. He loves playing with all the other dogs too. It's like a home away from home:) We are so grateful for all they do!
I can't think of any company/retailer/store I've been happier to find in the past several years that we use on a consistent basis. Doggy Deuce has been our pooper scooping service for many many years, 3 dogs and counting. We now use them for pet sitting while we're away on vacation or just for overnights. While we're away, we get pictures of them, updates on how they're doing and Chris even goes the extra mile and offers to bring in our mail and take care of the pool while we're gone. I challenge anyone to find a small business that offers such service! Also, when I'm looking for any other service recommendation, (window washing, pool closing, carpet cleaning, etc.) Chris from Doggy Deuce always knows the best businesses to call upon. He's part of a big network of local businesses that have proven to be trustworthy and capable; the best can always recommend the best. Doggy Deuce is also an active advocate for pet adoption and strongly care about the welfare of animals. And the office staff is extremely attentive and available, returning emails and calls with very quick turnaround. This company is the real deal. I've recommended them to 3 other families on my block who now also use them! Our pets are our family, our house is our home, and I wouldn't trust either of them to anyone but Doggy Deuce. I'd be happy to offer a personal recommendation to anyone who reaches out.
We have been using them for a couple of years now. Our last trip away I scheduled them to visit my home twice a day for 3 days to take care of my 15-1/2 yr old Yorkie who is partially blind and deaf. On the final day of service I received an invoice I could not open so I emailed them back and requested it sent in a different format. The following day on our way home from our trip I received a call from Becky advising me that unfortunately, she mixed up the dates and no one visited my home to take care of my dog for 3 days. She proceeded to explain she was sick the day she took my appointment and probably shouldn't have been making appointments. What I don't understand is how an invoice is sent for the correct dates, but yet the dates were mixed up. These people are lucky my dog was alive. Barely alive, but she was! The dog was without water for 3 days. One more day and I doubt she would've survived. This is a huge mistake! This is a life we are talking about here. These mistakes cannot happen. I was very upset and angry and refused to further speak to them. There is nothing they can do to make this OK other than REFUND me my money they took without providing services! I would never recommend them to anyone!
I have been using doggie deuce now for over four years and they are amazing! I use them for both dog boarding and pooper scooper and they are super dependable, accommodating and (in my opinion) reasonably priced. Chris (the owner) and Jen (the manager) are super nice and you get a sense that they truly love what they do and the dogs. My dogs actually look happy when they leave to stay there while we are on vacation. While the dogs are there- they send pictures and updates which is awesome. I cannot say enough how much I love them and how much easier it is having them in our life. If you love your dogs as much as we do- you definitely want to give them a try the next time you are going away.
In addition to loving and caring for my own personal dogs, I spend much of my time rescuing animals in need. As a result, my yard tends to suffer. I enlisted the help of Doggy Deuce a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. The service is extremely reliable and the staff is friendly and pleasant.

They are reliable, trustworthy, honest, caring and I would use no one else for my boy. I use them as a walker and also for a stay when I am away. Unfortunately this company has yet again failed to properly trained or communicate with their new staff. Once again one of the their employees have left my gate open for my two pit bulls which are not dog friendly. They were instructed since the beginning to call my phone before they came so we can ensure the dogs were inside, but they failed to do that too. If he was confused as I was told. He should have called the office, myself or rescheduled. I find it very disturbing and hard to understand the lack of common sense of this person. He not only put my dogs in danger but other dogs too.
Doggy Deuce watches my pup when I go out of town and she has so much fun. They take such great care of her and make sure she is treated like a princess.
Chris and his team are the BEST. He has an innate gift with animals and is truly a dog whisperer.

I was trying out to see if this place would be a good fit for my pup cause i know my pup is usually very anxious. Unfortunately things didn’t work out as i hoped but that’s okay! Because i appreciated how much this place communicated with me and heard my concerns about my pup. They did their very best to make my pup comfortable and that’s all i can ask for. The staff is super sweet and very understanding. I’m hoping that with more training my pup will be able to gain the confidence he needs to be able to come back here cause that’s how great they treated us. They are aware of how to make sure the place is safe for furry friends and that’s what is important! Thank you guys for doing your very best and being patient with my pup. I’m hoping i can return when he is more ready!
We’ve taken our two dogs here twice now. Once for their evaluation and once for doggy daycare. The staff is really friendly and explained things well. The moment we pulled up to the parking lot for their day of daycare, the dogs wanted to run inside. They were greeted by friendly humans and went running to go play that they didn’t even say bye. When we picked them up, they were excited to see us but weren’t running out of the door. They went back to say bye to the staff there. They came home exhausted but very happy. I got a video seeing how they were doing which gave me some piece of mind and they do little activities for holidays which I LOVE. My dogs are my fur babies and it feels like they understand that.

Love love love this place - the staff takes great care of my rambunctious 2 boys. They are always so friendly, nice and polite. The themed parties are too cute, I can't wait to see photos they post ( this was them at prom) Really this is the only place I want to tale my dogs to.

Be careful leaving your dog in the care of this location. There has been surveillance video footage of the abuse of Charlie (GSD). Check out @ABC7NY tiktok video posting from yesterday 9/20/24. Had the employee whistleblower not show the footage to Charlie’s owner, he would have never knew, other dog owners that leave their dog here would’ve been oblivious, and that manager that abused Charlie in two instances would’ve still been working here. But according to the video they said the manager has been fired. And here is the proof before the Google business account owner/ runner wants to deny these claims. This is footage of the GSD Charlie that is also featured in that TikTok video by ABC7NY News.
I picked up my chocolate lab axle this weekend after a seven day boarding. When I received him he had a raw nose on the top of his bridge. Upon asking the staff what happened. They stated that it was that he was sticking his nose underneath a gate. And that’s what probably caused it. I’ve used your services times before and never had an issue. Till now. I hope that this does not scar my dogs nose. Right now at the moment it is discolored unfortunately. and maybe the facility can assure that this does not happen to other dogs.
They took great care of my Kenna and made sure she had a fun and safe experience. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for the dogs to run around and play. The service was top-notch, from the convenient drop-off and pick-up to the flexible scheduling and reasonable pricing.

Paw Pals provided excellent care for Nala while I was away! Given that she's a working line German Shepherd, I was worried about meeting her mental and physical activity needs during boarding. However, Paw Pals kept her active, engaged, and stimulated with walks, puzzles, and playtime. Brittanie was incredibly responsive and reassuring when I checked in, even sending extra photos for my peace of mind. They continuously refine and improve their practices to be inclusive of all types of dogs, from their daycare program and individual enrichment activities to on-site training and even micro groups for selective dogs. I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. Paw Pals is the best - our dogs love to go there. The last time we boarded them, Paw Pals literally saved our summer vacation - one of our dogs needed a visit to the vet while we were away (non serious but needed to go) and the owner took her for us so we didn’t have to disappoint our kids and cut our trip short. They always take great care of our babies and go above and beyond.

Paw pals exceeded our expectations! This was our first experience boarding our extremely nervous dog and the entire staff took such good care of our dog and our family! They sent two report cards a day with a written and picture update and made us feel so at ease while we were away on our vacation. Pedro is an excellent dog walker. I have recommended him many times to neighbors and friends without hesitation. He is very attentive, reliable, and caring. I have a senior dog that Pedro has been taking care of (because a great dog walker does more than just walk your dog) for the last four years. He is incredibly patient and loving as she begins to slow down in her golden years. I’m grateful everday I leave the apartment knowing Pedro will be there to exercise and spend time with my beloved dog.
I couldn't be happier with Pedro and Hot Paws Pet Care. My pup can be a bit of a handful so I was a bit nervous about finding a walker for her, but I knew from the moment I met Pedro that she would be in good hands! Pedro is *obviously* a dog-lover and has a lot of patience. He is also extremely communicative and reliable; he has NEVER not shown up for a walk and has never canceled on us. It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about my dog while I'm at work! I also always receive text updates about the walk, which is great. All I know is that my dog absolutely adores Pedro. BOTTOM LINE: You can't go wrong with Hot Paws Pet Care. P.S. While Pedro is our every day walker, I have met two other walkers with Hot Paws Pet Care and both were great, too! It was important to me that my dog could expect the same walker every single day, which Pedro accommodated, but for two days during which Pedro was out of town we had sub walkers. Pedro was gracious enough to give plenty of notice about his trip AND set up a time for me and my dog to meet the sub walkers beforehand to make sure everything would be good. We had Pedro dog-sit our 2 dogs at our wedding recently at Wave Hill in the Bronx. He was TREMENDOUS! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog sitter. He was amazing to work with and such a great guy. He took phenomenal care of our dogs (1 big dog and 1 little dog). The dogs were honestly upset to be leaving his care at the end of the night. Pedro was a class act. He dressed incredibly well and was such a pleasure to work with. We were so happy we found him!

Pedro and Vincent have been walking my large, lazy dog for nearly 2 years. He is professional, flexible and easy to work with. He is always cheerful and pleasant and really cares about our dog. Our dog can be quite resistant to getting off the couch to walk during the day - especially in the summer or if it's raining - and Hot Paws can always get him happily out the door. They are awesome and a real asset to the neighborhood!
I hired Pedro to take care of my GSD while I was working out of state. Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my pride and joy. He promptly gave me updates every time he completed a walk and kept me up to date on his mood. I even got to FaceTime with my dog which I think help put both our minds at ease. We were going overseas for 2 weeks and our pet sitter backed out. My son was worried about his Bearded Dragon, Xerxes. Jeff was available at short notice for us to come and "ok" the spot that Xerxes would have while we were away. He was very understanding with a nervous 14 year old! When we came back to drop her off, he had even researched more info online about Bearded Dragons - she was his first one! While we were away he texted pics and updates. He had to cut fresh food daily and remember to turn on and off different lights/heaters each morning and evening. Jeff was wonderful and saved the day. Xerxes did great and we were able to enjoy our trip. Thanks Jeff!! We will definitely use Preppy Pet again!
Our Jack Russell rescue is an active, high energy dog, who needed to learn basic commands and also how to play with other dogs. We've been bringing him to Jeff every Saturday for about six months for socialization and basic training. Our little buddy has become much less aggressive with other dogs and now sits without me having to tell him to! We bring him up to Preppy Pet (from the Bronx!) every week because we know he. Is. Loved, trained and has a great time! We’ve also used the boarding services. Jeff’s prices are great and the service can’t be beat! Jeff is flexible and he and the staff truly care about the dogs. If your dog needs a day to run around and play and “just be a dog”, bring him to Jeff. Your pooch will come home, drink from his bowl and call it a night! 🐾🐶🐾

Preppy Pet (Orangeburg location, formerly located in Nanuet) has made a huge impression on me and my husband. After searching high and low to find a trusting place to board our sweet female German shepherd, handsome male German shepherd, and smiley male Golden Retriever we decided on Preppy Pet. From the first initial phone call, they were very patient when answering our list of questions and concerns. They were very reassuring and made us feel that we are bringing our dogs to a place that will treat them like their own. The drop off was very smooth, as Jeff and his staff took our dogs in one by one to get used to their temporary home for the next several weeks. Jeff (who is the owner) spent as much time as we needed going through the specific feeding directions for our three dogs, as one of our German shepherds needs special medication administered in order for her body to properly digest her food. Shortly after drop off, Jeff and his staff would send us videos and photos of our dogs. I could tell they were having a great time from the start, by their ear to ear smiles and wagging tails. I knew we had chosen the best place for our dogs to be well cared for. You can tell that the staff truly loves animals. The love and compassion could be felt right through the videos. I am so happy we chose Preppy Pet to board our 3 dogs, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for services that they offer. (They also offer services such as grooming, and day care!) Boarding your animals is never easy, but Preppy Pet made it so much better for us. They are very reasonably priced, they are very honest, and they have the best team! Thank you to everyone at Preppy Pet! We will be returning in the future! 5 + stars!!!!
my dogs Daisy and Tippy came here multiple times for boarding day care and baths the staff was great! and very kind they did a great job with the bath and nail clippings and even sent me pictures!
My baby boy loves going to daycare here! Whenever he realizes we are on the way he howls and howls. Once we arrive he drags me to the door. He love being able to play with other pups. Preppy Pet is the only daycare, boarding, and grooming provider that we would choose.
I’ve been boarding my two dogs, Nigel and Lily at Preppy Pet over the last few years. Jeff has always been super reliable and accommodating. Each time I pick the dogs up they are happy, well fed, and tired from playing. When I drop them off to stay at preppy pet they don’t even look back, they are so excited to return to hang out with their friend Jeff & co. We will definitely miss them as we move out of state but are happy to know how loved and cared for Nigel & Lily were during their many stays at Preppy Pet.

We have been dropping our pit bull Cocoa at Preppy Pup for around a year now. People get nervous when they see pit bulls and unfairly judge them based on their reputations (not going to call out any other day cares in the area by name…….). That is not the case with Jeff and the staff at Preppy Pup. The whole team treats Cocoa for who she is, a very loving, happy and playful girl who doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body….though she still has endless amounts of puppy energy! Cocoa is always so excited to go. When we ask her “do you want to go see Jeff today?” she instantly “smiles” and shakes her butt and when we pick her up she is completely exhausted from a day of play!
Our two dachshunds have had many wonderful stays with Preppy Pet! Preppy Pet owner, Jeff, gave great care to our senior dogs, making sure to follow all best practices for keeping them healthy and safe. They really love all pets and all feel welcome. With typical boarding structure, filled with many dogs, cats, and others, you will probably smell the clients, that's a good thing-no toxic disinfectants or perfumes, you can leave your pets with ease of mind, they are safe and in good company!
We've had a great experience with Fetch! I don't like sending my pup to a kennel, I prefer to send her to a home. Diane with Fetch has kept her for us a few times now and it's always been a very positive experience. Zelda comes home happy, calm and relaxed every time.

We have been using Mike as our dog walker. He is the best!! He is great with our 2 dogs. They absolutely love him!! He gives me daily updates on how they did on their walks. We also have a few cats and one had surgery and when Mike came to walk our dogs he would also give a little extra love to him and also let me know how he was doing when he was there. Fetch is awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Fetch in Boise, Idaho and Burbank, California and was very impressed with the quality of the pet sitters in each city. Then I used Fetch in Ridgewood and was not disappointed! The pet sitters were easy to work with but, most of all, they treated my dog like their own. When I picked up my dog, Buddy, from an overnight with Amy, I knew she passed the test with flying colors because as I held my dog and was saying goodbye, he leaned over and licked Amy right on the nose. Better than the Good Housekeeping seal of approval!!
Fetch really is the best. We've used them for almost 2 years now and I'm so glad that our neighbor recommended them to us. They are always there when we need them, even when it has been last minute. I'm always amazed at how quickly they respond to emails and texts when I need a last minute walk or visit. Our primary sitter is amazing with our dog and on the very rare occasion when she is not available they have a backup team (who our dog got to know in advance) that is equally fantastic. Can't say enough nice things and I honestly don't know what we'd do without them.

Dealing with Janice at Fetch and Debbie our sitter/walker that was assigned to us was one of the more enjoyable encounters we've had with outside contractors. And when it comes to leaving your dog's care in the hands of others, its not always the best experience. Dealing with Fetch was the exception, they were Super Great!
