I absolutely love Thumping Tails! Mike and all of the walkers are incredible with my 2 year old Bernese, Teddy! As a first time dog mom, I was so nervous to let anyone walk her. After meeting Mike, I felt a lot better! Ever since, I’ve been using thumping tails any time I need a walk. They are so accommodating, the walkers are all so sweet and I truly feel like they love my dog! They also always send the best pictures of her, update me on how the walk went, show how far they walked, and tell me when she gets a treat & fresh water!! ♥️ there was one time in particular where Teddy had a tiny drop of blood on her paw. They called me immediately. When I got home later it turned out to just be from her first heat that had just started. But knowing all of the walkers care so much and contact when necessary is the best feeling in the world! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!!
I have two cats who are very shy around strangers. One big exception, they love the people from Thumping Tails. They get petted, fed, litter scooped, talked to and get their pictures taken. It makes me feel good to get the photos to see they are doing well but just a wee bit jealous at how much my cats seem to love them! When i get home, i get the “oh it’s you, you’re back” look. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service we get from Thumping Tails. I know my cats are in good hands and being well taken care of.
We're so grateful we found Thumping Tails! Mike and his team are awesome! Super reliable, friendly, professional -- our primary walker is Brendan, our pup Joey's BFF. He gets lots of love and treats on his walks. We always know Joey is taken care of and in wonderful hands with the Thumping Tails team. They have backup walkers to help keep reliability in scheduling and offer other great services like socialization and play. We can't recommend them enough!
We are very happy with Thumping Tails so far! They always take good care of our two dogs each time we are on vacations. The team are puntual on each appointment and very caring for our house and dogs. We are very lucky to have found them. Michael Ferraro is very responsible and reply to our text quickly. If you are looking for a profesional, caring team to take care of you dogs Thumping Tails is the business to call! Keep up the good job!
Deborah looked forward to her daily walks from the kind and considerate thumping tails associates! Five star review from Deborah and her mom!
Thumping tails is so comforting to have taking care of our dogs. I trust them and my dogs love them! They are professional and trustworthy.
I was so impressed with Thumping Tails. They were recommended by our vet and they lived up to their reputation! My husband and I loved the photos and notes from each of the visits. I think that’s so valuable - it gave us peace of mind. One of our two dogs was a rescue and is very nervous. They calmed her down and got her on a leash we were able to get her outside. Thumping tails is terrific!
We started using Thumping Tails in January 2021 and have been happy customers! Our dog Oakley loves Michael (the owner) as well as his brother Brendan who walks dogs with the company as well. She looks forward to her daily walks & play dates with other dogs in the neighborhood. We love getting the updates filled with pictures of Oakley & know she is taken care of with love. We highly recommend Thumping Tails and would be lost without them!
We cannot say enough great things about Michael and his team at Thumping Tails! As a two working parent household it has been tough to find someone to help us occasional mid day week days with our sweet pup. With Thumping Tails, the pricing is competitive and there is always someone available for the dates and times requested, and they offer a wide range of services. Since our dog is leash reactive, we choose playtime in our yard and often have the same few dogwalkers come by to care for our girl. They note any health concerns, make sure she gets her exercise in, refill her water and of course make sure she goes potty. We could not be happier and neither could our dog - who actually smiles when they come by she is so excited!! I recommend Thumping Tails to anyone who needs a dogwalker. I am attaching one of the many sweet pictures the dogwalkers have sent in the daily updates!
Thumping Tails is great! They are very reliable and easy to schedule. I love that I get notes and pictures from the visit.
I did a trial of a few hours for my dog to potentially keep her here for vacations. The staff was nice but my dog came back smelling like POOP. I wiped my dog's paws before putting her in the car, as I always do before she comes in the house. The wipee I used turned dark brown. I presumed it was dirt when when I smelled it smelled like POOP and it was caked on- endless wiping. I had to give my dog a bath when she got home. I asked for a refund and still never received it over 6 months ago- still waiting. I had to give my dog a bath when I got home. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.
We’ve boarded our dog at Dogtopia of Port Chester a few times. We’ve been very happy with every experience. Everyone who works there is very friendly and clearly cares about the dogs. The video in the play room is nice to be able to check in when we’re away. Will continue to board our dog there in the future and would definitely recommend them.
Wonderful place to take your dog for daycare or overnight stays. They are very flexible and take walk ins, which is great for those days where you don’t expect to need some extra dog help. My pup loves the staff, and the staff loves my pup.
Just a wonderful staff of dog-lovers and very nice facilities. Really like the app and the ability to drop in on playtime via the webcams. Highly recommend this location!
They treat my dog Duke so well. When I would drop him off he would be overjoyed to get in there. I highly recommend them.
Carol and all the staff at Portchester are 100% the best! Our little girl is treated like they own her. Always giving her the best care and attention possible. Not to mention Brooklyn always comes out after a full days play smelling like she has been in a spa all day!! 💚 She loves Dogtopia and all the new friends and staff there
My husband beat me to writing a review, but I'm so blown away by the way Dogtopia of Port Chester is run, I can’t help but to add on to what my husband shared. First of all, the staff are incredibly friendly, and welcoming; Karol, Miaja, Natasha, and Brian have especially made a lasting impression on me. It’s obvious that they genuinely care for our girl, Brooklyn, because of the exuberance she shows the moment we walk through the door. When Brooklyn had an injured declaw, Karol and the staff kept a close eye on it, cleaned and wrapped it when it needed to be tended to, and gave her time to rest when they noticed she was aggravating her declaw from her intense play sessions with her pals. They kept me informed every single time I brought her until it was fully healed. The facilities are also well-maintained yet they still take the time to clean Brooklyn’s coat and freshen her up before they send her home. I swear, she smells better when I pick her up at the end of the day than when I drop her off! The peace of mind I have when Brooklyn is in their care is priceless. I cannot recommend Dogtopia of Port Chester enough!
Miaja and brian are the best! They take such good care of my baby. Knowing they’re there makes me feel so at ease when I leave her there and head to work. They are always so happy to see her and she is so happy to see them☺️
It’s a good place if your dog likes playing with other dogs, etc. I personally didn’t see them play much with the dogs in the cameras but my dog was a bit needy for human affection and didn’t play with other dogs and it seemed to irritate a couple of the staff members but this was a while ago. I’m sure there’s new people and some of the old people. They’re kind and polite and make sure your dog has its needs met: it’s a good place to take your dog if you need your dog to be looked after - their prices are fair overall.
I was a customer for about a year and ignored the early warning signs, like my dog coming home smelling like urine (every day). It was easy to do because she was happy playing with other dogs. Can't deny that. But at what cost? She had been attacked several times, and we made a few unplanned vet trips. I watched other parents complain that their dogs spent too much time in the crates. Eventually, it came to a dramatic conclusion when I was picking up my dog, and the staff taking her out slammed her tail in the door. They completely removed her tail. She was in so much pain. They don't have the proper equipment or training (and the staff is constantly changing). The incident resulted in emergency surgery to remove her tail. Followed by three months of rehab, bandage changes, and a severely traumatized dog. She was actually my support animal after transitioning from the Marine Corps. Unfortunately, now I find supporting her more common. It was (and still is) personally very taxing and I took off much time from work with no support from the business. The owner never once called to apologize. I have not taken (nor will I ever take) my dog back to this establishment. They are overcrowded and do not actually care about your dogs. I posted before, and the manager called to harass me about my post. It's a very unprofessional establishment. To be clear - I expect nothing nor want anything from this business. Just hoping to one day see a massive OUT OF BUSINESS sign hanging outside. The business will respond to this review by saying that this is a freak accident (not true, look at how many others experience similar issues). They will also say they paid for the vet bills (that's true but they fail to mention they are required by law as I was taking legal action). They'll say they've taken action to prevent this in the future, but simply ask them if they have soft close doors or bumpers and you'll see that they have spent no money to improve their facilities. They have been reported by several vets in the area. Lastly, they will respond by attacking me, and anyone else that posts the truth about this business. They are immature, poorly run, overpriced, and lack any real experience to be caring for your animal. I have attached photos of what your dog just might end up going through if you choose to bring them here! I recommend 4mydog in White Plains and Petco for grooming (cheaper and benefits are amazing). Also, see their YELP reviews, they are far more accurate. It's clear they're incentivizing reviews. If you're bringing your dog here best of luck. I seriously hope you never have to go through what me and my pup experienced. And remember, with this place, it's not a matter of IF it's going to happen, It's a matter of WHEN it's going to happen. Save yourself the headache. Find another spot.
I feel very comfortable leaving my dog at Dogtopia while I work. She is happy when I pick her up and looks happy when I observe her on camera. I love that she gets lots of exercise.
This was my first time at Dogtopia. I wanted my dog Nelson to go to daycare so he can socialize more, especially since we work long hours and we hate having him be alone all day. During his trial the staff was so nice and welcoming. They made sure to give me a tour around every room in the facility and explained everything and the daily doggy schedule. After his trial they even let him stay the day. I was put even more at ease because they have cameras where I can watch to make sure my dog wasn't being crazy lol. I highly recommend this facility and I'm so glad we found a place for my dog to get some energy out!
I have been bringing my dog here since he was 6 months old. He was grown and developed into a social butterfly. This place loves my dog as if he is one of their own. I highly recommend especially if you have a puppy that is giving you a lot of issues. Dogs learn from one another. The first day I picked up my dog, he was a completely different dog & for the better! I use them for boarding, spa services & daycare.
Would leave 0 stars if possible. When watching cameras, we discovered workers mistreating our dog, shoving her in a crate and darkening it because she was barking. All dogs bark, and our dog was in no way misbehaving, as we watched the whole ordeal. Additionally, this wasn’t even boarding- IT WAS A TRIAL. NEVER send your dog here. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemy to send their dog here. Additionally, all managers my family and I tried to talk to were completely unwilling to take accountability for what they had done. Total lack of responsibility and extremely poor customer service in addition to mistreating our dog. I will leave negative reviews all over the internet, because no one’s pet deserves the treatment ours received at this location. Edit: my reservation was not under my name, but someone else’s, as our dog is a family dog.
Great experience! We were a walk-in for grooming and they were able to accomodate us. They did a great job and they did not take forever to do it! Bella looks gorgeous! (the photo is from today, the grooming was a few days ago so she now needs brushing but she looks great!)
Our puppy has been going to Dogtopia since he was 4 months and LOVES playing with the other dogs. Clean, attentive and accessible!
I was looking for a way to socialize my dog and help him with his anxiety around other dogs and people. The Meet and Greet was really great - they walked him around the room and helped him get comfortable with the other pups. He came home happy and loved it. Unfortunately the regular daycare service didn't hold up. Our very next visit I put him in daycare for a full day. I didn't see him on any of the webcams and by lunchtime I was worried so I called to ask if he was okay, and they just said he's feeling timid and staying underneath the table. I was very worried because I didn't see the handlers make any attempts to make him feel comfortable or socialize with the other dogs like they had on my first day. When I picked him up, he STUNK, like he smelled like a person who hadn't washed their clothes or showered in weeks, and he was absolutely filthy. His hair was sticky and dry, as if he was laying in urine all day and his paws were black with dirt. He was very sad, not at all like he was the first day. We gave him a bath right away and the water was grey from the filth on him from that one day. I couldn't believe they would send him home like that. My dog is shy, but he doesn't deserve to be neglected all day. They didn't do anything to take care of him or socialize him like they claimed. I won't be bringing my dog back here.
The receptionist was very nice and answer all of our, many many, questions. The staff that took care of our puppies was able to win Penny over, she was suspicious at the beginning, and did not want to go in. This was her first experience. On the other side Loki was even too excited, but they were able to handle him just fine. It was fun to check what they were doing with the cameras and having a parking lot so spacious made it easy to let the dogs in and out of the car.
This place deserves zero stars. They charged my card an unapproved amount of $1,500! This place is a scam charging for doggycare and boarding. Ever dog owners knows when you pay for boarding dog care is apart of the boarding. Dogtopia categorizes them separately. I exclusively wanted boarding but was being told when I picked up my dogs that I had to pay for both doggycare and boarding. Their price is misleading and not in alignment with the industry. And to make matters worse my dogs weren’t even taking outside during their eight day stay! I know this because I was watching the camera every chance I could. Nor were they given a bath they smelled horrible when I picked them up. They took forever to find their sweaters that I dropped them off with and lost the paperwork I filled out request a spa service before pick up. Don’t bring your pet here! You are better off using Rover or a neighbor.
I recently had an extremely alarming experience with my pug puppy at dogtopia. He came home after a day of daycare and began violently vomiting. Eventually throwing up pieces of blanket. I rushed him to the vet where he continued to throw up. He had ingested shredded blanket pieces. When I called dogtopia I spoke to the manager Sara. Her response was “well he needs to be able to be in the room and not eat blanket”. She never apologized or asked how my puppy was. Thank goodness my puppy was ok, 1000 dollars later. But he could have died had this caused a blockage. Dogs eat things, this is why many of us don’t leave our pups unattended. I am very concerned that something worse could happen to another dog while in their care.
I took my dog to bark and learn for training and pet sitting, it was a wonderful experience for my dog, she loved being there with the other dogs. Carla is very professional and knew exactly how to train my dog. I would definitely recommend this place for any dog owner who need their dog trained or for their dog to be taken care of throughout the day.
Carla is AMAZING. We recently got a mini golden doodle and he was a very anxious puppy. After a few sessions with Carla, changing his diet and practicing her commands - we saw a HUGE difference. She is patient and kind and truly cares. Our dog loves her and he now goes to her daycare where he's been socialized and become more independent. We're extremely grateful for Carla and highly recommend her especially with puppy training. Our only regret is that we didn't call her sooner!
We highly recommend Bark & Learn. Carla takes wonderful care of our dog, who can be a handful! Carla provided us with puppy training sessions and, since then, we have been sending our dog to Bark & Learn for both daycare and boarding. When we drop our dog off for daycare, she sprints to the entrance with excitement! Carla is professional, knowledgable, reliable and responsive and really cares about all the dogs she tends to. She provides helpful feedback and guidance whenever she has our dog in her care. She is also very knowledgable about the needs of specific breeds. She always goes above and beyond!
Carla is absolutely wonderful. We are first time dog owners and have used Carla for training and day care during the day. She has helped and guided our family with our puppy since he was 4 months. Leo is a very happy and playful dog as a result. We feel totally comfortable when leaving Leo in Carla’s care. I highly recommend her.
I have two dogs, including a lab (high energy) that we got at a year old. Carla helped us train him to be a great pet! While always a friendly dog, sometimes his energy was too much (both for him and us) - and with Carla's help we were able to get him to be a really well behaved (and calmer) dog. Also, Carla is his home away from home, both for boarding and day care. He loves it there, comes back tired and happy. Carla does a great job of continuing the right behaviors as well as letting us know in a caring way of things as they come up that we can do to keep him a happy and healthy dog. We really appreciate her and her team. Highly recommend.
Carla is an amazing trainer - she has solved many an issue for me and my dogs. She loves dogs, understands them, gets results and trains us, owners, just as much or maybe even more than our beloved companions. Carla is professional, trustworthy and I would trust her with my puppies any day.
Joey has been going to Carla’s for a while now and he gets so EXCITED and HAPPY every time he gets dropped off. Carla is amazing with dogs, she’s patient, loving and caring! And definitely the best trainer around! She has also helped us with behavior training twice before and it has worked for us, still does. Recommend her 1000%!
Carla is amazing. Her love and dedication to each and every one of the dogs is outstanding. Tucker jumps of excitement every time that I drop him off for daycare. When I travel, I leave with peace of mind because my dog is in the best hands. I can't thank Carla enough for all the guidance and recommendations that she has giving us, been that we are first time dog owners. Barks and Learn is the place to take your dog 100% recommended
I have been taking my new pup to Carla for the past few months and I can already see a big difference in her. She has calmed down quite a bit, responds to commands and is becoming more socialized with other dogs. Carla is amazing with all the dogs and my dog knows exactly where we're going on certain days. She practically runs to Carla's house. I'm so happy I found this caring, wonderful woman.
Carla is the absolute best! We have been using her and her services since our 4 year old mini golden doodle was 6 mos old! Carla provides a safe environment for both day care and over night visits. We always feel comfortable leaving our dog with her and know she is in the best hands. One year while we were away, our dog had some GI issues and had to see the vet. Carla drove her to the vet, spoke to the doctor, got the appropriate meds and made sure she was ok. We were so thankful!
Fantastic team and service! Donna took extra steps to determine the right person with the right experience for our anxious dog. Jennie is amazing with our dog, he gets so much attention and care with each visit.
I wish I could give Prima Donna Pet Services higher than a perfect review. Donna and her team are truly exceptional. I’ve been using her service to watch my 13 year old cat when I am out of town for the past year and a half. For all of us animal lovers out there, it can be so scary to leave your pet with (and to open your home to) someone you don’t know. But, from the moment I met Donna, I felt at ease. My cat, whiskey, opened up to her quickly as well. I love that they send pictures & notes about each visit. If you have any questions about how your animal is doing- they respond so quickly! They always go the extra mile to keep my house vacuumed, plants watered & any packages brought in. I am so so so grateful that I found Prima Donna Pet Services. They are the best sitting company in Westchester County. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Donna and her team to families with fur babies of all kinds!
I am pleased to say that my experience with Prima Donna Pets has been exceptional. My cat Kitty and dog Henry are taken care of so well that I never need to worry every time I go away. The bowls are thoroughly washed with clean water and food added, and Kitty’s litter box is tended to. When I met Henry’s dog walker he was happy to see her which shows how well he is treated....he obviously loves her. Thank you everyone at Prima Donna Pets.
Donna and her team took amazing care of our cat Maru while we were away for 5 days. The daily updates with pictures were great and we are very thankful for the amazing care for our Maru. We recommend their services wholeheartedly. Thank you again Donna and team!
Superb service! I trust Donna and everyone that works there with my dog, Daisy. They are all responsive, knowledgeable and wonderful people! Example: when Daisy recently had a health issue Donna was one of the first people I contacted for advice. I know that as Daisy recovers that everyone at Prima Donna pet services will take as good care of Daisy as I will.
We have been using Prima Donna pet services for about 3 weeks now and already feel inclined to write a 5 star review! Each dog walker has been amazing with my puppy, and I always feel confident leaving her in their care. They take the time to make sure my dog is comfortable and has her needs met, and they always give me a very thorough note of each dog walk! So thankful to have found them!!!
We live in the White Plains area. We are super grateful for Donna and her team to help us out with cat sitting. They’ve been cleaning things up and walking through the house every time they visit. And it makes our lives easier to travel and do other things when we are away. We highly recommended service.
Both Donna & Bob took great care of our cat Tobi a few months ago and they did a great job! She is extremely shy and does not come out often .. They reassured me through daily updates that she was eating & using her littler box regularly. I never had to worry while I was on vacation ! I came home to a very clean litter box and eating area! They were a pleasure to deal with!! Very professional!
These folks are the best! They send out reports every time they check in on dogs, and they include pictures. It's nice to see any photo of your pet during the day, but it's a shockingly nice perk that they have some truly excellent photographers on staff—some of the best photos of my dog were taken by Prima Donna dog walkers! As anyone with a pet knows, trust is really important when it comes to people that are going to be entering your home while you're not there and taking care of your beloved pet. Everyone Donna works with I trust implicitly, and it's difficult to put into words how much that means. Every time I read a news story of a walker from that Wag app losing a dog, I thank my lucky stars that we've got Prima Donna and they service our neighborhood. No joke—when we moved two years ago, a big part of our decision to stay close by was Prima Donna Pet Services. Can't recommend them enough!
Donna (and her team) are as professional, reliable and personable as they come! Izzie seems to look forward to every Wednesday so she can go play with Donna and her friends and comes home well-socialized and tired. I recommend Prima Donna to anyone needing help with their dog.
I’ve used paws and play twice now for boarding. My dog is incredibly happy whenever I pick her up and it’s clear that the folks working here really love dogs. I just dropped her off for another stay, and Chris came around and scooped her up with no issues at all, which is the first time I’ve ever dropped her off for boarding without her having any sort of separation anxiety. I could not recommend this place more
I was nervous for a longer overnight stay for our Yorkie, it was his first time. The staff was incredible and on top of it. We booked the regular kennel crates but our pup had never been in a crate before and after the first night they noticed our pup was in distress and we were out of country and they went into action and moved him to a private room automatically to settle him for the rest of his stay. We were so appreciative they took special care and attention to him while we were gone. Then the next time we came back from an overnight stay Teddy SPRINTED to the door and was SO excited to be back 🥹😍. We knew he felt comfortable there and we will keep coming back.
We have been using paws and play since it’s inception for our Airedale Brody. The owner Matt along with his staff has always been very responsible and is always caring for each dog that arrives. The staff is polite, courteous and always is happy to see Brody giving him a huge Welcome every time he arrives. Brody responds immediately when Paws and Play is mentioned and can’t wait to jump in the car and start his day!! He loves the experience and we couldn’t be happier with the care he gets. The best ever and couldn’t ask for more !!!
This was our first time boarding our dog with Paws & Play and we couldnt have been happier! The immediate warmth upon greeting by several staff helped our anxious pup and the check in process was smooth and easy. We loved how we could scroll daily photos of the dogs and see how our guy was doing! Our dog can be slow to warm up but he did really well and we heard stories at check out of him playing with some new friends! I would definitely recommend this Resort to anyone with a dog they want to know will be in great hands! The add on features are great and the space was super clean. Also he came home smelling so good! Thanks Paws & Play! Will be back for sure.
Great with pets. They really care about the animals and the owners. Nice staff, who take the time to ensure your pet is maximizing their play time. Big shot out to Emma who is great and the owner's dog Hill who is always good with our little @soupsammie who thinks she's a big dog!
I left my dog for two days in boarding while I was out of state. When I picked up my dog he had a bloody lip and a cut. I called to ask what happened and staff was adamant that 'nothing happened' and he was never in any altercation with other dogs at the facility. When I brought my dog to the vet, they stated that he was definitely cut by something. Upon finding out this information, the staff at paws and play stated that my dog must have 'done it to himself' when he was groomed. Now, I'd like to state that i have a very rough dog who doesn't know his own size and strength. I don't doubt that he probably cut himself on a crate or while he was being groomed. My issue is that this was never brought to my attention. They claimed they 'didn't notice' the cut upon his departure. I believe they don't check the dogs before they leave, which is a huge issue because they don't stay with the dogs overnight. How can they be sure the dog is 100% okay? I have no ill will towards the staff or establishment, I just believe this was unprofessional. But, I'm glad my dog is okay and that all it was was a small cut. This could have been avoided had someone just let me know about the cut. I hope they begin to keep owners informed and not just in the dark about their dogs.
We bring our dog here 1x/week to get him out of the house and with other dogs. He has loved it from the very first day and gets so excited any time my husband drops him off (and doesn’t like leaving when I get him haha). The staff is always so kind and you can tell they each truly love the dogs that go there. They know so many by the owners that pick them up and always say great things about our dog. They are a gem! We are sending our dog for boarding in April and had tons of questions and Tiffany answered each one and took her time to make sure I was comfortable knowing everything about how that side of their business works!
I can not overstate how fantastic Paws and Play is! Our buddy Charlie goes there for daycare once a week and for boarding a few times a year. We hate when we have to travel without him, but we never worry about him because we know he is loved and cared for by the crew at Paws and Play. The staff is wonderful - sweet, caring and super capable. The operation is organized and professional. The staff clearly has the expertise and experience to safely handle the dogs they care for and the facility is the best in the area by far, immaculately clean with beautiful boarding rooms and fun play areas. I respect and appreciate that Paws and Play has strictly enforced rules (vaccinations, reservations, etc.) for the safety of all the dogs. Thanks to everyone at Paws and Play for giving Charlie such a great place to hang out!
We've been loyal customers of Paws and Play for years, relying on them for both our weekly day care needs and longer stays. The staff goes above and beyond in their care for both dogs and their owners, taking the time to truly understand each pet's individual needs. Their attention to detail shines through in fun events like pictures with Santa, where they’ve captured some of our favorite memories with our furry companions. It's heartwarming to see how excited our dog is for his weekly day care sessions – he eagerly awaits the moment I reach for my coat after breakfast, ready to head out the front door and off to doggie daycare and happily greets everyone when we walk in the door. The entire team, from the staff to the owner, consistently delivers exceptional service. We can't sing their praises enough!
Such a great place to room a puppy. Our dog is terrified of everyone and everything, but always does well when he is here!
We have used Dan's Pet Care for almost 6 years now- We are always thrilled with their service, professionalism and know how when it comes to Dogs! We would be lost without them as they ALWAYS try to meet our needs. In truth Dan's has become an extended Family to us all! Kudos to Dan (and Kristen too) for putting this AMAZING Business together and his TEAM for doing such an incredible job!- We LOVE watching you grow! (I love that they do super extensive background check on their employees and know HOW to Hire great people) We HIGHLY recommend DANS for your furry family members! 10 Stars! Best of All Monroe LOVES his walkers-
We brought our 1.5 year old Doberman here for boarding for the 1st time..safe to say she had an absolute blast!!! She is completely exhausted after her stay, we loved the updated pictures and reports cards daily. We will definitely be back for day care, events, and boarding when necessary. Highly recommend especially for people with big breed dogs, they handled it with ease. ❤️
Dan's Daycare is no joke THE BEST place for your fur babies! Me and my boyfriend have tried every sitter, every daycare, and nothing compares to Dan's! We have a European Doberman and it's been hard to find a daycare and boarding center that ACTUALLY know what they are doing! Everyone at Dan's knows what they are doing, SO reliable, and treat your dog like their own. I can't say enough amazing things! BIG BENEFIT: Daily report cards with all the cutest photos taken from the day! I mean common! They did a Hawaiian Luau and just look how adorable
Dans Pet Care is amazing! I’ve done boarding and doggie day care. My pup has a lot of energy and is crate trained so I was worried about the crate free boarding but they went through everything with me and he did great. Everyday whether it’s daycare or boarding I would get a report. The last time I boarded him they gave him a bath and he smelled amazing for a month! They are also magicians because on the luau day they got him in a Hawaiian shirt, I don’t know how but they did and he sat still for the pic. It was amazing! He loves their kiddie pools & the entire staff is so excited to see him everytime he comes. He can be a lot sometimes with his high energy and he fits right in with all the other pups. I’m so grateful for the entire team at Dans Pet Care.
After having a very bad experience at Dogtopia with my poor baby Max, I can say I found the perfect place. Max now is happy going to his half-days and little by little his super fear and nervousness is changing. 🙏Joe has provided a lot of help for Max and more than thinking about money he thinks about the well-being of my dog and we are following his recommendations so that Max enjoys his play time- half days at Dan's petcare and Soon I know that Max will be ready to spend a full day playing, Julia in front desk is very special with puppys too I love her ☺️All the staff are very friendly and loving with the puppies, I love receiving the report cards and photos of the day, ☺️ thank you everyone!
I can’t say enough good things about Dan’s!!! They have been walking and training my dog ever since she was a puppy and they’re just a total pleasure to work with! They’re kind, compassionate, responsible, and love dogs!!! They not only take good care of her but she’s SOOO excited to see them when they walk through the door! No one could ask for more :)
Dan’s pet care is a gem!!! My dog absolutely LOVES the day care facility, and the walkers who come to visit. This is the most nurturing, fun, safe, happy environment for our fur baby. We love the staff, and the careful and competent , and loving attention they each give to every dog. The daily report cards and photo updates are also amazing! When we drop off Gigi , or rely on Dan’s to visit, we are confident she is in good hands. We LOVE this place!!!
Dan’s team is fantastic. They’re beyond so friendly and so good to our dog, Beau. He always comes out with a big smile! I think his favorite part is the outdoor area with sprinklers : ) We were so grateful that they toured us around the facility before Beau’s first day and love the daily report cards too.
We can’t say enough good things about Dan’s. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is spotless, and they’ve really gone the extra mile for the dogs — pools, luaus, smoothies… the list goes on. :) We’ve been so thrilled with Dan’s but, this weekend, they went WAY above and beyond. Our dog needed medical treatment while boarding. Dan took her to our local vet, got her started with antibiotics, and even offered to take her to his house for the night, so she’d been more comfortable and he could keep an eye. We got updates from Dan and the vet, and our dog is doing great. The takeaway: this crew really, REALLY cares. Dan loves dogs and it shows. And at the end of the day, that’s who you want caring for your pets. We’re so happy to have found Dan’s. I couldn’t recommend anyone or any business more highly. Thank you, Dan and team. You are an incredible addition to the community!
Since day 1, the staff at Dan’s Pet Care in Glen Cove have been nothing but welcoming & friendly. My pup was greeted with open arms & so much love. Drop off is available at 7 am which is a HUGE help with my work schedule. Late pickup is also available if needed. The process started off sending my pup to a temperament test to see where she would be best during the day. Then once passed, she was okayed to go to day care! The dogs are separated based on size. There’s also an outdoor area for when the nice days come around. Mid-day, you get a report card of how your pup is doing and you also get some pictures! Any special needs, the staff takes into consideration. The staff really seems to really care about each individual dog which makes me feel more than comfortable to send her there. Once she came home, she immediately curled up in her bed & took a nap, she was exhausted from a long day of playing! Will absolutely take advantage of all the great things Dan’s Pet Care has to offer!
Noelle was amazing! We called her last minute on Christmas Eve and she was so kind to take my dog in since she had space and welcomed us into her home. My dog had the best time and we have definitely found our go to person when we need to board my dog! We got text and picture updated throughout my dog’s stay. My dog is a larger dog and high energy and she came home super happy and exhausted! Nothing could make a pet parent happier!
Noelle's Luxury Pet Service was absolutely incredible with my puppy! From start to finish, the care and attention she provided were top-notch. My puppy was happy, well cared for, and I could tell she truly loves what she does. I will definitely be using her services again in the future, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care. Thank you, Noelle!
Noelle was so wonderful with my rescue dog Laci. She made her feel at home by taking such great care of her for 10 days. She sent lots of amazing pictures that she sent almost every day. She was flexible with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!
There’s being a dog sitter as a job and there is being a dog sitter as a passion and Noelle is the latter. Noelle’s reasons in why she started this business is heartfelt and relatable to every pet owner and she treated our shih-tzu and yorkie like her own. In the five days in being away, Noelle kept constant communication and documented their time with so many great photographs and videos. With trips to the beaches and parks, not once was I left wondering if my dogs were ok. There is no other person who can provide the amazing service and care like Noelle can. Mochi and Toto’s time with Noelle was a complete vacation for them! Thank you for giving our family a peace of mind and friendship.
Noelle is simply the best. She is the only dog sitter we use for our dog and he get so excited when he sees her. She sends videos and pictures through the day and he always looks so so happy. She’ll even bring dogs over to our house to play with Luka and it makes his day. We love Noelle!
Oliver stayed with Noelle for about a week while I was in Belize. She did an excellent job and Oliver came back even happier than when he left. He is a high energy breed and i worried about leaving him because of his energy, but noelle sent photos throughout his stay that made me feel at ease. Truly an incredible experience for him and for me as well.
Noelle was so kind and so accommodating!! I reached out to her a week before my trip! She took in my new golden doodle baby without any hesitation; assuring me he would be in great hands. This is our first puppy so the kids were a little nervous for a stranger to have it and take care of it but from the moment we all met her all of our doubts disappeared!!! We knew this was who we wanted maverick to be with when we left on our vacation ! We will definitely be returning customers! We cant thank her enough ; maverick was definitely well loved and taken care of during our time away and thats what matters most ! We would recommend noelle to anyone !
Noelle gave so much love to my Aussie! She sent me pictures and videos during my vacation and he was having a blast. She does way more than the average sitter!
Noelle went above and beyond. I was extremely nervous as this was the first time leaving our baby. I did a lot of research and felt discouraged until I came across Noelle. From the first phone call I felt a huge sense of comfort and love for what she does. We had a great chat, followed by a meet and greet. I appreciated that Noelle wasn’t just going to take our money - it was very clear that this had to feel good and right for our pup, us and her. Our pup stayed with Noelle for 3 and a half days. While we were away Noelle kept us updated with notes and pics to let us know how she was doing♥️ We felt comfortable knowing our pup was happy, safe and having the best time. To take our pup’s experience over the top - Noelle throw a birthday party for our pup as it was her 1st birthday during her stay. This is the beginning of a long amazing relationship for all of us, our pup can’t wait to go back to see Noelle and her furry friends!!! Can’t thank Noelle enough… there’s no one like her and her level of service.
Noelle is the most caring and compassionate woman with your dog. She is totally hands on and keeps you fully informed about your dog while you’re apart from each other. I’ll never trust anyone else with my Vizsla.
